Jessica Geminus

In the hideout, Jessica goes through her phone Herald and Yuri were taking a quick nap. Jessica takes her eyes away from her phone and glances at Herald. She returned to her phone and suddenly came across an old photo which showed her alongside Liam and Grant with her and someone else alongside her when they were babies.

She began remembering playing with her brother Grant and her half twin siblings with their mother sitting beside all four of them. She lets out a smile before her expression changed to annoyance and causing her to turn her phone off and go outside.

Herald woke up and saw Jessica leaving the hideout. He looked at Yuri and thought that he'd be fine by himself and went after Jessica. When reaching outside, he saw Jessica who was about to light a cigarette.

He stops her saying, "You shouldn't smoke." Jessica freaked out from hearing Herald's voice, causing her to look in his direction. He continues speaking, saying "It'll kill you."

Jessica took the cigarette out of her mouth and places it back in the box. She placed the box back in her pocket and said "Shouldn't you be standing guard?"

Herald answered "Yeah well, that also means that I have to look out for you --"

Jessica abruptly stops Herald from speaking by asking "What's Grant like?"

Herald, puzzled, asked "Why?"

Jessica answered "It's simple, I wish to know more about my brother and even my father."

Herald, curious, asked "Have you never met your father before?"

Jessica, with an upset expression, answered "I... I haven't seen him in over 20 years." Jessica began to fiddle her finger behind her back, and continued "I love my father and the times he took to spend it with me and Grant, those were cherishing moments... I kind of wonder if he will even want to see me..."

Herald asked "What happened between you and Mikhail?"

Jessica immensely sighed and answered "Our parents were struggling to co-exist, and this was despite knowing about our mother fooling around with Liam and Helen's father... After that, me and Grant were seperated when we were just toddlers... And when I reunited with Grant, I could see in his eyes that he couldn't remember me... Makes me wonder if my father even remembers me."

Jessica became silent after telling her story to Herald. Herald then asked "Why don't you find out?" And this made Jessica surprised and Herald explained "I have came across Mikhail once or twice and I could see in his eyes that he's missing something. Something that he considers to be important... And besides, you'll never know unless you try."

Jessica then broke down chuckling as she found what Herald saying to be downright corny. She later calmed down, seeing Herald's slightly annoyed face and deciding to back inside. She pretended to try and hold her laughter in but when Herald was out of her sight, her expression changed, likely considering the advice that Herald offered to her.

Herald sighed and returned back inside. After a couple of hours later, Grant, Liam and Jason returned but Grant appeared with bruises on his face and blood dripping from his mouth.

Jessica, worried, ran to Grant and said "Oh my god, are you okay?!"

"Just some bruises, thats all. Thankfully Xythis was there to save our ass." Said Grant, surprising the three.

Yuri asked "What do you mean Xythis helped you? What the hell happened at the stadium?!"

Then Jason answered "Lets just say that the Mohawk's numbers has drastically fallen, immensely." And sayinf this left Yuri and Herald look at each puzzled but Jessica didn't seem to care as she brought Grant to sit down at a chair while she tends to his wounds.

As Jessica tends to his wounds, Grant says "Thanks..." which makes Jessica surprised but then makes her smile secretly. "H-Hey... If you want, maybe we can go and reunite with dad... He'll be happy to see you again since its been long."

And hearing that, this made Jessica even more joyous inside as she was going to be in her brothers life more and even have to chance to reunite with her father after years of being apart. She couldn't help but express a smile.
