Call of Nature and the Copper World

Life seems to, well, "go" for Nadine Ludd. Nothing of note happens and she lives a, for lack of a better term, comfortable life working as a textile designer. But there’s something missing, that vital spark. She’s living in a world insulated from reality by the hum-drum of social media and new and ever-encroaching technology, until one day she imagines hearing a voice in her head. A voice, that tells her the truth, and cries out for the soul of humanity to be saved. This plunges her into the dark world of corporate espionage and exploitation, of wiretaps everywhere and a life surrounded by the oppressive force of silicon and copper against a spirit that longs for freedom.
