“hey nat! How was monster hunting on your end?” jake said as they descend to the ground

They were now at the launch event site, where tom hollow and jake were both waiting for the whole team. It was now also mid afternoon when they arrived at the site.

“hey bro! We brought you a gift.” joy said before handing over the power stone to him.

"You guys should have given this to the proper authorities on the place." Jake

"Thats just it, we couldnt find anyone on that city anymore. It was all being burned by cerberus." Joy

"Oh, i see. Cant help it then." Jake

"Nevermind that, we got an even more pressing matter!" Tom

"What is that?" Natasha

"Some people stole a plane and a ship, and went straight to space, along with the crew on that ship." Tom

"What?!" They said, except jake, who was already been informed

"What did that ship carry by the way?" James

"It was all rations, though food is food, and we lost a great deal of money and materials with it." Tom

"Was there anyone else hurt?" Joy

"The guards and some people were killed by bullets, aside from other people killed by the minukawa." Tom

"I see. So that bird was called the minukawa." Joy

"Yes, the giant bird from filipino myths. Anyways, what do we do now jake? A ship has been stolen! And who knows where they are going!" Tom

"Its just a good thing thats its only food right?" Jake

"Yes, you are right. Materials and equipments take effort and would cost many dollars to make or do it." Tom

"But the question now is, why space? They would have just stolen equipments so that they could sell it to the highest bidder, unless if its for some other motive." Jake

"Yes, you are right again. Anyways, you guys should concentrate on the monsters for now, there are still more on them down at the mediteranean seas." Tom

"I see. So you guys will also inform us for anything we could do for the missing ship right?" Jake

"Yes. General bruce will send you the location of the others." Tom said as they shook hands

"Well, we will go now." Jake said as he about face

"Also, dont forget that there are still a few monsters in the middle east which needs attention." Tom

"Noted, thats no problem at all." Jake said before they flew north

"Also, this would be my stop." Kiara

"Why?" James

"My power is sand, and we are heading towards the sea." Kiara

"But there are plenty of sand on the sea, right?" James said as they agree

"Thats sand at the bottom of the sea, i can only control sand on land." Kiara

"Sand is sand, no matter--" james

Joy cuts him off, "that may be true, but maybe she hasnt reached that level yet."

"Shes right, if she says she cant, we wont force her." Natasha

"Besides, there is another that we can count on, and thats only if the chinese government approves of it." Jake

"You mean lim wei feng?" Natasha

"Yes. Its not yet known, since the chinese military didnt want it to go public, but he has the power of rock control with him. Making him second or third most powerful mutant in this time." Jake

"I see. Alright then, you have done your part kiara. Rest well." Natasha said as they all bid her farewell before parting ways with her

"I have been thinking about what you said earlier.. no problem? For you maybe bro." Joy said as they were flying

"I wont comment on that, cause i dont want to spark a fight." Jake

"Yeah, thats enough for now joy. We all have been through this mission as tired as we are, but you didnt have to comment on him like that." Natasha

"Hahh.. whatever." Joy

"What did you say?!" Natasha said as she stopped joy

"Stop, we must not fight among ourselves. You guys are now finally a team right? Then show me what you guys can do." Jake said as he touched natashas shoulder

"You are right. Sorry joy." Natasha

"Yeah, maybe i was having a hot head back then. Sorry as well." Joy said with a hug

"Now, lets get back to flying north. Joy, please lead the way." Jake

"Why cant you or nat carry a proper phone again?" James

"Because of the amount of radiation we both emit, we already told you that right?" Natasha

"Yeah, just making sure i know." James said with a smile

Joy sighed, then she leads the way towards the mediteranean sea, at the border between europe and africa. After a few hours of flying, they now arrive at the mediteranean sea, where they saw the leviathan laying waste to the city of rome with tsunamis and thunder storms. The leviathan was as big as a 5 story building, and as long as 5 football fields, where it was a dragon like monster of the seas.

"Alright nat, you do the honors of making the plan." Jake said after they stopped near rome, where thunder storms also brewed

"Really?! It would be an honor!" Natasha said smiling and excited

"Congrats." James said the they applaud

"Ahem! Anyways, since the monster would only come out if there are ships to sink, we should take that opportunity. Master jake, me, and james would do the attacking, while joy will lift the whole montser up." Natasha

Everyone agreed and stick with the plan. When joy lifted up the whole leviathan out of the water, jake hits it with his lightning, natasha hits it with his laser blasts, and james hits it with his sonic blasts, as it was squirming and regenerating at the same time.

"Master jake, you do the honors of getting the power stone!" Natasha said while striking laser blasts at the monster

"What about you guys?" Jake said while attacking the monster

"Dont mind me, im just wanting to get this job done as soon as possible." James said while attacking the monster

"Alright then." Jake said before going towards the forehead of the leviathan. "Joy, can you make it hold still while i get the power stone?" He shouted towards joy

"Got it!" Joy said as she holds the squirming head still

Jake was then able to grab the power stone and overload it, before pulling it out.

"Whew! Nothing like teamwork!" Jake said as he flew towards them

"Yeah!" They said as they celebrated

"Anyways, lets get this power stone to a commanding officer in thsi city." Jake said, presenting the power stone which was the size of his hand

As the military was leading civilians out of the city and into the mountains, jake and his team finally arrives, along with the power stone, as the waters from the city receeded.

