"what do we do now leo?!" loid said over the comms, very afraid of what he saw

Loid was currently at a distance away from the giant portal, and hiding, along with 2 other soldiers who are there to protect the experts being brought there to examine the wreckages if possible.

"let me handle it." leo said, before he flies towards the portal. "whatever you guys do, stay hidden, along with the others."

"yes sir!" loid said, before he and the others start retreating to the nearest aircraft

After that, leo then unleashed a barrage of energy whips, to fry all the alien fighter ships.

"as expected of the first evolved human, such frightening power." said a voice, coming into leos head

"who are you?! What is this trickery?!" leo said, before he noticed a female figure coming out of the portal

"does this form please you by any chance?" the voice came from a female krood, which was also accompanied by many other male krood

"no, but its probably more convenient." leo said, as he descends

"oh, thats a shame. But i do appreciate--" the female krood said, verbally, as leo landed near her

"who are you? And what are you doing in this planet?" leo said, seriously

"we are the krood, and i am one of its queens, and we would like to occupy your planet for our prosperity." the queen said, with confidence

"propserity huh, at the price of other species i suppose." leo said

"ah.. Unlike your people back then, you dont attempt to negotiate. Why is that?" the queen said

"because i know what your kind would really do, specially to my species." leo said

"and i guess you arent also doing it for your people." the queen said

"yes, im doing it for my future, and all our futures." leo said

"is there any chance of negotiations by any chance?" the queen said

"no. Your kind has already wrecked havoc to other species for far too long!" leo said

"i guess it failed huh." the queen said, before she turned her back

"where are you going?" leo said, as he unleashed his energy whip again, capturing them all

But when he did that, a very large space ship also came through the portal.

"what are you doing?" leo said, angrily

"just a little gift, from me, before i die." the queen said, before she was also fried to ashes

"damn it!" leo said, before he now detroyed the giant portal first

After that, he then flew towards the giant ship, robbing it with all its energy with his left hand, while he made his right hand produce a giant laser beam. Thus slowly destroying the military ship after a while of cutting it into many pieces, and then crashing it into the wastelands.

"whew, thats one, and many more to go." leo said, as he was now a bit tired from all the hard work

But when he was about to attack once more, a small black hole suddenly appears at a distance in front of leo, sucking up all those alien fighter ships in front.

"hey leo! Need some help?" lica said, as she and the girls appeared at his right side, all walking towards him

"i did good you know, leo!" yuki said, as she rushed towards him

"me too!" sheryl said, as she also rushes to leo

"yes, you really did good, all of you. For also fulfilling my last order." leo said, patting the two of the girls

"yeah, to come back to you at all costs." nikki said, with a big smile

"but how did you all get here so fast? Doesnt the air around here feel heavy for you girls?" leo said

"yes, a bit. But its alright, as we just immediately turned back to get to you." lica said

"this really makes me happy girls, i really love you all." leo said, as they all were now with big smiles

Back to neo japan, where a big celebration was underway..

"good day ladies and gentlemen! For the greatest event of the year for this country! Which is the crowning of the newest emperor of neo japan! Along with assigning the new president of neo japan as well! This is your all around host and commentator, vj trace, bringing you live to this event! When no one else could ever cover this event, except us!" vj said, on live international TV, as leo and the girls were being paraded on the streets of tokyo

"damn.. I didnt think they would make this a big event for us." leo said, as he was waving to the crowds

"me too." lica said, sitting on his right, doing the same thing on her side

"in any case, were just glad that everything is over." yuki said, sitting on his left, also doing the same thing

"well, lets just see whats in stored for us later." leo said

Then at the evening, at the grand palace in neo japan..

"everybody, if i can have your attention." vj said, during the night of the event. “presenting, the new emperor and his queens!”

The event hall was now filled with many VIP people, and the family, of all those who remained.

Leo and the girls then appeared from the back door of the event hall, with leo in his best suit and the girls in their own respective gowns.

“and now, to the coronation of the new empresses!” vj said, before leo begins the formality for their coronation

The family of each of the girls then crowns each one, after conducting their rights. Though as miku and yuki doesn’t have any family, leos parents did the crowning.

"and now, the crowning of the new emperor, leonardo rah rivera!" vj said, as everybody applauded

“we are so proud of you leo.” ivan said, as he crowns him

“and us too, along with your sister ruby.” flower said, where ruby was cheering on in the crowd

“thanks.” leo said, before they got down from the stage

"and now, a word from the new emperor!" vj said, before handing the mic to leo

"thanks vj, and thank you everyone!" leo said, as the crowd applauded, while others cheered. "as of my first order of things, i will declare the throne to emperor as no more!" he added

"what?!" they all said, surprised

"i mean, the threat of the krood is still present, even though many people were saved for now." leo said, before passing the mic to lica

"as a people, this isnt really the time to be celebrating the birth of a new royal family." lica said, before passing the mic to nikki

"as such, we decided that we will help all the militaries of the world prepare for the upcoming krood invasion, in space." nikki said, before passing the mic to rena

"personally, i think im not qualified to be royalty, after hearing from yuki what it would mean to be one. But i will gladly help with leo in protecting this world of ours." rena said, before passing the mic to sheryl

"and to do so, we must play our parts, as its now time for change!" sheryl said, before passing the mic to miku

"and that change isnt by holding onto t old traditions, as many things will have to change! Not because we are also illuminati, but we are the beacons of change in this world." miku said, before passing the mic to yuki

"therefore, we decree that the notion of royalty in this country shall either be gone, or replaced. Your choice." yuki said, before passing the mic back to leo

"also, i will soon name my successor as president of neo japan, so that we can focus on more important issues." leo said

"may i ask why?" vj said, as he got another mic

"its for various personal reasons. And since we are already very busy as it is, being the illuminati." leo said

"fair enough, for me." vj said

With that, the whole event was concluded, and the crowd was filled with many questions.

"was that really alright leo? The whole thing, and the revealing of the name illuminati?" yuki said, as they now sit on a chair

They were now at a local inn, where they were now resting.

"yes, its all for the best." leo said

"plus the people already had rumors about the existence of the illuminati anyways, during the start of this krood invasion. So its only fair." lica said, as they all understood

"so, what do we do now?" nikki said, curious

"we get ready, for the next war to come, and it will be soon i tell you." leo said

"soon? Dont tell me that the krood has been playing with us all this time?" rena said

"yes, they saw us as not a threat, until now. Thats why, we must strengthen our defenses, in preparation for the next one, which will come as soon as you think." leo said

"and first that we must do is, to bring back our original fighting strength, right?" miku said

"no, that would take forever to finish." leo said

"then what?" miku said, as leo now thinks of ways to defend the planet from the krood
