Chapter 265:

Chapter 265 Showing No Mercy

Content of the Magic Box

Larry cast a curious glance at Hermit, whose transformation was nothing short of miraculous. He was rolling on the ground in the dirt and debris, a picture of pure joy as he frolicked with the hatchlings. With each playful roll, Hermit's spirit seemed to soar, his cares forgotten as he embraced the simple joy of the moment.

Larry turned away from the scene and turned back to Suzuka, "So, what's the plan, Helen? What do you have in mind?"

Suzuka's gaze shifted from the heartwarming scene of Hermit's newfound joy to Larry, her expression thoughtful, "Alright, listen up, here's what we're going to do. We'll transform Hermit into a model evil goblin guard, complete with every menacing detail imaginable. I've got the goblin guard gear stored in my item storage, ready to be brought into play."

Her gaze flickered towards Hermit, who sheepishly wobbled toward her and stood nervously by her side, his tiny frame practically quivering with anxiety as he heard her plan. With a reassuring smile, Suzuka continued, her words dripping with confidence.

"As for me, I'll take on the role of a slave, brought to the goblin nest by Hermit as a gift in exchange for refuge. Hermit will spin a tale so convincing and exciting that even the most skeptical goblin ears will be fooled. He will tell them a harrowing story of how fearless adventurers raided his previous goblin breeding farm, how he managed to escape with me as his only possession."

Suzuka turned to Hermit, her expression a mix of grit and playful skepticism.

"Alright, Hermit," she said, her tone laced with a hint of sarcasm, "do you think this kind of plan will work? Or would you prefer to get beaten up to a bloody pulp and play the role of a goblin slave the hard way, like last time?"

With a hesitant nod, Hermit tentatively entertained the idea, his tiny goblin form visibly trembling with fear.

"Well, uh, I suppose it might work," He shifted uneasily from foot to foot, acutely aware of the vast gulf that separated him from his more malevolent kin.

"Y-you see," he stammered, "visually speaking, evil goblins and... and us goblin slaves, we're not so different. J-just a few slight differences, really." He swallowed hard as he paused, a nervous tic causing his ear to twitch erratically as he continued.

"B-but I could never pull off being an evil goblin, oh no! They're nasty nasties, they are, yes they are! Always saying bad words and cursing a lot, they do! It's just not right, not nice. I-I'm a good gobbie, yes I am, I can't do those things, no sir! It's not in my nature, it is not! Please, you understand, don't you?"

Despite his desire to help his fellow goblins and aid in their escape, the thought of adopting the persona of an evil creature filled him with a deep sense of unease. With a sigh, he cast a pleading look toward Suzuka, silently hoping she would understand his hesitations.

Suzuka's eyes narrowed as she watched Hermit fidgeting nervously before her, a flicker of anger flashing across her features. With a heavy sigh, she shook her head in disbelief, her disappointment visible.

"I can't believe what I'm hearing. After everything we told you, you still can't see the bigger picture, can you?"

Her gaze bore into Hermit's meek form, "We don't have time for your stupid beliefs. Would you rather be a 'nice goblin' than help your fellow goblins and hatchlings? We're fighting for their lives here, and you're worried about being 'nice'?"

She shook her head again, her patience wearing thin.

"Listen, Hermit. I don't care if you're a 'good gobbie' or whatever nonsense you believe. We need to do whatever it takes, understand?"

Hermit meekly muttered, "B-but Master, Hermit wants to be good and nice, not cursing or wishing bad for others. I-I just can't."

She took a step closer to Hermit, her presence imposing.

"You mean to tell me, that you would rather cling to your precious ideas of 'goodness' and 'niceness' than do what is necessary to save your fellow goblins from slavery?"

Hermit's eyes widened in confusion, his meek demeanor faltering under Suzuka's intense gaze. He shifted uncomfortably on his feet, his mind racing to process her words.

"I... I don't understand. I-I thought... I thought being good was what mattered. Isn't it? But... but if being good means doing bad things, then... then what's the point?" he asked, his tiny goblin brain struggling to comprehend the complexities of morality and sacrifice, torn between the instinctual drive for self-preservation and the desire to do what was right.

Suzuka's expression softened as she reached out a hand to gently rest on Hermit's trembling shoulder. Her voice, usually filled with strength, now carried a tone of warmth and understanding.

"Hermit," she began, her voice gentle like a soothing breeze, "being good is important. But sometimes, to protect those we care about, we have to make difficult choices. It doesn't mean compromising our values; it means finding the courage to do what's necessary, even if it's hard. You see, being good isn't just about following rules or staying within the lines. It's about standing up for what's right, even when it's challenging. And sometimes, that means playing the bad guy. I know it's difficult to understand but trust me, Hermit. Sometimes, being good means being brave enough to do what others won't. And I believe you're brave enough to do just that. Think of it like this. Sometimes, doing the right thing means standing up to those who would harm, even if it means you have to be a little bit... unpleasant."