"Where is your commander?" Jake said with a salute towards the soldier as they descend

"In the tents sir!" That soldier said

"Please guide us there, so that we can deliver this stone to him." Jake said, presenting the power stone covered in blood

"You really have to show something like that in public bro? There are a lot of people watching." Joy said as they were now walking towards the camp site

"Yeah, i know. But how should i have approached it? Im just here to deliver the stone to the proper authorities." Jake said with a gesture

"Hahh.. you are right." Joy said with an oh well gesture

After a few minutes of walk, they finally reached the commanders command tent.

"Do you speak english?" Jake said to the commander

"Yes, i do. Why?" The commander said

"Just asking. Anyways, here is the power stone." Jake said as he presents the stone on his bloody hand

"Jake burns, why must you always be covered in blood, sweat, or rain when fighting monsters? And thanks by the way for taking care of the problem." That commander said

"Your welcome. And it just goes with the job, you know. Monster slaying? Get it?" Jake

"Yeah, i get it. Anyways, thats your team?" That commander said

"Yup. You guys might already know some of us by the way, though we must get going." Jake

"With you that wet and covered in blood? Take a shower first you reek." That commander said

"Well, i appreciate the offer, but--" jake

Joy cuts him off, "hes right bro. We all need that shower and change of clothes right now, or we might get a cold." She said as everybody agrees

"Alright then, lets get a shower. Though i feel a bit complicated." Jake

"Why?" They said

"Cause a lot of people are also wet from the rains while we get a free shower." Jake

"Good point." That commander said

"Fine." Joy

"Lets also hurry, since the next monster might do something like this to the next city." Natasha

As they agree, they then headed to one of the hotels close to the mountains for a good shower, before they depart east where the next monster sighting is.

“just where are we now captain rob juggle?” paul

They were now in the middle of space, in the middle of jupiter and saturn, heading towards the alien planet, which they now call cresentia, because its now cresent. Paul and the gang was on tactical gear, while the crew was on their space suits.

"We are currently in the middle of jupiter and saturn sir." Rob

"And how are the engines?" Paul

"We still need for it to cool down sir." Rob

"Hahh.. i thought that the engines would just cool itself down, also calculating that this is space, absolute zero temperatures." Paul

"Yeah, its protocol sir, in order to not let it overload in space. Knowing that nuclear fusion would produce so much heat as well." Rob

"Cant you do anything about it?" Paul

"Nope. Even if you shoot me here, i will stick to the protocols. i wish to be able to return back in one piece though, which is why im doing this." Rob

"Fine. But know that the lives of your own crew are in my hands." Paul said, referring to the crew which are all strapped right behind the ship.

"Sir, as i have asked before, why have you resorted to doing all this?" Rob said the daring question

"I basically have no other choice or option on any matter." Paul

"You were suppose to be a former president, why do you do all this?" Rob

"If only it werent for that damn jake burns, he always ruins my plans!" Paul said, cursing on him

"You shouldnt have messed with things you shouldnt mess with in the first place." Rob

"What?! What did you say?!" Paul said as he now points his gun at rob

"Oh, shoot me if you will. You wont ever be able to reach that alien planet. And if this is the attitude of paul manhattan, im glad i didnt vote for you." Rob said calmly and seriously

"Tch! Just inform me if we have arrived on that planet!" Paul said as he holstered his gun and walked towards the men.

And due to the gravity device on the ship, the ship had its gravity, which is why they got to the place as fast as they could and the men can walk around the ship with ease.

"Whats the status?" Paul

"We still got the crew under wraps, they are being obedient, but its maybe a matter of time before some might have some funny ideas." The leader said

"And do you know where we are right now?" Paul

"Nope, all i know is that we have been to space for 2 days now. Do we really need to get to that planet? And will we really get paid?" The leader said, as the men also hears their conversation

"Yes, you will get paid for this by the neo nazis. So your job is just to follow me to cresentia and protect me, if anything were to happen." Paul

"Yes sir." The leader said

After a few seconds of talking to the other men, the ship suddenly shook.

“whoa! whats happening?!” paul said as everyone also felt the shake

“sir! You better look at this!” rob shouted

“what is it?!” paul said after he ran towards the captain

In that moment, they all saw a bright light, and all was black in an instant. Meanwhile, after a few minutes of flight with jakes team..

“just where are we actually going sir jake?” james said as they were still flying

They were now flying over the waters near athens, where they still see no sign of the sea monster.

“it was reported that a sea monster was being released here in these waters, so we have to find it before it can hurt anyone else.” jake

“yeah, and what are the features of this monster again?” james

“it was said that it was like a sea dragon, yet it cant fly.” natasha

“then how about we fish it out? Get it? Like a fish.” james said as he was laughing a bit at himself

“wait, that might work!” Natasha

“you got a plan nat?” jake said as he stopped, before they all stopped

“its not quite a plan, but how about we use joy as a bait?" Natasha

"What?!" They said

"Dont get me wrong, you are already powerful enough to stand on your own, but i just though that this monster might have similar traits to a fish than a dragon." Natasha

"Why do you say that?" James

"Cause dragons usually would target nearby boats right?" Natasha

"Dragons are usually benevolent creatures, but depending on their personality, they sometimes target people. So yes, they would and they are also intelligent enough for it." Jake

"I see." They said

"Well, you got a point. Though im saving this for any emergencies, i would just use it now anyways." Jake

