Birthday Party

As soon as I got closer to the bar, togo came on top of me and started wimpering loudly. 

"oh god, I guess someone was missing me too much huh" I say laughing while getting togo to stop hugging my ankles, "Now lets see...Did you finish your lunch togo?" I lean over to look over his bowl. "oh now who is a good boy" I pat him my hearts content while the boss lady comes out from her place

" so how did u like the his house? Since he gonna be staying here from now on while you are gone" I was too distracted by togo to look at the house but it sure looks like a real house and its unbelievable how she got it made just in few hours. 

Though the lady owned a estate and had a whole ass bar run on her name, no body could really make out her wealth by looking at her clothes and life style, she lived in the most simplest way possible and that what made her ever more worthy of her richneess.

"Thank you mrs. miller for treating our my togo with sich kindness" I say wiht a smile.

"oh no Aiden he's not all yours, Togo is mine as well and furthermore he made my time with him worthwhile." she says while patting him on his head.

"Well you head in, the business is open. And oh yeah I told you about the new part timer joining in today didnt I? Go in she's inside, Introduce yourself to her apparently she goes to the same school as you. You guy may know each other" She say motioning me to go and not tempt togo to follow me inside. 

I had completely forgotten about the part timer thing because of all the ruckus.....

I make my way in and to my least surprise I see the same girl who was with chia (the girl who borrowed my umbrella that day), truely what a coincidence. I make my way to her but on the way i am stopped by my classmates?

"Heyy yoo, So u did decide to come huh? Come lets get to our table" they say while dragging me to the opposite way from the counter.

"heyy guys, I work here" I finally cry out. 

"That even better you can be here and and with us as well" the boy as he drags me to thier table and make me seated.

"Oh my god Aiden we are so happy that you came, it would be so boring with these guys around" one of the girl say circling her drink.

"Is that alcohol?" I ask her abruptly.

"Oh Of course not, we can't possibly drink now we are in high school until of course someone was to sneak some to us well anyways i dont think i introduced myself, I am Nia, pleasure to meet you" she says hanging her hand out for a handshake.

"yeah nice to meet you too, I am aiden" I shake her hand back. "I would've really loved to join you guys but I work here so I gotta go and help out" I say while loosening there grip from my arms. "And here i thought that you were joining us" says Nia with a pouty face.

"But make sure to join us another time for sure okay?" 

"Oh yes" I mean I'm not exactly a party animal, I like parties which are more calm since those are the only ones I have been to in the past but anyways whats wrong for a bit of false hope.

I get to the class rep and wish him a Happy birthday since that the least I can do.

I finally get back to the counter....."You are late" is the response I am greeted with. 

"Ah yes apologies for that, my classmates kind of dragged me off the way?" I say in my defense.

"Well get to work there are many customers for me to handle alone." she says her voice indifferent. Is she really the friend of the hyperactive Chia? 

"well we should introduce ourselves first, I am Aiden. And you are?" I ask her with curiosity.

"I am Emma" she says again with that indifferent voice.

"Well nice to meet you Emma" I say out of curtsy and tp break the ice.

"Yeah nice to meet you too" she replies.

The rest few hours nothing happens,  Our conversation was limited just to our jobs.

It can't get any PERFECT than this.

Soon after all of my classmates came around the counter for the bill, They'd all gone and wasted there energies in singing and dancing.

Emma handed out there bills since i was busy serving the other customers but i could see Nia looking at Emma with a surprised look on her face. 

She then handed the cash and waved me goodbye with a flying kiss....She truly is bold......
