Chapter 5:

Jorah Iron

Fate

Participants in the council:

--Sir Nash – One of the strongest warriors of the Iron Kingdom, the leader of military operations.--

--Master Maecyr – One of the oldest scholars of the kingdom, an expert in dimensional theories and magical energy.--

--Master Croton – After Lordhair, the brightest mind of the Iron Kingdom in advanced technology and military engineering.--

--Master Ygron – An expert in economics and strategy, a master of political intrigues.--

--Master Crysis – Head of secret intelligence, the person who manages espionage and security operations.--

J--orah Iron slammed his fist on the metal plate in front of him and began speaking:--

--"The Iron Kingdom has been leaked for the first time in its history! Someone has gotten information about Phantom out. Aethor... It’s confirmed that he is an agent of the Crystal Kingdom. So, what did he learn? And what are we going to do?"--

--Sir Nash, crossing his arms, answered in a harsh voice:
"If he has delivered what he learned to the Crystal Kingdom, this is the first step towards war. That is unacceptable for us!"--

--Master Crysis, speaking in a calm yet threatening tone:
"We still don’t know exactly how Aethor infiltrated. However, it’s now certain that the waves Phantom is emitting have drawn the attention of other countries. The real question here is: How will the Crystal Kingdom use this information?"--

--Master Maecyr, taking a deep breath and speaking with a thoughtful expression:
"We know the nature of the energy Phantom is emitting. That device is not just a machine... It is an anomaly that can bend reality. If it falls into the wrong hands, it could cause irreversible destruction in this dimension."--

--Master Croton leaned toward the table and added in a serious tone:
"If the Crystal Kingdom uses this as a cause for war, the only solution we have is to either strengthen Phantom even more or destroy it entirely. But the second option would be a great loss for us."--

--Master Ygron evaluated the situation from an economic and political standpoint:
"I’m not saying we’re unprepared for war, but don’t forget that we’re already facing an uprising. Five countries are secretly trying to unite against us. Phantom’s existence could speed up this process."--

Jorah Iron, under the shadowed lights, thoughtfully brought his hand to his chin. This was not just a case of espionage; it was a move threatening the future of the Iron Kingdom.

Finally, he began to speak:

--"This matter won’t end here. Crysis, use all of our resources to track Aethor. Nash, double the protection of Phantom. Maecyr and Croton, find a way to stabilize the energy Phantom is emitting. Ygron, maintain the political balance and try to figure out what move the Crystal Kingdom will make."--

Jorah Iron stood up, his eyes as hard as steel.
"If the Crystal Kingdom wants to be our enemy... We’ll show them what a true enemy is!"

Jorah Iron began to speak in a stern and determined voice:
"Aethor, who infiltrated Phantom’s laboratory, was sent by the Crystal Kingdom. These unstable waves are disrupting the natural order of the dimension. This situation has brought the Iron Kingdom to the brink of great danger."

Sir Nash interjected:
"This infiltration is not the work of a single agent. The spread of the waves could mobilize all external forces. We must take immediate action."

Master Maecyr emphasized the potential danger of the energy Phantom had created:
"Phantom is not just a machine. It has the power to bend reality. The information Aethor obtained shows how the Crystal Kingdom could use this device. If this information falls into our hands, other countries could spark rebellions."

Master Croton, offering ideas on technological measures, said:
"We must strengthen Phantom’s defenses and maintain the integrity of the system. Review the relevant protocols."

Master Ygron, warning to maintain the political balance, added:
"This situation could upend the balance of power between the five countries. The Crystal Kingdom’s move could ignite a rebellion against the Iron Kingdom."

Master Crysis quietly added:
"Tracking Aethor’s movements will help us understand the seriousness of the situation in the coming stages. For now, we should increase our covert operations and gather the relevant reports to determine our next move."

Jorah Iron took a deep breath and gave his final orders:
"Crysis, track Aethor and prepare a detailed report. Nash, increase the security measures for Phantom. Maecyr and Croton, work to stabilize the device. Ygron, maintain your vigilance in the political arena. There is no room for hesitation in this matter. We must be prepared for the Crystal Kingdom’s move. My sons, summon Thorn and Mask to the kingdom. Locate Lordhair. Where we are now is critical."

The council meeting highlighted the seriousness of the infiltration that threatened the future of the Iron Kingdom. Everyone was aware of the uncertainty and potential danger ahead.

Jorah took a deep breath and said: "You may disperse now."

Each of them slowly began to leave. The Iron King raised his hand and said, "Not you, Nash. We need to talk."

