RUBY IS COMING TOMORROW!!!!!

We were talking last night when she sprung that on me. Apparently, her family is coming to visit on vacation and it just so happened their destination was really close to where I lived.

Seriously, what are the chances??

Not that I'm complaining of course.

I've dreamed of this day, seriously. When I joined that community I met so many friends. There was Jlr, Gweep, and many many more.

But Ruby is truly my best friend. Not just in the community, but truly overall. 

I remember being so nervous when I first posted.

What would they think of me, of my writing?

I mean, who wouldn't be nervous? I was entering a world full of people much more experienced than I.

And who would have guessed how friendly they turned out to be!

I really hope those bonds can continue to grow and foster as time goes on. Everyone is there to become a better writer after all.

Sure there's occasional drama here and there, but it's really about the friends I made along the way, those are better than any dumb drama that'll pass within a day.

God, I sound cheesy lol.

But I hope to really turn a new page tomorrow.

Enter a new section of my life, another chapter when I meet Ruby.

We've video called several times, so I know her voice and what she looks like, but there is just such a difference between seeing someone through a camera and in real life.

I can't help by squeal. Tomorrow is going to be the best day of my life!
