“I love you,” I said to her. She was standing right in front of me. We were in a park near the hospital that we had just left. The sun was shining down on us. Pink cherry blossoms were falling down from the trees surrounding us. Her long, wavy, black hair was moving with the spring breeze. She was wearing a light blue blouse with a pair of black jeans that were folded at the bottom. A light brown satchel bag was hanging from her shoulder. Her black sneakers were matching her outfit. Her shimmering, dark brown eyes were fixated on me. My heart was beating fast. The anticipation was killing me.
