Chapter 2:

advancing in magic and more

reincarnated from loser to hero

fast forward 3 years later and Heiwana had learnt a multitude of things, like; magic control, and even some minor sword fighting skills from his dad. But he mostly spent his time practicing magic, he was now able to use all 6 magic types in this world; wind, earth, water, fire, holy, and abyss magic even though he was more profficient in the main 4 elemental magic  seeing as abyss and holy magic was much more difficult to control, he still had a decent amount of spells and skills that he had aqcuired through his training, and unfamiliar to him this lead to him being on par with the avarage D rank adventurer, an insane feat for a 6 year old. And then after months upon months untill even a year of practice he mastered not only all the mid level elemental spells but also all the abyss and holy novice spells.

then at the age of 8 his father asked him a peculiar question, if  he would like a magic tutor to help him with his magic, Heiwana immidiately accepted of course seeing as he had been doing everything on his own so far, and then after 3 weeks of eagerly waiting Heiwana heared a knock on the door, he had been dissapointed a numerous amount of times over the past few weeks so he didnt get his hopes up, but it turned out that it was infact his magic tutor. obviously the first thing he did was  bombarded (her) with a bunch of questions, like what kind of magic can you use? are you strong? can u teach me advanced holy magic? and because of all this (Gārī) was overwhelmed  and just tried to  politely ask if she could come inside first,  Heiwana managed to let his exitement cool off and he let her in also helping her with her stuff.

the next day after eating dinner and getting to know eachother as well  her introducing  herself to his parents they got to work on his magic, but Gārī got quite the shock realising the magic prowess Heiwana possesed but she still tried her best and she started  by teaching him no incantation spells Heiwana was a quick learner but this was still a difficult talk seeing as u had to think of the magic u wanted to create inside your head so Heiwana had to practice and practice for weeks upon weeks and finally he had mastered no incantation spells, he originally thought that was all but then Gārī asked him if he wanted to train advanced magic or mid level holy magic first * sigh * he truely wasnt going to get let of easy  so he kept training and imagining the magic inside of his head, it wasnt easy  but after another full month of nonstop training he succeeded, unfurtonately this caused her to not be able to teach a lot to Heiwana, only mid level holy magic and some advanced water magic. So after teaching Heiwana all she had to teach she took her leave this greatly impacted Heiwana seeing as he had grown quite fond of her, but all good things come to an end eventually, so he saw Gārī off and there he was left, with only his family and his magic.
