Yandere high school

set in Japan the novel is set around an educational institution which also has the name Akademi High School. The action mainly follows three boys, Sam, Taurtis, Everest and eventually Grian who start a new term at the school. As they move forward into school events, they rapidly face strange events such as deaths and sometimes worse, they are also chosen to be detectives and catch humans known as “yanderes”. Yanderes are humans that are fundamentally different from a regular human making them harder to catch.

During their adventures in the city, they encounter ghosts, solving mysteries, dealing with relationships and unknowingly getting themselves involved with the Yakuza.