"Really? You got a plan?!" They said

"Yes, i was really hesitating to use this, since this is my bond with the sacred beasts. But promise me that we will ask if it can talk or not alright?" Jake

"Why?" Natasha

"So that we can know if it harms people or not. If it can talk and is intelligent, it wont be harming people, instead it means that its a sacred beast." Jake

"Seriously? You ask us to defeat monsters and you bargain with one?" James

"Not bargain, just talk. You will know what its like to talk with a sacred beast once we cross one james." Jake

"Yeah, im not an expert at this, but i will follow my brother. Hes been right most of the time anyways." Joy

"Me too." Natasha

"Hahh.. fine. Lets do this then." James

As everyone agreed, jake then used the stone from milky, the snake of the milky way, to know and communicate with the monster. The sixth stone, the stone from milky, is located at his shoulder, which was given to him also during the alien invasion.

"Found it!" Jake

"Where?" Joy

"Just beneath us, and following us all this time. Hold on, let me make it surface. But please dont attack until i say so." Jake

"Yes sir." They said

Jake then communicated towards the monster, before it later surfaced, after a few minutes. The bakunawa was a dragon with fish like features, which is the same size and length as the leviathan.

"Jake burns is it? You earned the trust of the sacred beasts, yet you also hunt down others. Why?" Said a loud voice in their heads

"Whoa! What is this?!" They said

"Its the bakunawa, telepathically speaking to us." Jake said as he descends towards the beast, and they follow

"Bakunawa?!" Joy

"You know of this monster joy?" James

"Yes, its a filipino monster alright, but i didnt know that its a sacred beast!" Joy said being shocked

"Anyways, what do you seek of me humans? Specially jake burns.” bakunawa

“nothing, we are only here to check if you might have eaten some humans along the way, thats all.” jake

“are you sure to ask that question brother?” joy

“what?! preposterous! I would never eat humans! Though I do eat other fish, im the same as any other fish in the sea!” bakunawa said at the same time

“oh.. alright then. So, what are you doing in these parts?” james

“well, im just going for a swim and eating fish as I go, nothing more. I just wish to live a peaceful life, as much as any other sacred beast!” bakunawa

“i see.” jake

“anyways, you are clearly a monster--” james

Jake then cuts him off and covers his mouth, “what he means is, that we will go now. Do take care! And if you will harm any humans, their leaders might request for me, so please avoid that.”

“hey! You think I don’t know what you are doing to me?!” james said after jake lets him go

“yes, I know. But do you think we can beat all the sacred beats all on our own? Without natasha sacrificing her life and me exhausting all my powers? How do you think I got all this power and wisdom from?” jake

“hahh.. alright, fine. And here I thought slaying monsters would be such fun.” james

“no! Not in the least it is fun! If you think my title is easy to get, then you are thinking too naive.” jake

“hey, stop! James! You have gone far by thinking naively at all this. Go hunt or slay a big monster on your own if you can!” joy

“tch!” james

“anyways, while you guys are fighting there, shouldnt you take care of some other monsters rampaging out there?” bakunawa

“where can we find a monster o great bakunawa?” natasha
”there at an island east of here, I saw a great mouth swallowing up the seas, which man have no means to beat.” bakunawa

“thank you.” natasha, jake and joy said

“hahh.. if only I had the power of lightning.” james

“then, let me share with you a memory.” jake said before he puts his thumb on his forehead

There, jake was able to share his experience on the kola borehole, where he was being tested by the 5 sacred beasts and being held against his own will.

“gah! Let go!” james said before he distanced himself. “what was that?!”

“that my friend, was my test with the sacred beasts, being able to confront the demons and such.” jake

“dont ever do that again! It wasn’t a pleasant experience!” james said, shaking off the feeling

“no matter how much you shake it james, its there to stay. Believe me, I was once like you before he also shared his memory, ignorant of my own thinking.” natasha

“bro, I wont question you alright? Just don’t ever do that to me, like ever.” joy

“no problem.” jake

“im glad I wasn’t in that receiving end, since no matter how much I experience it, its always very unpleasant. Which also makes me respect milky.” bakunawa

“how about you also transform? To blend in with the humans?” jake
”I can, but I would rather stay under water than always stay on land.” bakunawa

“well, if you feel like it, do drop by our place some time for a visit, we would welcome you if you would behave yourself like the others.” jake

“oh sure, you have no problem with me.” bakunawa

“anyways, what was that power that you hit me with?!” james

“its called, quantum entanglement or teleportation, which lets me transport images from my memories to your brain.” jake

“hahh.. fine already, I get your point. don’t mess with the sacred beasts and they wont mess with you got it.” james

“well, off I go then. Its the first time I have my own freedom from being just a stone.” bakunawa said before she swims away

“what are we waiting for? Lets go!” joy said as she led the way towards east

After a few minutes, they then arrived at the waters south of cyprus.

“hey bro, are you sure I can do this? Cause im still having second thoughts about it.” joy

They were now faced with an immense dilemma, since the charybdis is about 7 football fields in diameter, which is like a giant suction machine that eats away all the water and life in it.

“yes you can, though if you want, we can always rest for a while.” jake

“yeah, we are all dependent on you joy.” natasha

“all that, is really helpful.” joy

“anyways, what would it be? We wont force you if you cant.” jake said as they agree

“alright then, lets do this!” joy said before she stretches her hands

As she lands on the beach somewhere on the south of cyprus, she then concentrates herself, as she slowly lifts the giant monster from the water. after a few minutes, joy was able to fully lift the giant monster from the water while its tentacles were all still squirming, and while the crowd on the beach applauded her.

