02 - Game Start!

Weather was fine at the evening, environment so quiet and peaceful, less vehicles, and it is nice to see sunset.

Shouka just had the bath and was refreshed, wanting to go to his room in a rush while feeling so tempted to play Delta Strike to rush his to-be-promoted to highest-rank, Marshal, the last tier rank in this season game, yet Shouka is just a humble person not take this rank so serious. Meanwhile, the sister, Shita is laying on the long-chair, gluing herself at the phone, watching live game streaming, noticing her favourite player is announcing that going to stream in less than 10 minutes. And yet she is so excited and shouted “Yeahhhh pro is back!”

Shouka is still drying his hair with a towel in his room, doing the “huh”-face and rolling his eyes, “yeah yeah… I am guessing that your favorite Spicarie is going to stream soon..”

“You are just jealous, not even beat him. You just so lucky haven’t met him in a match, that’s all..”, Shita replied with her angry tone of voice.

“Uh, I don’t care. I just want to get the highest rank badge and rewards, that’s all..”, replied Shouka to his sister with a smug face.

Shouka’s computer is switching on while smiling and excited by looking at his amazing high-spec gaming PC, with almost complete RGB at the computer casing and high-end graphic card, along with the noisy CPU fan, thinking nonsense while imagining his computer is going to take off at the airport.

Once his computer is fully started up, his sister Shita surprisingly brings a plate of cut apples as an appetizer, and put on the Shouka’s table beside his gaming PC.

“Thanks sis, you’re the best!”, said by Shouka in an excited way.

“Oh well, since you have to pay for the dinner anyway”, Shita laughed while Shouka made his annoyed face toward his sister.

While Shouka is eating the apple cut by his sister, a sudden message pops up at the WazUp Chat Messenger.

“Hey Shouka, join my party in League of Champion. Everyone is here, and we want to test our microphones here!”, Shouka read the message with a surprised face, wondering who messaged him.

“Ah, Yuki! New microphones? Oh ya, we have been playing this game muted without talking to each other in voice-chat before. All right, let’s do this.”, said Shouka in his inner thoughts.

Yuki is Shouka’s childhood female friend and still his neighbor although both of them are already adult and the same age at 29, and they both play League of Champion game together since the game launched years ago and both of them are Champion ranking. It is a Multiplayer Battle Arena (MOBA) type of game where 5 players versus 5 players.

So Shouka immediately launch the game then accept the game party invitation by Yuki, then enter the game and voice-chat, seeing the party is full of five players, name MrJanitor who is Shouka, xBugBunnyx who is Yuki, and the other three Yuki’s friends that Shouka barely know well in game, namely IHardCoreKiller, CatManiacLover, and LovStarWar although they already been years play together.

“Hey everyone, one match only. I am going out after this for dinner.”, said Shouka to everybody through the mic for the first-time since this is the first-time they talk together through voice-chat.

“OK bro!”, shouted by Yuki while Yuki started the matchmaking.

“OK Mr Janitor!”, “Ok boss!”, “OK champ!”, said soft-spoken from these three ladies in the voice chat, and Shouka was surprised, along with his sister, Shita.

“What! All ladies? And I am a male alone in the party since we’ve played together in the beginning??”, said Shouka in his inner thoughts.

“Oh ya, this is the first time you heard us, not knowing the IHardCoreKiller, CatManiacLover, and LovStarWar are girls. Haha!”, said Yuki to Shouka, while others were shy and laughed slowly.

“I just thought you are the only female in this party the whole time! … And you knew they’re female too???”, shouted Shouka to Yuki with anger-tone of voice.

“Ah sorry Shouka, we have been messaged and meet-up together among us girls only the whole time without you.”, said IHardCoreKiller to Shouka in a shy-tone of voice.

“Hell yeah, it's not cool if we girls bring you when we’re going girl-outing. Would you like to accompany us shopping the female underwears? Ofcourse not right?!”, continued by CatManiacLover to Shouka after IHardCoreKiller finished her sentences, in a tsundere-tone of voice.

“True enough, you would be shy when walking with us.”, continued by LovStarWar to Shouka after CatManiacLover finished her sentences, in a calm-tone voice.

Shouka was lost in thought and clueless, shocked and mind-blown after hearing these three female friends that Shouka just knew in-game only.

“Sorry IHardCoreKiller, the way you talk doesn't match with your name. I thought you're an aggressive person”, said Shouka to respond to IHardCoreKiller.

“And I am sorry, CatManiacLover. The way you talk is also the same, totally opposite. You sound more like tsundere, it doesn't match with your name at all!!”, said Shouka to respond to CatManiacLover.

“And sorry LovStarWar, …. I don’t know what to say.”, said Shouka to respond to LovStarWar.

Everyone is laughing, including Shouka’s sister, for a few seconds except Shouka, who still stays mind-blown and has a surprised face.

“Haha, OK OK bro, let’s stop here. Me, IHardCoreKiller, CatManiacLover, and LovStarWar already know each other for a long time. I'm introducing you, IHardCoreKiller, her name is Mina, CatManiacLover is Emi, and lastly, LovStarWar is Akiro.”, said Yuki to Shouka in her calm and joy-way.

“Hello, nice to meet you Shouka, at last.”, said Mina, Emi and Akiro at the same time toward Shouka.

“Hi ladies, nice to meet you too. Hope all of us here get well! I am Shouka by the way.”, replied Shouka.

Then the match-making is found and they enter the champion selection room.

“Alright, let’s pick our heroes and win this. I am, as usual, going to the jungle.”, said Yuki.

“I'm gonna go for mid as usual”, said Shouka.

“We also, as usual.”, said the rest.

Then once the champions picked, they start talking, teasing each other on the mic, and play the game, and won the match.
