Looking for Hideki

I get out of bed; I feel like absolute crap, I didn’t feel it laying in bed but standing up after being asleep for three days hit hard. I feel week and lousy. I’m in an absolute fog, and my chest burns, where I got impaled.

It feels like I’ve had a lot of near death experiences lately, more than anyone should have in a lifetime. I don’t really appreciate all this, is it too hard to ask for a harem of cute underage girls, maybe a few with ears and tails.

Tana... What was that earlier? Me and that tiny fox girl almost did adult things together. To think a little girl almost made me a man... it’s driving me crazy!

My stomach growls loudly. Shit, I’m really hungry I should meet Claire and Tana at the guild hall and get some food.

I get dressed in a white button down shirt, brown trousers and leather boots left in my room in place of my armor.

I guess Claire probably measured me while I was out because this fits me perfectly. Damn that girl really looks out for me. Even though I’m living my dream right now of being Isekai’d, I’m starting to realize things would be different if I were alone without Claire and Tana.

As I’m about to walk out of the room I get a splitting headache; as if recovering from that horrible injury and feeling week wasn’t bad enough I’m starting to get nicotine withdrawal. Damnit I need to find a way to get nicotine, because charging my vape doesn’t seem possible in this world.

I enter the guild hall, there are lots of different adventurer’s clinking glasses and laughing together. The adventurer’s guild hall always gives seems like a very warm and hearty environment.

There are lots of different people here, most of them I don’t know, they could be just like me with their own stories and goals.

I wonder if I’d be sitting with the boys, in a hearty environment around the fire right now if I never got isekai’d?

“Yo, Chandler” (???)

I turn around to see who’s talking to me, and it’s Zale, the guy who taught me magic.

“Oh hey, what’s up Zale?” (Chandler)

“I’ve heard rumors that your one of the four White Order Saviors. You’ve become a pretty hot topic lately.” (Zale)

“Yeah, so I’ve heard. I don’t really get the big deal.” (Chandler)

“Its a very big deal, it’s been over one hundred years since the white order has summoned four saviors, and with the war with the demon army in the near future, the timing couldn’t be any better.” (Zale)

“I don’t understand why I have to fight demons, I’m not super strong.” (Chandler)

“Hahaha of course you aren’t! Shit, I was just teaching you about magic not too long ago. My point is get strong Chandler, strong enough to fight the demons, you were summoned for a reason. Who knows pretty soon your party might even be rivaling mine, I look forward to it.” (Zale)

“We’ll have to see if I can kick some demon ass down the line.” (Chandler)

“Haha that’s the spirit. Also be careful now that rumors are being spread about what you are, there are gonna be people who are after you. You never know what people may try to do.” (Zale)

“I haven’t thought about that yet.” (Chandler)

“You should it’s a dangerous world. I just wanted to give you a fair warning to be careful, because I don’t think you are a bad guy. Well good luck with you’re quests, I’ll see you around!” (Zale)

Zale waves and walks off.

Good thing he warned me about the potential dangers of people knowing I’m some savior sent from another world, I didn’t think about that, but I’m not surprised. Great, something else to worry about.

I look around the guild hall, then spot Claire, Tana and another girl I don’t know sitting at a table chatting in the distance. Claire waves at me to come over, so I start walking towards the girls.

Looks like they got me a plate of food, looks like I’ve got vegetable soup, bread, grilled chicken, and a glass of water. I’m starving a good meal is just what I need right now! I start eating

“Thanks everyone for the food.” (Chandler)

The girl I don’t know had been smirking at me, since I sat down.

“Ohh Tana, is this guy the sex monkey you wer-“ (???)

Tana gets teary eyed, and abruptly puts her hand over the other girls mouth to silence her.

“Nnnooo don’t!” (Tana)

I don’t even want to know what’s going on...The other girl smirks at Tana’s reaction. She is a sleazy looking girl with long messy dark hair, and droopy yellow eyes with bags. She looks like she’s about my age.

“Hehe I was just asking you little underage horny Fox.“ (???)

“MISS YUA PLEASE STOP EMBARRASSING ME!” (Tana)

So this is the Yua chick Tana mentioned earlier. Yua continues to smirk sleazily at Tana.

“Alright alright, I’ll stop. So your Chandler I presume? I’ve heard lots of things about you. My name is Yua, I’m a silver ranked adventurer.” (Yua)

“Nice to meet you, I’m Chandler; though I guess you already know who I am.” (Chandler)

“Yes, nice nice. Sooo...” (Yua)

Yua looks at me from top to bottom.

“Hmmm what size are you packing?” (Yua)

Claire blushes at this and Tana looks confused.

“Wha.. What may you be referring to” (Chandler)

I hope she’s not talking about what I think she is talking about..

Claire turns even more red

“Excuse me; Chandler, Claire and Miss Tana, could I have your attention for a bit?” (Receptionist Lady)

Claire, Tana and I go to the receptionist desk with the receptionist lady, leaving Yua behind.

“I’ve got a quest specifically for the three of you, you’re party in particular was requested.” (Receptionist Lady)

“Huh? Our party?” (Claire)

Why us? Wouldn’t special quests be requested for higher ranked parties?

“Yes, it’s a rescue quest, Hideki is in danger, Matt returned injured saying he specifically requested your party. The reward is yet to be determined when you rescue Hideki.” (Receptionist Lady)

“What? Hideki is in danger?” (Claire)

“He seemed pretty capable to me, must be serious” (Chandler)

“Yes it is, you can talk to Matt for more details.” (Receptionist Lady)

“Alright, will do.” (Claire)

The three of us go find Matt in the guild hall.Matt has his shirt off, and a bandage on his shoulder. He looks pissed off, and is gripping his shoulder.

“God Damnit! This shit stings like a bitch!” (Matt)“Shit Matt, what the hell happened to you?” (Chandler)

“I was on a quest grinding levels with that fuck Hideki; I got to level 8, and we went into a tunnel and got attacked by monsters, I didn’t see the monsters but they seemed powerful they shot my shoulder and gashed it open. Hideki told me to run and to get Chandler’s party to help.” (Matt)

“Shit, that sounds fucked up. Guess we have no choice.” (Chandler)

After being out for days I have to go on another dangerous quest but with no nicotine. Well it could be worse at least I’m living the dream with my party members Claire, and Tana.

“Tch, I fucking hate this bullshit world...” (Matt)

“Alright let’s head out!” (Chandler)

“Right.” (Claire)

“Okayy!!” (Tana)

I wonder what kind of trouble that sophisticated guy is in?

Hideki has helped me and Matt our quite a bit since we’ve joined the guild; he’s helped me get started, given me information, and help dealing with that dickhead Jashar.

Hopefully Hideki is okay, I feel like it’s only right to help him out.