“now! We must find the power stone!” jake said, saying the go signal for the 3 of them to search

“remember joy, focus on the mission.” joy reminded herself

While joy was steadily lifting the whole monster, and shooing away anyone who disturbs her concentration, the rest were searching all over the charybdis whole body for the power stone while evading all its tentacles.

“i found it! Though whoever finds it first, have to destroy it huh..” james said, after a few minutes of searching at the bottom of the monster, where he found the power stone at one of the big tentacles.

There, he flew towards the power stone, only to be closely evade a group of tentacles on his way and almost lost control over his flight. In that moment, jake saved james from plunging towards the water at lightning speed, which he almost lost control on his flight.

“i had it under control you know!” james

“remember, curiousity almost always kills the cat.” jake

“yeah, sorry.” james

“and we already talked about this. If you were to find the power stone, inform either one of us before we head there together.” jake

“yeah, I know.” james

“guys, lets do this! Or else joy isnt going to last!” natasha said as she now appears in front of them

“hey nat, how about you do the honors?” jake said with a smile

“sure! Lets do this!” natasha
as they all agreed, jake goes towards the monsters mouth, while they both go towards the big tentacle with the power stone on it. With jake at the top, he then positions himself for the kill strike, which is after they get the power stone. After a vicious battle against the tentacles, and plowing their way towards the center tentacle that has the power stone, they finally got to the center and pulled out the power stone. Covered in blood, they then flew towards jake, which was waiting for them.

“got it!” natasha said, presenting the power stone

“good. Now go to joy, so that I can strike all I want with this monstrosity.” jake said as they agree

As they went towards joy, jake then made lightning storms the shape of the monster and struck lightning at it, thus frying the monster before joy lets it go due to her limit.

“and that is what I call an ala carte special.” jake said as he descended towards the others, smiling

“you just had to make a corny joke bro.” joy said, still huffing

“anyways, where to next?” james

“just, give me a minute will you? Im still very tired from all that lifting.” joy

“well, since this is a beach, how about we get a break for a while.” jake

“that sounds fair.” joy said as they all agree

As the beach was now drenched on blood from the monster, jake and the team was given free shirts and pants from the locals for killing the monster, which was destroying both marine life and their lifestyle on the beach.

“i could get used to this.” james said smiling

They were now relaxing on a hut, right at the beach, right after eating some food.

“yeah. Anyways, the next places would be in the red sea by the south, in syria, and in iraq.” joy

“looks like we will be splitting up then.” jake

“what?!” james

“so what james, are you scared?” joy said teasingly as she was resting in a chair

“no im not!” james

“haha..” natasha

“anyways, lets all split up. Joy is with james in syria, nat will be in iraq, and I will take care of the one on the red sea.” jake

“ok.” natasha

“what?!” joy and james said at the same time

“and why should I team up with him?” joy

“thats my line!” james

“now, now guys, lets all get along here.” natasha

“its also so that we can cover more ground this way, rather than do it one by one when we now have over 3 reported cases." Jake

"Hes right. And its also to make you guys get along with each other, alright?" Natasha said, sitting beside joy

"Hahh.. alright then. Though he also has to keep up with me on our fight." Joy said teasingly

"Right, and im the weakest link here." James

"Will you guys cut it out? Lets just focus on the mission here." Natasha

"Yes maam." They both said

"Anyways, lets get going now. Are you ok now joy? And is the recharging done james?" Jake

"Yeah, im alright now." Joy said as she checked herself

"About 80 percent, but its alright maybe." James said as he checked the battery pack

"So, you guys good to go then?" Jake

"Yes." They said

"Good. Lets go then. We will rendezvous in between" Jake said before they all packed up the garbage and flew off

As jake was to the south towards the red sea, natasha was further east towards iraq, while the two were also towards the east towards syria. And as the two were close to their destination, they got to the city of damascus, where the military were still trying to kill the minotaur which they are currently having difficulty killing it as it always rampages towards them. The minotaur is a half man, half bull, with the size of a 2 story building, which has the head and lower half of a bull and the rest is human.

"Stand down! We got this!" James shouted to the military as they descended

But as the minotaur saw them, it changed course and rushes towards them instead, as they both touched the ground at some distance from it.

"You know the plan, go quickly!" James said as he blocks the minotaur with a sound barrier

"Ok, keep that up james!" Joy said as she flew at some distance above the minotaur

As joy tries to pull out the power stone from the minotaur, it then noticed and they both are now doing a tug of war for the stone.

"Alright, you do that, and i go distract this thing a little bit more!" James said before he changed to attacking the minotaur

As james attacks the minotaur, it both attacks james with one hand while doing the tug on the other, all while trying to capture james and kill him. As james then flies, so that he can dodge the attacks better while attacking, they do this for a while until joy finally was able to win the tug of war. With that, james was then able to kill it and they claim victory.

"Whew! That was very exhausting." Joy said as she lets the stone levitate near her.

