Blue Phantom

A starving child left to rot on the streets was taken in by an enigmatic organization and was trained in preparation for an event known as the "Implementation," only for him to emerge as its lone survivor.
Experiment 201, now named Felix, becomes the first link in the chain of human evolution, to serve under the organization that gave him his new life.
Armed with his gun, newfound abilities, and a memento he treasures dearly, he navigates through the underworld, uncovering hidden truths, and facing off against all manner of criminals, mafia, and mercenaries, eliminating those who dare defy the organization’s will and disturb the peace.
As his journey unfolds, he finds his purpose, and sets out to become the greatest assassin, only to discover that the world is not as it seems, and that he may pay a steep price as he marches through this perilous path full of danger and deceit.
