In the beginning, there were two gods: Mithras, the God of Order and Light, and Thanar, the God of Chaos and Darkness. They shaped the world together, but while Mithras sought harmony, crafting the land, skies, and oceans with wisdom and care, Thanar saw creation as incomplete without conflict, introducing destruction and rebirth as a test of strength. At first, their differences were a discussion, a debate, but soon, their visions clashed too violently. To maintain balance, they granted humanity power, Blessings, abilities beyond mortal reach. Yet, even in this, they disagreed. Mithras bestowed them as gifts, meant to uplift and help civilization thrive, while Thanar saw them as trials, believing only the strongest were worthy of survival. And so, every Blessing became both a gift and a curse, shaping the world in ways neither God could fully control. Over time, their battle consumed them, their final war shattering their forms and scattering their power into the world. In their absence, twelve divine warriors arose—the Zodiacs, created to restore balance. But they, too, succumbed to their own desires, betraying their purpose and seeking to remake the world in their own image. Now, centuries later, the gods are gone, the Zodiacs rule from the shadows, and humanity struggles within a system built on their unchecked power. In this broken world, mercenaries and fighters roam the land, taking dangerous jobs to survive. Among them is Drayano Jackson, a man with nothing but his fists, his Blessing, and a simple goal: make enough money to live comfortably. But fate has other plans for him.