"Yeah, a single monster this powerful would take all we have." James

"Now that i think of it, yeah." Joy

"Im just glad you were with me this time joy, or else i wouldnt have won." James

"Me too. Anyways, lets get to the rendezvous point fast." Joy said as james agreed

They then flew towards iraq to meet with natasha along the way. Meanwhile, with natasha, as shewas now at the city of baghdad, she immediately found a giant skeleton monster which is terrorizing the city.

"Whoa, now thats a big skeleton." Natasha said as she stopped to see the monster

She then flies towards the gashadokuro, where she flew to check what she could find with the monster. The gashadokuro is a japanese monster which is a giant skeleton, the size of a sky scraper, andwith eyeballs. It was also 6pm when she found the monster.

"Hello there little one, what are you doing here?" Gashadokuro suddenly said as it stopped

"You can talk?!" Natasha said, as she stopped in front of it

"Yes, like all japanese monsters." Gashadokuro

"I see. Anyways, are you a sacred beast for instance?" Natasha

"My word, no. I wouldnt claim myself to be sacred, since only lady kitsune is one of the sacred beasts." The monster said

"Oh, you mean the nine tails?" Natasha

"Yes, have you ever seen her around?" The monster said

"Well, its kind of a long story. But in short, shes not here." Natasha

"I see." The monster said

"Please tell me, as an intelligent monster like yourself, why did you ravage this place?" Natasha

"Well, im only fulfilling my duties as a monster, since i was created by rage of wars. And since there is anger here, im only fulfilling what i must do." The monster said said as it moves again

"Cant you just control that and become like a peaceful monster?" Natasha while she moves out of the way for now

"No, i cant. I must do what i must do, that is how i was born." The monster said as it destroyed another building

"Then you leave me no choice." Natasha said before she goes to its forehead

Then as usual, natasha goes towards the forehead of gashadokuro and overloaded it, before pulling it out.

"Thank you." The monster said before it vanished into thin air.

"What a sorrowful way to disappear." Natasha said while she mourns

"Hey nat! We are here now!" Joy said as they appeared after a few minutes

"Nat, are you crying?" James

"No, there is just something in my eyes, thats all. Anyways, do you have the other power stone? So that i can overload it for you, and render it useless for a while." Natasha

"Here, its been acting wierd ever since we pulled it out from tbe minotaur." Joy said as she levitates and giving the stone to natasha

As she held the stone with her other hand, she was then about to be possessed by the stone, when she overloaded it immediately.

"So this is how jake felt when the zombie king stone almost possessed him." Natasha

"Anyways, what now?" James

"We give these stones to the proper authorities for them to take care of it." Natasha said smiling

They then gave both stones to the nearest military official, before going to jakes location. Meanwhile, with jake..

"Now where can i find that monster?" Jake said as he was flying around the red sea

He was searching everywhere for a monster, only to not find anything. It was now even night time when he was still searching for the monster.

"You done with yours yet bro?" Joy said at the distance as they appeared after a few more hours

"Nope, not yet. I cant seem to find that monster yet." Jake

"Oh, is it that one?" Natasha said after she spotted the kelpie near jeddah

Asthey saw the kelpie, there was no people around. And the kelpie is like a regular sized blue glowing horse, made out of pure water.

"Lets go! Before anyone falls victim to that one!" James

"Wait, what do you know about it?" Jake

"According to my research, the kelpie drags people towards the water! So there is no telling how many people it has drowned!" James

"I see. Let me take care of it then." Jake said before striking a bunch of lightning towards the kelpie

Of course, the kelpie was in anguish when hit by the lightnings, though the stone overloaded and the kelpie turned to water.

"And that ends that." Natasha said as they now descended to get the power stone.

"Oh well." James said with a gesture before descending as well

"So, where to next joy?" Jake said as he picked up the stone on the ground

"It seems that there are sightings in saudi arabia, iran, and in the persian gulf." Joy said after she saw the text message on her phone

"Should we divide ourselves as a team again?" James said as jake was thinking

"Oh? And you didnt even like being with me." Joy said teasingly

"Well, i changed my mind." James said with a smile

"Oh? You guys are now in good terms huh." Natasha

"What?" They both said with curiousity

"Nothing." Natasha said with a smile

"Come on, tell us nat." Joy said, dying with curiosity

"Well, its just that you two are a bit alike, that maybe you guys were meant for each other." Natasha said smiling

With that, joy was now blushing red.

"Guys, i have been thinking.." jake said, interrupting the mood. "my instincts are telling me that we should stick as a group this time."

"Really?" They said

"Yes. And we should head for the farthest one first, which is in iran." Jake said, pointing at the map on joys phone

"Dude, there is literally a nearer one, and were now in saudi arabia!" James said, also pointing at the map

"Well, that could also work. Lets all go then to the nearest one." Jake

"Yes sir!" They all agreed

They then flew towards north, towards medina, saudi arabia, where they are to be surprised on what they will meet there.

“the text I got from general bruce says that the next sighting would be right around these parts.” joy

They were now flying in the middle of the site, where the monster was suppose to be situated or summoned, where it was now night time and they were now tired from all the flying and slaying.

“well then, shall we call on general bruce to arrange us some place to stay?” jake

“agreed!” they said before they descended towards the ruins of the power station

Joy then called the king of saudi arabia, for them to have a place to stay for free.

*ring*

“hello?” joy

“hello? This is general bruce speaking.”

“hi general, if I may, can we have about 2 rooms just for us? We are seriously tired for now.”

“i see. After tracking you with our satellites, it seems that its now about 8pm there right?”

