The cliche girl.

Oh no... Im late..." I was wanting to scream from the top of my lungs at my own blunder. Now I am late and am keeping Kuze-kun waiting too. I was running in the dress that took me half an hour just to choose. Who though I would be this cliche... now I am gasping for air trying to find where to go. Good thing my muscle memory is leading my way to the train station as thats close to the bookstore and the place that we have decided to be our meeting point. I hope my dress doesn't mess up.

I was already gasping for air when I was in front of the train station, but somehow he was not here. I searched everywhere but he wasn't there. I looked up my phone, but he didn't tell me anything about being late.

But it's not like I mind it. On one hand, I am a bit relieved. I wouldn't want him to ruin the image of me by being late and gasping for air like this. But my throat has been very dry from all the running...

"I think the train station has a shop inside. Maybe I should buy a drink from there." I didn't think much of it and went straight into to station. Survival is important after all. I calculated that I have to talk quite a bit today, so I cant have a dry throat, it would make my voice crack.

I didn't even realise but I became quite self-conscious today. i wonder why is that. It's as if a date. Well, seeing how this is going, it is a date, but I feel weird inside.

The store that I was looking for is small, and on the station platform. I really didn't want to come here, because in this time the station crowded. It's the weekend too so even more crowd. But it's the closest store here and I can't let Kuze-kun waiting when I came first here.

Maybe I am not that much lucky today, or maybe I spent it all when I arrived before him after I was late, but as soon as I set foot on the station platform, two trains came from both sides and opened their doors, flooding the platform with a sea of humans. The store was so near me, but it soon became covered with humans. I had no choice but to wait here until the crowd settles. "I wonder if Kuze-kun is waiting for me in front of the station..." I mumbled.

"I am behind you though."

"AHH!?!" I screamed. Thats the third penny for Kuze-kun scaring me.

"I guess that's the third time I scared you. Sorry for that." He smiled. "By the way, what are you doing here?"

"Hm? I was going to the store to buy some drink. But why are you late though? You didn't tell me you were going to be late?"

"What are you talking about, Miko-san? I am fifteen minutes early from the decided time.." Ahhh... I might just be the most cliche girl today.
