under arrest?

Heiwama your under arrest for the use of dark magic. that was the last thing he had heard before he got knocked out and handcuffed, he was now in a jail cell no one had came to visit him because it hadn't been allowed yet. it turned out that the skill Heiwama had used on the bird was known as black magic, the towns mage had noticed it and sent guards to the caster (Heiwama) to arrest him or if it were a monster it. Now Heiwama was in a cell awaiting his court date, he didn't have hope because there were actually a bunch of wealthy people that hated adventurers and wanted to fight off as many as they could, so Heiwama didn't really stand a chance. Thats why he was making a plan; he was going to try to learn metallic magic a sub-magic for earth magic if he learnt that he would be able to get out of the steel prison he had been thrown in, but the magic was apperently very hard to use and he wasn't able to learn it without a spell book so he gave up on that. His next plan was to lure the guards in and then steal the keys using magic but not only did the handcuffs negate magic, but the guards were tamed monsters from a tamer that lived in town, all around b rank monsters and 5 of them so he didn't have a shot at that either, so he decided to just wait it out and maybe just maybe he could escape, leaving everything behind. Then it was time, around 6 days later he was finally released of the prison and he got guided to the courtroom. He immidately saw  a bunch of noblemen but he also saw the 5 adventurers AND his dad! he also saw a few of the shop owners that he had gotten his stuff from, he even saw both of his party members. Just seeing them made him happy already. They had made their way over here just for him! This gave him the slightest bit of confidence so he continued to walk untill he was placed between a what appeared to be "lawyer" and next to him was the mage that had noticed his magic power. And then the judge began to speak, Heiwama an c- rank adventurer has been accused for the use of dark magic after the defeat of a soulshadow, known for their use of dark magic, Mage luri has noticed this and had Heiwama arrested. We will now start, okay what does the defendant have to say for himself? and so i explained that i didn't know that type of magic wasn' t allowed as i had been far out from civilisation and nobody really knew of that type of magic back home i told the judge that i couldn't have known that it was illegal to use that magic. luckily the judge agreed with me on that subject and asked the mage if it was acceptable to let it go for this once, the mage agreed seeing how young i was and well thats that, i was free once more.