“yes sir, and we really need some rest for now.”

“alright then, leave it to me. Wait there for now while we book some hotels for you.”

“thanks.”

“and can I have jake on the line?”

“sure!” joy said before giving the phone to jake

“hello?”

“hello jake, its general bruce speaking.”

“yes, I know. What is it?”

“you already know right? That a space shuttle or ship was just being stolen.”

“yes. And I also have a bad feeling about it, why do you ask?”

“well, your bad feeling was right on the mark, since we have a CCTV footage on some men, infiltrating the compound.”

“i see. Then?”

“you just wont believe who was with them. Its paul manhattan.”

“what?!” jake said as the others also turned to him

“yes, we don’t know his aim yet, but it might certainly involve something more sinister.”

“yeah, I can imagine that. Thanks for sharing this with me.”

“yes, a little information wouldnt hurt to share anyways, since I also had confirmation with the president to share the info.”

“i see. Anyways, we will all wait for that booking. As for now, we will concentrate on the task at hand.”

“ok, I understand.” bruce said before he cut off the line

“guys, we have some bad news on our hands.” jake said to the team

“What is it?” joy

“its about the former president, paul manhattan.” jake

"wasnt he imprisoned?" James

"Yes, he was. Its not quite known, but he escaped with the help of the neo nazis." Joy said, as he then understood

"Anyways, what were you saying?" Natasha

"He is the one who stole a ship from the event at nigeria, no doubt with the help of the nazis. But question is, where is he headed and what is his purpose?" Jake

"Hes maybe there to grab an alien? Haha.." james

"Thats it! Hes there to negotiate with aliens! The only ones with the tech and the power to send me, or maybe even the entire human race, to oblivion!" Jake

"What?! They could do that?!" James

"Yes." Jake said before facing joy. "Looks like my gut feeling about all this is right, he may also be the one behind the appearance of the monsters."

"Probably." They said

"Anyways, lets hope we can warn the world before its too late, about what he is planning to do." Natasha

"But first, is for us to rest for the night." Jake said before the phone rang again

*ring*

"Hello general."

"Hello jake, i have now booked about 2 rooms for you guys."

"Thanks, though we have an urgent announcement."

"What is it?"

"It might be that the former president paul is trying to do some sort of negotiation with the aliens!"

"That is possible, but we will never know for sure."

"I see. So you doubt me?"

"No, i dont doubt you. Its just that many possibilities exist right now on what the former president is doing."

"Well, you got a point."

"But its most likely that, i believe in you."

"How about telling the world what he is about to do?"

"Like what? Tell them that the former president is off to rule the world with the help of aliens?"

"Why not? Thats what he is about to do after all."

"True, he has hated mutants, and i hate him too. But doesnt mean we should bad mouth someone according to what we think about them, right?"

"Yes, but after all that he has done, dont you think that he is up to something no good?"

"Probably. The mention of your very name really irritates him to no end after all."

"Besides, he has got the backing of neo nazis with him, so its highly possible he is up to no good."

"Yes, you are maybe right about that."

"Anyways, Just text this number for the details of the booking."

"Yes, i will." Bruce said before he cuts the line

Bruce instead sent an email to joy, for the booking accommodations within medina, saudi arabia. Then after a while of getting into their rooms, they all immediately slept.

"Jake" said an unknown voices

Jake just shrugged it off

"Jake burns" said an unknown voices again

This continued until they established a connection with the sacred beasts.

"Jake burns, this is urgent. I hope im not disturbing you in your sleep." Milky

They were now inside a white space, which they were all floating, all 10 of them including jake.

"Ugh.. what is it?" Jake

"Its regarding the beings from another world, they are making a move." Tiger

"Really?!" Jake said as he woke up

"Jake, please connect with us again, and concentrate this time." Drago

"This really woke me up, and about 6 in the morning." Jake said as he check his watch before meditating. "Please tell me more."

"Your human acquaintance really is ignorant of his ways, for i forsee multiple possibilities now of the earth getting destroyed, and with him at the center of it." Drago

"I see. When he gets back to earth, i will personally deal with him." Jake

"No, it cant wait. After you take care of the remaining monster, the hydra, you must depart for space. Even if you will take your team with you." Said an unknown person

"And may i know who you are?" Jake

"Oh, i havent properly introduced myself, i am lotus. Or you could call me tiamat, the first sacred beast." Lotus

"Whoa!" Jake said in awe over the beautiful lady in ancient babylonian wear

"Anyways, go and introduce yourselves!" Lotus said to the remaining two

"We met before, in my beast form. Im the bakunawa by the way, and you can call me nawa." Nawa

Nawa was also a cool lady, which is with brownish skin and tribal wear

"And i am the great cthulu! Though you can call me jack." Said the bearded man in a pirate suit

"Whoa.. and you 3 just awoken i suppose?" Jake

"Yes dear, we just awoken. Anyways, the last known monster that you must slay is the hydra, which is located north east of here." Lotus

"But what about the other places? There might be more monsters there." Jake

"Nope, the remaining were just me and lotus here. And the monster named hydra." Jack

"And as far as i know about cthulu, he is like an evil god or something." Jake

"Nope, legends are often exhaggerated my friend." Jack

"True, though where are you right now? And how can i also find you?" Jake

"Dont worry, i wont cause any harm in this time. My benevolent self will just hide among the crowd, never to be seen." Jack