Hermit's brows furrowed in stubborn defiance as he shook his head vigorously, he crossed his arms over his chest as he squealed, "Nuh-uh! Nuh-uh! No way! Being good means being nice and not doing bad stuff, no matter what! I won't do it! I won't be mean or nasty, even if it means saving my fellow goblins! You can't make me! I won't do bad things, no matter what you say. I won't become like those evil goblins! I will not!"

Suzuka's patience snapped as she watched Hermit's stubborn refusal to see reason. In a swift motion, she grabbed him by the neck, her voice tinged with frustration as she shouted at him.

"I've had it with your nonsense, Hermit! I've tried to reason with you, but it's clear you're not listening. If pain is the only language you understand, then so be it. I'll make you understand one way or another."

Hermit squirmed in her grasp, his eyes wide with fear as Suzuka's anger flared. But despite his struggles, she held him fast.

"I didn't want it to come to this. But if you won't cooperate willingly, then I have no choice. You brought this upon yourself, remember that." she continued, her voice heavy with regret.

She seized Hermit by the scruff of his tattered shorts. With a swift and brutal motion, she hoisted him over her knee, his shorts yanked down to expose his trembling buttocks to the cruel world.

With a resounding crack that echoed through the camp, Suzuka delivered a thunderous slap to Hermit's bare cheeks, the force of the blow sending shockwaves of searing pain coursing through his tortured body. Hermit's squeals pierced the air, "WREEEEE!" his cries of agony were like the anguished squeals of a pig being roasted alive.

But Suzuka showed no mercy, her voice cold and unyielding as she issued her command.

"You will obey my every command if you wish to have any hope of freeing your fellow goblins! Now, call me a bitch! It should come easily to you, considering you've done it once before!"

Hermit, his body wracked with pain and fear, flailed his limbs wildly as he pleaded for mercy.

"Wreeeee! Master, please! I beg for forgiveness! I didn't mean it before! It still hurts to remember, I still can't forgive myself for uttering those words! I had no choice back then! Wreeee! I swear I'll never do it again! Please, have mercy on me!"

With a resounding crack, her hand came crashing down on his exposed buttocks again, sending shockwaves of searing pain rippling through his trembling body.

"I told you to call me a bitch! Say it! Say it, you pathetic little worm! Or you'll feel the full wrath of my fury! Call me what evil goblins would! I bet they'd call me a bitch or a breeding whore! Now say it!"

His tiny goblin body convulsed as Suzuka's slap connected, his high-pitched squeals echoing through the camp, "Reeeeeee!" as he clutched his aching buttocks in a futile attempt to ease the pain.

"Wreeeee! Master! Reeeee! Yes! Yes, they would, and worse! But I will not say it! I will not! I refuse to say it! Wreeee! Please! Forgiveness!"

But Suzuka was relentless in delivering punishment, her hand striking Hermit's tender butt flesh with a force that sent shockwaves of agony coursing through his tiny frame. With each blow, Hermit's protests grew louder, until he was gagging and retching, the bitter taste of bile rising in his throat. The sheer force of his outcry caused him to gag uncontrollably, a vile torrent of vomit erupting from his lips with surprising force.

But the ordeal was far from over, during his convulsions, Hermit's bowels betrayed him, a small stream of feces squirting forth from his quivering little butt, staining the ground beneath him with his foul poop.

Disgusted by the sight before her, Suzuka shoved Hermit away with a mixture of revulsion and disgust, sending him tumbling to the ground in a heap of defilement and exhaustion. But even as he lay sprawled on the cold ground, Hermit's mind raced with defiance.

To Hermit's fevered mind, the ordeal felt like torture of the highest order. But to Larry, an outsider to the madness that unfolded before him, the scene appeared as little more than a friendly scuffle, a playful exchange between comrades lost in the heat of the moment.

Larry interjected with a voice of reason and a warm smile, his words carrying a weight of urgency, "Hey! You two! Stop playing around and get serious, this is not a time to jest. We need to decide if we do this or not."

With a confident smile, she turned to Larry, "Of course we're doing this. The plan will work, I'm sure of it. All I need is a few minutes with Hermit to practice, and everything will fall into place."

Larry's response was thoughtful as he considered Suzuka's words.

"I understand your confidence, Helen. I saw your power first hand and I do not doubt that you will be fine. But we can't afford to overlook any details. This mission is too important, and the stakes are too high. We need to make sure that everyone is on the same page and fully prepared for what lies ahead. That means taking the time to practice and refine our plan until we're confident that it will succeed. Hermit told us about a smaller nest nearby, half the size of the one we raided. It will be much safer to raid."

Suzuka's response was swift and decisive as she seized Hermit by the ears and hurried toward the shed.

"Don't worry, Larry. I'll transform Hermit into a true actor who will fool the evil goblins."

Her tone was filled with confidence as she spoke, her mind already racing with ideas on how to turn Hermit into the perfect decoy. With her skills and Hermit's cooperation, she was certain they could pull off the deception and outwit their enemies.
