Part 3: Reminiscing

The five drove in the vehicle via the driver that had returned and as the boys looked out the window, in their eyes, something felt empty in them as if they didn't want this to happen but in another sense, they knew they had to end Xythis' reign as well as terminating The Mohawk's, despite questioning whether or not their efforts will ever make a change.

Yuri looked at Jason who appeared smiling and he asked "What's got you so happy?"

To which Jason answered "I'm just expressing happiness, thats all." He looked away from the window and then at the four, "It was thanks to you that my families name was cleared and that my father can rest easy knowing that the truth is out."

The group each smiled and then Herald said "Lets celebrate this moment together as frie- ... No... As a family." Herald began to tear up and proudly stated "It was an honour getting to know you and fighting alongside you... If this is our last stand, then I'll cherish the moments that we experienced together with pride."

"That goes for me too." Said Yuri.

Followed by Liam as he said "Same here."

They all looked at Grant who remained silent until saying "I will always honour this moment, no matter the outcome." He then reached into his pockets and handed Liam a wrapped gift, saying "Happy early birthday, Liam."

Liam took the gift and looked at it, then at Grant who nodded for him to open it. Liam unwrapped the foil and saw a pair of gloves that he had wanted years ago but was unable to do so.

He began remembering a time when he saw some cool boxing gloves on the store front and wanting it. Liam had wanted this so badly that he worked hard to get enough money for it while Grant watched in the shadows at his determination. But when the time had came for Liam to get his gloves, they had ran out but he didn't appear too upset as he instead decided to buy something else.

There was a birthday party for Grant but it was just him by himself with cake in front of him and as he was about to take a bite, Liam surprised him with a gift that he bought and when Grant opened it, he had a building blocks toy that he immediately loved but when Grant was about to give Liam his gift, Mikhail appeared and the boys were forced to go outside and play somewhere cool although Grant appeared sad but he covered it up to avoid making Liam worried.

Returning to the present, Grant remarked "I'm not as brave you think I am... I've wanted to give you those gloves for years... I just never got the courage in me to do so..."

Liam froze and then asked "But why now?"

Grant answered "When I saw you fighting Xythis... I admired how you didn't attempt to run but instead fought back and stood your ground... It made me realise how much courage that must take to do something like that..." Grant takes a deep sigh and says "I'm sorry I never gave you those gloves sooner..."

Liam then smiled and then put them on, showing such glee. He looked at Grant and said "Lets win this bro." Grant's expression changes and together they fist bumped.

The vehicle drove closer to the location, as the group was now facing Armageddon.
