John was now sitting in the couch, along with all his 1st born children all grown up.

"Hey dad, arent you listening to me? I said we need our own space now. I mean, I dont mind being in the same space as my sisters, but how can I be independent at this rate?" Aria said, one of the 1st born, and beths daughter

"Yeah! What she said!" Lucy said, one of the 1st born, and silks daughter. As the others also agrees

"You are already in your 40s dad, and we are in our 20s. Its not a bad deal right?" Cleo said, one of the 1st born, and alex daughter

"Yeah, I know that. But you are partly high class, so you girls should know your responsibilities as well. I cant always protect you girls when the time comes." John said, as he was also watching the TV

"I know dad, but you can trust us." Hazel said, one of the 1st born, claires daughter

"Our other brothers and sisters are still at high school, even though they are attending high school here in the ship, they are all doing fine." Luna said, one of the 1st born, freys daughter

"I know. But that is also because of the security placed in this ship, aside from attending a school along with our alien neighbors. Thus, I know that this place is secure and very friendly, unlike when you are down there." John said

"Though dad is also right, I would agree that the current environment on the ship is really good. So I also favor arias idea of us living separately and independent." Aiko said, one of the 1st born, ayas daughter

"Trust me girls, living alone is very hard. So if you want me to agree, then present to me a feasibility study. Where you will include the why, how, what, and where questions. Aside from the fact that you girls still need to care for your younger siblings." John said

"But why do we still need to care for them? When they are already old enough to take care of themselves?" Lucy said, pouting

"You girls remember right? That your mother passed away too soon, and leaving you all with me. And im a busy man, trying his best to maintain this family and make it survive. So if you want independence, then show me what you are capable of, rather than just do nothing else. Remember, there are no shortcuts--" John said

"There are no shortcuts in life. If there was, then it would still take some effort to make it." They all said in unison

"Thats good, I guess you girls are learning." John said with a smile, while patting aria who was beside him

Meanwhile and at the same time as everything, somewhere on earth in a very big warehouse of a facility, there was a research being conducted. Where there was also a big gate like ring erected.

"What is the status of project falcon?" The general said as he was seeing the project from afar

"All is fine general, and going smoothly as planned, general theo." The head scientist said

"Thats good. So when will we test the machine?" Theo said

"With the help of alien tech, we were able to shorten the time and effort in order to build project falcon. So in terms of testing it, I believe that we can do it now." The head scientist said

"What?! Really?! If thats so, we should call upon the other generals as well!" Theo said

"No need. We can always proceed at anytime we want, since the machine is already completed. We are just running some extra tests on it just to he sure." The head scientist said

"Hmm.. alright then, show me what the 11billion dollar time machine is capable of. One little test wouldnt hurt right?" Theo said, without further thinking

"So, on what time period do you want us to visit then general?" The head scientist said

"Lets go back from the time of johns awakening, so that we can try and prevent it." Theo said

"You mean about johnny storm? Hes a hero sir! I mean, without him, we all wouldnt be here right now." A scientist said

"Shh! We are just scientists here! He makes the call!" The head scientist said

"Although he has a point, I believe that its because of his awakening, that things has accelerated to our time now. So my decision is final." Theo said as all the scientists were now quiet

"Lets all get to work then." The head scientist said before turning towards the rest. "Lets begin now! All of you, to your stations!"

With that, they all then got busy, as they all go to their positions. While the general and the head scientist now goes even further from the machine, to avoid any accidents as well as sending in some soldiers for protection. As the machine was also very loud, all because of the forces at work, they all have to shout just to be heard.

"Turning on wormhole generator!"

"Turning on quantum teleportation!"

"Systems all green!"

"Inputting time period! 2016!"

"Location, inputting target johnny storm!"

"We are all ready to go sir." The head scientist said

"Commence operation!" Theor said

"Commencing operation! In 3! 2! 1!" The operator said before he pressed the button

With the press of the button, the machine then made a small black hole, before the quantum teleportation device was directed towards that small hole. And after less than a second, they then hear creaks all over, as well as something like glass shattering. All until the gate itself opened, like thick glass shattering all over the inside of the gate.

"Whoa! Its a success!" They all celebrated

"Congratulations! You have just made a working time machine." Theo said

"Not yet general, we still havent sent someone over to--" the head scientist said before he was interrupted

"So many humans." A voice said

"What was that?!" Theo said as everyone was also shocked

And as the soldiers then points their guns at the gate, they all saw a flying frogger pass through the gate. The frogger now has a humanoid form, which also confused the scientists a bit.

"Many humans indeed. Another universe maybe." Said blub, the flying frogger, as the general was being evacuated from the facility

"Who are you?! And why did you pass the gate?!" Said a soldier

"Arent doors meant to be passed through? But still, as this is a new world, I can finally feast on many new humans!" Blub said before he did a wide range lightning attack on the whole facility

As blub did his lightning attack slowly on each person, the soldiers also fires on him with lasers, to no effect due to his high voltage barrier. Meanwhile, back at the mansion, seconds before the gate was opened.

"They are really going at it." John said as he saw the girls, brainstorming for the feasibility study

"Dad! Here is my study!" Lucy said as she gave a list of things on a single sheet of paper

"Hey! We arent yet done you know!" Aria said as they also follow lucy, and the others agree

"Hahh.. Whats this piece of paper? You just fitted all your research into one paper?!" John said as he lifted the paper slightly

"Yes! I mean, whats more to think anyways." Lucy said

"Thats always what we dont like about you." Aiko said, rubbing her temple

"Anyways, redo this--" john said before he sensed reality crack, and a very large power source suddenly appearing. "Girls, I have to go now. Take care of your siblings." John said seriously as he stood, and decreased his own power levels
