"hey nikki, will this look good on me?" rena said, as she lays out a shirt with some design, for nikki to see

The 4 girls were now at the mall again, at the womens section, and this time, they brought a very reliable bodyguard with them.

"yeah, it will look good on you." nikki said, after examining the shirt

"thanks. If only i had your style though, you look good in anything." rena said, casually

"if you would look at a person with great style, also look at lica. She also has good style on her own." nikki said, facing towards lica at the pants section

"yeah, and your boobs too." rena said, touching hers, and feeling a bit sorry for herself

"whats boobs have to do with having good style?" nikki said, feeling a bit awkward. "besides, these things are heavy." she said, putting her arms around her

"the priveledge of having big boobs." rena said, with envious eyes

"a-anyways, have you picked anything yet?" nikki said, changing the topic

"what are you girls talking about?" lica said, as she and sheryl appears to them

"its n-nothing--" nikki said, before she was interrupted

"we were discussing about big boobs." rena said, now looking at lica with envious eyes, while lica feels awkward

"dont mind her, and lets just continue selecting presents." nikki said, as both sheryl and rena feels a bit envious with both of them

With that, they all continue picking clothes, where leo was just outside the entrance of the store.

"hey leo, can you come here?" lica said, as she and rena appeared at his side

"are you girls done?" leo said

"nope, we want you to judge." rena said

"ok." leo said, before they go inside the store

Inside the store, they then go to the changing area, where they will now be trying on their selections.

"i think im used to this, as ruby also let me judge her outfits, but i guess im wrong." leo said to himself, as hes now waiting for the girls to finish changing, feeling nervous as well

"first up, is me!" nikki said, as she unveils herself

Nikki was wearing very fashionable clothes, where she was wearing pants and a blouse, with a bit of accessories, fitting of her.

"y-you look good in that nikki! Its overflowing with your personality and beauty! As expected of a gal." leo said, complimenting her

"thanks." nikki said happily

"unfair!" lica said, as she peeks out of the curtain. "well, im done anyways, so here i am!" she said, as she unveils herself now

Lica was wearing a white one piece dress, as she displayed herself to leo.

"wow! Y-you look so pure and pretty in that dress, just like your personality." leo said

"you look good to lica!" nikki said, with a thumbs up

"you too nikki." lica happily said

"next is me!" rena said, as she unveils herself now

Rena was wearing a shirt with shorts, along with a hat.

"you look cool rena!" leo said,

"as expected of me, you look great rena!" nikki said, with a thumbs up

"is that all?" lica said, as they got out of the changing area for a bit

"sheryl is still there." leo said, as he points out to the last changing area

"hey.. sheryl.. come out now and show us." nikki said to sheryl

"im not confident enough if i look good in this nikki." sheryl said, as she pops her head out of the curtain, embarrassed

"you will look fine, just trust me." nikki said, assuring herself

"yeah, you will look good in it." lica said, as rena agrees

"a-all right." sheryl said, before she slowly unveils herself

Sheryl was wearing a blouse and a mini skirt.

"wow! You look cute sheryl!" leo said, as they all agree

"and we guarantee it, with leos seal of approval." rena said, with a thumbs up

"thanks." sheryl said, shyly

"now, its time for round 2!" nikki said, excited

"seriously?" rena said, being tired. "i think this is fine already."

"no! A girl must have many weapons up her sleeve! If you know what i mean." nikki said, before the girls all face leo now

Leo really wants to comment, but cant, and wont, since its a matter of girls pride. So he just didnt do anything, yet.

After their little fashion show, they all now go to other stores to browse stuff they want to give as presents.

After a few days later, before christmas day, at the taym mansion..

“merry christmas!” they all said, raising their glasses with their respective drinks

They were all now at the garden, right behind the mansion, where there was a party held by the taym family.

“im really glad you guys could also join us, mr and mrs rivera. I have also been hearing a lot about your son from my daughter.” carl taym, nikkis father, said

All the people were now in their respective groups, where they were now chatting. Father group, mothers group, and leos group.

“the pleasure is ours. And just what did your daughter say about my son?” ivan said, now a bit nervous

“its all praises I hear from her. After all, hes her savior. If it werent for him, she wouldn’t be here now.” carl said, raising his glass

“me too. If he wasn’t here in the first place, my rena would have already been dead.” renji said

“i also heard that if it wasn’t for him, my daughter would have been a victim of bullying at school.” sheryls father, lance lee, said

Sheryls father was in a business suit, which he came straight from work.

“my daughter is also always singing praises for the guy. Although he hasn’t saved her yet or anything, and praying it wont come to that. I mean, just who is he really?” bert misto, licas father, said

“thank you all for your praises with leo, and your support as well mr taym.” ivan said

“yes, its all possible thanks to your son. Hes the one who suggested for me to fund your research.” carl said

“what?! this is the first that I have heard.” ivan said, surprised

“he did also say that you might be against it, as my daughter said to me one time, but he just couldn’t think of any other reward for saving her.” carl said

“damn it.” ivan said, almost crying

“it was also said during the contract signing for stockholders, that there were only a few who signed up to fund the research, saying that its just the governments way of getting more money from the people or something.” carl said

“yes, some do say that, but as I also said that to leo, he suggested to ignore those rumors. Because the research will probably be of use one day.”ivan said

“yes, it will be useful one day. And leo did also say that depending on the use, it can also become a weapon.” carl said

“please excuse us, but just what is your research?” renji said, as the bert and lance also were curious

“should I tell them?” ivan said, before carl agrees.

“we are now friends here, arent we?” carl happily said

“alright then.. my research is all about the uses and future applications of dark energy.” ivan said, which surprised the other 3

“the rumored all powerful cosmic energy? Which the aliens were talking about to the world leaders back then?” bert said

“yes, that one. And after 50 years of research, we were finally able to define and determine what is dark energy, and how it will be used in the future.” ivan said, which surprised even carl

“so, what is it really?” lance said, curious, as do the rest of them

“its an energy unlike any other, which can be used in many ways. From world domination, to world destruction. So now, we are on the process of learning on how it can be applied to our lives. From space travel, to as small as quantum computers. That’s all I can say.” ivan said

“yes, as the rest is confidential, even for us.” carl said

“and since we are on the topic, can we also sign up for it?” bert said, as lance also agrees

“s-sure! We can discuss the details by tomorrow. “ ivan said, as he rejoices a bit

“sir, can I?” a guard said to carl, before he excused himself for a second.

“what is the matter?” carl said

“sir, we have a problem.” the guard said, before explaining the emergency
