Chapter 1:
Fate
Phantom
In the 15th century of the Cyber Age, the era of Cyberthrone begins. This period possesses a power that will reshape the fate of the world, unlike any known technologies. The time, dimension, and reality machine. Its creator, Lordhair Iron.
--Lordhair Iron, the prince of the Iron Kingdom and also known as the Iron Professor, is famous for his great technological inventions. In addition to these traits, he possesses inherent micro powers, a result of techno weapons adapting to the human body.--
"Every evolved human can have micro powers in their body."
--A large, advanced laboratory with dark blue techno details in every area. Numerous giant mechanical screens, five-dimensional multi-creators, and many creative devices. In the center of a lab far beyond its time, a young man with turquoise hair, purple eyes, and dark blue and red attire, wearing two CyberIron swords on his belt and standing around 1.80 meters tall, can be seen.--
--This person is Lordhair. He walks toward a large device in the middle of the room, which is a dark grey metallic color with red techno details. With a portable creator attached to his hand, he instantly creates the equipment he needs and adds them to his inventory.--
--"After placing the Turquoise inside, the most powerful invention in the universe will be complete," he says. He takes out the technophone from his inventory and starts a holographic video message to Nash. "I am grateful for your help in finding the Turquoise ore, Sir Nash," he says and sends it.--
--He activates the Microstole and lifts the device from its place, placing it on a large macro regulation stand made entirely of iridium, glowing in purple light. After setting it down, he takes the Turquoise from his inventory and activates the micro-physical power of the stand. This power reveals every detail that can be regulated at an extraordinary level, surpassing other stands. Lordhair's grandfather invented it.--
Microstole: A set of powers that includes absolute domination over any object, without physical touch, such as crushing, moving, or dealing micro-elemental damage. It is innate and cannot be learned.
--Lordhair immediately detects the place of the last piece with the power of the Microeye and places the Turquoise inside. "Now the greatest invention in the universe should be complete. I can’t wait to try it," he says, and with the Microstole, places it back, pulling six iridium out of his inventory and connects the power.--
"Your name is now Phantom."
--"Should I travel through time or dimensions? Or should I play with reality? Time and reality are dangerous, but for someone with my power, dimensions cannot be a threat. But first, I need to ensure no one but me can use this. I’ll make the security code the answer to a large and challenging integral problem multiplied by the 10 millionth decimal of pi. It’s almost as infinite as pi itself. A regular professor would take 15 days to solve it." He says and approaches the machine, forms the question within a few hours, and sets it as Phantom’s security code, activating the security mode.--
At that moment, a small yellow kitten enters the lab, playing with a little white ball, and starts running around. Lordhair begins typing in the security code. At that instant, the kitten’s ball rolls toward the Phantom’s activation button.
Lordhair confirms the code, and Phantom starts processing, but just as the ball hits the interdimensional travel button, Phantom activates. A massive gravitational pull forms, drawing both Lordhair and the kitten inside.
“Damn! I didn’t even get the dimensional coordinates for this dimension yet, and we’re going to a random location. I need to pull my dimensional and coordinate locator along with me using Microstole,” Lordhair says.
Using his Microstole power, he pulls the locator, and it too is pulled into Phantom's current surge, sucked in alongside them.
Lordhair and the kitten safely pass through the dimension and reach the new one.
Everywhere in sight is a snowstorm nothing but snow. Lordhair tries to look farther with Microeye, and at 10 kilometers ahead, he sees a black castle and a white army.
“What is this army? It’d be wise to follow them from a distance. The air is much colder here than in our dimension, and there’s a feeling of dread. I’ve been through many winters, but this place is something else,” he murmurs and starts heading toward the castle.
Suddenly, he turns around and sees the kitten following him. He reaches down to pet it and realizes it’s shivering. He picks the kitten up and hides it inside his clothes.
“We’re stuck together, little one. You can be my companion until we get home, but once we do, I’ll wipe out all the cats in the universe. Do me a favor and remind me of that, okay? By the way, your name is Snow.”
"Meow."
"I should speed up, don’t want to freeze to death, Snow."
Lordhair walks quickly, constantly planning his next move.