"And if you cause trouble? I know that you often like to." Lotus

"No, i wont. That was back then when i was really young, now im wiser." Jack

"Oh?" Lotus said as the others were staring at him

"Oh come on." Jack said as he was a bit irritated at their stares

"Haha.. anyways, if you guys are available sometime, you could visit my place in the philippines for some treats. Of course, in your human forms." Jake

"Sure. We would love that." Lotus said as they agree

"So, we would only just have to slay the hydra right? Before we would head to space." Jake

"Yes. Though rest assured, you would have us as company." Dragna said as the others agree

"Alright then. Thank you sacred beasts." Jake

"Dont thank us yet jake, we havent yet helped you." Tiger

"Yes, its also too soon to assume." Black

"Also, where are you now lotus?" Jake

"Im with the other sacred beasts, living in a village in china right now." Lotus

"As for me, you know where i am living." Nawa

"Hahh.. fine.. im just residing at the persian gulf. But rest assured, i would just stay underwater all the time and avoid human contact." Jack

"Same with me." Nawa

"And do be careful of the hydra, its seriously really powerful." Red

"I see. We will becareful of it, dont worry." Jake said with a smile

"The hydra is currently in a place called iran, so off you go little one, and may the gods be with you." Lotus said before they cut the link

"Alright then, since its now about 6:30. Better get to it." Jake said as he saw the watch again before he took a shower

He then woke up everybody up, so that they could have free breakfast.

"What?! The sacred beasts talked to you?!" Joy

They were all now enjoyong breakfast in the dining room at the hotel

"Yes, they did. And they said to have either me or us in space at the end of our monster slaying." Jake

"I see. Its that bad huh?" Natasha

"Yes, its that bad." Jake

"Joy, can you check if the news about paul has already been said in the news?" Natasha

"Sure!" Joy said as she checks her phone. "Nothing, there are no news as of yet." She said after a while of searching the internet

"I see. It seems that our general doesnt really know how grave the situation is." Natasha

"Sure he has been imprisoned for his crimes, but what exactly did he do?" James said, as they now finished eating

"He has deprived me of my liberty, my pride, and everything else. And i was even separated from my own family cause of him." Natasha said as calm as she could be

"Whoa, easy there nat, hes just asking a question." Jake

"Arent you mad at him as well? He, who has also deprived you of your own liberty, and shown you a false paradise?" Natasha said seriously

"I am still mad at the guy, but doesnt mean that you must thrust all or some of your anger at james. Though i could just share the memory again with him, if you like." Jake

"No! Im good, really. Was just curious on why you guys are so gung ho against him." James

"Yeah, brother had it really hard. To think that he was shown a false paradise of his own, any normal person wouldnt have thought about going out of the system." Joy

"But thats it joy, i didnt. I just overloaded the system itself, and am really glad for my connection with the sacred beasts." Jake

"Yeah, im sure they are glad as much as you are glad with them." Natasha

"Anyways, where to next joy?" James

"According to the sacred beasts, we have to head north east, to face off against hydra." Jake said, cutting off joy

"What?!" They said

"Hydra you say?" James

"Yes, hydra. The hydra, the one with many heads." Jake

"I see. But what about the other monsters?" Joy

"What was called were 2 more sacred beasts, named cthulu and tiamat." Jake

"What?! Tiamat you say?! Thats even worse than the hydra!" James said, surprised

"And cthulu as well." Natasha

"It says here that cthulu is like an evil god, which has a head of a squid and a body of a man, or half man half squid. And tiamat is an ancient babylonian dragon that has many heads which represents the elements itself." Joy

"Yes, though when they presented themselves in front of me, they were all in their human form." Jake

"They can turn to human?!" James

"Yes, they can." Natasha

"Anyways, we are to head towards hydra right?" James

"Yes. What info do we have on hydras joy?" Jake

"Hydra is a dragon with a very long neck. Once cut off, 2 more will grow out. It is also said that it can grow up to many heads.. wow, this monster would be super annoying to deal with." Joy

"Yeah, just imagine how many would pop up once we cut off its head." James

"Well, who says cutting off his head would be the only solution? When we can just get the power stone like always?" Joy

"But we would have to find the power stone first before we could even put an end to it." Natasha

"Yeah, and we dont even know on how many other powers it has." Jake

"Anyways, we do what we can, with what we got right?" James

"Excuse me guys, you are disturbing the other guests." Said the waiter

"Oh, sorry, we got our voices loud." Jake said as they all feel sorry

"Anyways, lets all go and slay this monster!" Jake

"Yeah!" They all also replied

"Hey mr jake burns, can i have your autograph?" Said one of the visitors, which is a little girl

"Sure thing! And whats your name little girl?" Jake said, kneeling at the girl to reach her and get her pen and pad of paper

"Its casandra." Said the little girl

"Alright casandra, you listen to your mom and dad alright? They know whats best for you. Though doesnt mean you should neglect your studies, alright?" Jake said as he signed

"Yup, will do that." Casandra said

"How about you guys? Care to give her an autograph?" Jake said smiling

"Sure, why not?" Natasha said as the other two agrees

All 3 of them then signed on the pad of paper, before waving goodbye to the little girl and her parents, flying towards the skies of iran. And once they arrived at tehran, after some time of flight, they immediately spotted the hydra. The hydra was a 1 headed dragon with a very long neck and a bulky body without hands, which spits fire from its mouth, and was even taller than a sky scraper.

