Marin went in the van as the rest of the team were fighting against the other creatures, Ryu made his shield bounce a lot of times, hitting a lot of Grancos easily, Midori made sure to hit the Gimigas with his shotgun, even the ones with a plane head were destroyed with ease for the power of the shotgun, Sakura cut the Colanas back, making them fall in their inevitable death, but having power didn't mean that they were going to have things the easy way, they were a lot of insects, when one of them got taken down another appeared out of nowhere, it was life if they multiply like slimes.

—Come on, Marin, we need to go! —said Midori.

They all got in the van and Midori started to drive again, Yasu and the others got in the van as soon as they cleared the way for Midori to drive.

—Who is the kid? —said Ryu.

—I don't know, he was too scared to tell me anything, I saw him in a corner trembling in fear —said Marin.

—The guards have an order to not let anyone enter or exit the buildings, the kid must be outside when it happens... —Yasu said.

There was a silence in the van aside from the sound of all the insects running at the van itself, the team knew what Yasu mean with those words, but the silent was interrupted by the sound of the GPS, approaching the next of their teammates, this time was Amano, Marin looked at the distance and saw how Amano was running from a Colana, a Gimiga and a Granco, the team ran over the Gimiga and stopped, Marin was the first in exit and shot the Granco in the air, Ryu put the sword of Amano in the back of the shield and threw it behind Amano, making a wall between him and the other insects that were approaching him, Amano took his sword and cut the head of the Gimiga and ran towards the team.

Everyone got their weapons ready and they left the child inside the van.

Marin said and closed the backdoor of the van and took her pistols out.

—This formation is not good at all, but we will do what we can, Yasu, Sakura, Amano, Nazu, put yourselves defending northeast, southeast, southwest, and northwest, Midori, Marin you two will cover east and west, I will cover south and north, be aware of your surroundings, ready?!

But they didn’t fall in front of them, thanks to the shield of Ryu, he not only attacked the target on the ground, he attacked the ones in the air too, and the ones in the air were hit two times once the shield returned to send them away from the team.

But he was not the only one helping with that, while Sakura fought against the Gimigas too, she from time to time shot one of her blades out to stick the Grancos or the Colanas into the walls, poles, cars, or signs that were around.

Amano was taking care of a lot of Gimigas too, he cut head after head and even when its sword got grabbed by one, he made it spin and the thorns of the Gimigas would be destroyed in a matter of seconds, making a mess with its insides around the suit.

Everyone was making a good job at the start but they were getting tired as the time passed, taking care of a lot of creatures wasn't easy task, since they attack too and change patterns, they were not simple mobs that you kill, they had intelligence, and it was noticeable, when the Colanas entered in action.

The reason why they weren’t fighting against the 432nd squad wasn’t because they were afraid, but because they were knitting something, a lot of them got grabbed by the Grancos and were just passing across the team making something fall.

A big web was thrown into the team, but that didn’t stop them, they make their way out easily, at least for the ones that had a sharp weapon, the others, didn’t have that much luck, Marin, Midori and Ryu were struggling to get their web out of their bodies and what cause more commission around the team was the metallic sound of something falling.

A white shield, falling at the distance, while Midori and Marin were able to defend themselves even if it was in a clumsy way, the one without any source of defending himself was Ryu, his shield was thrown to take one of the Colanas and Grancos that were flying.

Nobody was so close to Ryu aside from Marin and Midori, but they were busy trying to move as well, it was just about time before the Grancos made their way to the team, and they needed it to do something, fast.