“I’ll walk along the valley’s edge to shield us from the cold. Maybe we’ll find something like a cave. I’m not worried about fire; I have supplies in my inventory, but they won’t burn in this wind.”
Meanwhile, Lordhair sees flying creatures with red glowing eyes in the sky.
--“I sense aggression from these monsters, hopefully I’m wrong. In my world, no creature would be full in this weather. But with this much power, what difference would it make if they attacked? Sometimes I forget I’m the 'Iron Prince.--.
"This cold is giving me a headache; it’s so cold, there are icicles everywhere.”
“As Lordhair and Snow continue on, the snowstorm intensifies. The howling wind creates a chilling emptiness around the distant black castle. Searching for shelter to spend the night, Lordhair notices strange markings in the snow: a web made of ice, with a series of mysterious figures.”
“What are these figures? How did this web not break in this storm?” he wonders, when suddenly, a great light emanates from the web, and beneath it, a massive creature with white eyes and a glowing red hue, holding an ice axe, emerges and swings its axe at Lordhair.
Lordhair uses Microstole to slow down the axe's speed and, just as he draws his sword to retaliate, flying creatures attack him.
“Impressively fast, but too slow for my level,” Lordhair says,
-- using Microstole to push the giant bear away. Then…"--
--Lordhair unsheathes his swords with an almost invisible speed and observes the weak points of both the giant bear and the flying creatures with his microeye; all of this happens in mere milliseconds.--
--He identifies the giant bear’s weakness as the chest area, and the weakness of the flying creature (mord) is its poor use of speed.--
--Lordhair activates his attack called "mikrodeath," and red light bursts from both of his swords, reflecting the day of the apocalypse. He stabs one sword into the giant bear’s chest, pulls it out at the same speed, and kicks the giant bear very hard. The giant bear cannot resist this kick and flies into the rocks at the end of the valley.--
--For the approaching mords, he uses his macrolightning power; lightning circulates through both the swords and Lordhair, and they all gain extreme speed (macro: used for non-inborn abilities), and it tears apart all the approaching mords--
"We needed food anyway."
--As the mords slowly dissipate like a vanishing cloud, Lordhair calmly watches this victory.--
--Lordhair and Snow proceed through the rubble of the rocks and step into the depths of the cave. When they enter, a mysterious light emanates from the depths of the cave. At that moment, a figure appears from the darkness.--
A woman... She is a beauty with long, dark hair, pure white eyes, and a delicate ice dress. Her face carries both the wisdom of ancient times and a mysterious unease. The woman has a unique magical aura.
"Come here, Iron Prince," the woman says, her voice deep and resonating, as if echoing within the cave. "My name is Nira."
Lordhair immediately keeps his swords ready, but something in the magical energy of the woman makes him feel there’s a mystery.
"How do you know my name? You shouldn’t be here."
Nira smiled and said, "You shouldn't be here either." She began to explain herself:
"I am... the flaw of this dimension," Nira says. "With your arrival, the balance of the universe has been disrupted. And I came into existence. I am a part of this dimension, a flaw. But I know many things: the secrets of this universe, its powers, everything you can imagine. My god shows me the way, and I will show you the way." "My existence is the flaw of the universe. But fate brought me to you. Your path is also mine."
--Lordhair speaks--
"I don’t fully understand what you are, but the aura I felt when I crossed into this dimension is exactly the same as yours. Are you saying that you came into existence because of the energy that appeared when I crossed into this dimension?"
Nira steps closer and looks into the depths of the cave. As the runes around the mysterious stone that is the source of her light glow, Nira continues:
"This dimension is a transition space where everything begins and ends. However, due to the complexity of the universe, the boundaries of this dimension sometimes break down.
My existence emerged during this breakdown. Meeting you is no coincidence. Your arrival opened a path here. But there is a cost to this."
Lordhair is a little shocked, but listens carefully and asks, "And what is this cost?"
Nira extends her hand and says right there, "The heart of this dimension... There is a dark castle."
"And in that castle, a war is about to begin. If you cannot reach the castle, the end of the person who is the last bastion of this dimension's existence will be upon you, Iron Prince." "You are the warrior foretold by the ancient seer centuries ago."
"And be very careful, because; while you defend the dark castle, a great darkness will emerge to swallow everyone."