"Wow! Now thats one bad ass dragon!" James said as they were still hovering in the air

They were now right above the city of tehran, where it was being scorched to the ground by the hydra as it moves forward towards the west. It was now also brewing thunder clouds which could rain at any moment.

"Yeah, but nothing like the azure dragon, though this one is maybe as close as powerful as he is." Jake

"Isnt that the chinese dragon in myth? And you actually met one?" James said, being excited

"Anyways, guys, you all know the plan right?" Natasha

"Yes." They said

"Lets all stick to the plan then." Natasha said as she led the way

"Lets go!" Joy said as they both agree

They all then flew all over the hydras body to look for the power stone, but only to find nothing.

"Found something?" Natasha said as she was hovering at the hydras back

"Nope! We cant find anything!" Joy said as they all replied the same thing while flying all over

"Which means that its inside his body! Guys! We all need to strike!" Jake

"Roger that!" Natasha said before they all ready to attack

They all then attacked its bulky body immediately, which made the hydra flinch and scream in pain, before it also attacked using fire blast.

"Its not working!" Joy

"Try again!" Natasha said before they attacked again, except with jake

As all attacks were futile, jake then delivers the finishing lightning uppercut at the hydras head, which tore its head off of its body and leaving the body lifeless.

"What are you doing?!--" james said as he flew towards jake

Jake cuts him off, "shh! Just watch!" He said with a gesture

Then in an instant, the power stone popped up from the inside of the neck and rapidly grew back its head, which also divided its neck into 2.

"You see that?! It just grew back into 2 separate heads!" James said as he missed to see it, since he was flying towards jake in that instant

"No! I saw the power stone popped up in that instant!" Jake

"What?!" James

"Yes, it popped up from its neck." Natasha said as she appeared right beside

"And it has a very hard body, blocking all our attacks." Joy said as she also appeared

"But--" james

Jake cuts him off, "No time to debate james, look!"

The hydra then woke back up and shook its 2 heads, before screaming itself, and attacking them.

"Whoa!" Joy said as she blocked the attack with a barrier

"Guys, i have a plan, but its going to sound crazy." Jake

"Were used to crazy already! Give us the plan!" Natasha said as they all position themselves

"Alright, we attack both its heads and let it grow, while one of us must get the power stone from its body.” jake

“what?!” they all said

“i know it sounds crazy--” jake

Natasha cuts him off, “but its all we got. We leave the retrieval to you master jake!”

“i agree. Its too powerful even for me.” joy said, still blocking the next wave of fire blasts

“whatever, lets just do this.” james said, as he readies himself

“alright, we got an unanimous decision master jake! You go for it!” natasha

“alright then, team, lets go!” jake said before they all dispursed

As the fight now started, james and joy cuts its necks off, with a cutting attack. And in that instant, its head grew right back, times two and without the power stone ever appearing. The hydra screamed as it grew all its heads, before attacking once more.

“team! don’t falter! Attack!” natasha said as she attacks the hydra head on

“yes maam!” joy and james followed suit and attacks the other heads as well

“jake, you stay there and find that power stone! We will give you the opportunity to do it!” natasha

“leave it to me!” jake

But as much as it attack, its instantly grows 2 more heads to replace that 1 head. The battle goes on for hours, that even rain has started to fall.

“this is going nowhere! Have you found that power stone yet?!” james

“not yet!” jake said as he tried his best to spot the power stone under all the heavy rain

“damn it! Good thing this suit of mine is water resistant.” james said as he sees the battery power at 20 percent left.

“get back in here james! We need you!” natasha

“yes, will be right there!” james said before flying back towards the chaos

Then after a while more, jake was finally able to see the power stone, which popped up in the middle of the necks and its body. And in that instant, at the speed of lightning, he flew towards the power stone and was finally able to grab it.

“got it!” jake said as he struggles to have the palm sized power stone sink back towards its body

The hydra also screamed as it now knew that jake got the power stone, and was about to attack jake, when joy flew close to him and shielded him

“guys! Lets attack its heads more and keep it distracted from jake!” natasha

“got it!” james said before they both attack its heads with their attacks

“joy, I cant use my lightning when you are this close to me.” jake

“but--” joy

Jake cuts her off, “don’t worry about me, I got this!”

“ok then bro, I will now join them on the fight.” joy said, before she lets go of the shield and attacks the heads instead

In that instant, after joy left and some of the heads were about to attack jake, he struck lightning towards the power stone. But after striking lightning, he wasn’t able to pull it or overload it, and the heads then made a fire blast towards jake.

“ugh! This is what a barbecue feels like!” jake said before striking lightning again and again towards the power stone

After a while, as joy and the others were also busy fighting against the other heads and jake resisting the fire blast with his speed healing, he was able to overload the power stone and pull it out of the body.

“yes! He did it!” natasha said as they now stopped attacking the other heads

As the hydra was now laid dead on the spot, jake fell down, which joy cached him with her telekinesis before he bumped to the ground.
”bro! You ok?!” joy said as they all flew towards jake

“yeah.. yey for the team.” jake said as he stood up

“dude, you can wear my shirt if you want.” james

“oh yeah, you are naked right now.” joy said, turning her head 180 degrees

“haha. I couldn’t have done all this without you guys.” jake said as natasha was intensely staring at him