Jorah stood up from the council table and moved to his majestic throne. "Kneel, Nash," he said.

Nash obeyed the king's command and knelt.

Jorah Iron sat on his throne, his eyes shining in the darkness. In front of him, Sir Nash knelt, his head bowed.

Jorah’s voice cut through the room like a sharp knife:
"Your security lapse... will spread throughout the entire country, Nash."

Without lifting his head, Nash calmly replied:
"I understand, Your Majesty. I am ready to pay the price."

Jorah approached with heavy steps, each word whispered but filled with deadly determination:
"This is not a punishment… This is a mission. The whole world will consider you a traitor. Your friends will turn away from you. But you… will be my eyes and ears."

Nash’s eyes sparkled, and despite the shadow on his face, honor reflected in them:
"What do you want, Your Majesty?"

Jorah placed his hand on Nash's shoulder and whispered:
"Go to the Crystal Kingdom and find out what’s happening there. Take with you anything that could assist you from Lordhair's latest technology. But be careful—no one will believe you. You are now an exile. There is no better spy than an outcast."

Nash bowed his head:
"Your command is my duty. My loyalty is endless, Your Majesty."

Jorah turned his back and disappeared into the darkness:

"Go, Nash. The kingdom will hate you… But I never will."

--The announcement that spread across the entire country the next morning created a shockwave:
"Sir Nash, by neglecting his duties, has jeopardized the kingdom’s security. From now on, he is exiled from the kingdom."

But only two people knew the truth. And Nash, now seen as a traitor in the public eye, had become the loyal protector of the Iron Kingdom in the shadows.--

Nash, alone in Lordhair's room, was preparing to take the high-tech devices. The devices surrounded by neon lights on the table reflected the complexity of Lordhair's world.

The first device was "Aether." This defensive tool would protect Nash from dangers by condensing the surrounding air and blocking shockwaves.

The second device was a set of glasses and headphones called "Aewon." This device would allow Nash to detect secret communications of his enemies and help him anticipate dangers.

Shadow Reflector: A portable device that allows the user to hide temporarily by manipulating the light and energy flow around them. Its effect may vary depending on environmental conditions.

After examining the devices, Nash bowed his head and silently thanked Lordhair. "Everything is ready," he said. "I begin my mission."

--As Nash left the Iron Kingdom for the last time, the sky was covered in a gray blanket that stretched across the horizon. With each step, the land he left behind, the familiar streets, and homes became increasingly blurred in his eyes. Streets where he once ran and heard laughter were now silent, with no echoes left between the walls.--

--Looking ahead, he was stepping into the unknown. But this step, above all, was like shedding the weight of the past from his shoulders. The slow steps he took made him feel like he would never return. The boundaries of the kingdom he left behind were growing farther with each passing second, but the bitterness within him remained.--

Nash, feeling the heavy burden on his shoulders, left the kingdom’s gates behind and walked on. Nothing was certain, but one thing was clear: Everything he left behind would turn into memories, and these memories would transform into silhouettes, a veil of mist.

Hours flowed like water for Nash. Before he knew it, morning had arrived.

The morning in the Iron Kingdom was shaken by the resonating sound of bells. The eyes of the gathered crowd in the city square were fixed on the rising scrolls and the loudly read proclamation.

The Royal Herald, with a deep voice, announced the decision to the entire country:

"By the decree of the Iron Kingdom, Sir Nash has neglected his duty and endangered the security of the nation. Due to this betrayal, his honor and title have been revoked, and he has been exiled from the kingdom. This decision will be recognized by all allied countries and territories."

This news not only spread throughout the Iron Kingdom but also reached the other five great countries within a short time. The Crystal Kingdom, the Shadow Kingdom, the Ashen Lands, the Northern Peaks, and the Shadowlands echoed with the news. Each kingdom’s council began discussing the betrayal in their respective palaces.

With the announcement of the exile, Nash suddenly became a traitor, an enemy in the eyes of the entire continent. Edicts issued in the port cities in his name were distributed to travelers and merchants.

Jorah, ensuring that the decision was recognized across the realms, sent Nash one final message:

"You have no friend anywhere now... and that will be your greatest weapon."

Nash's exile had caused a great stir throughout the world.

Crystal Kingdom
Lord Cypron, upon receiving Aethor's report and hearing of Nash's exile, furrowed his brow and said coldly:
"Is this a sign of weakness in the Iron Kingdom? This could change the balance. We must watch carefully."

--Lake Kingdom--
Queen aria , as she watched the silent waters of the lake, greeted the news with a smile:
"The Iron Kingdom is cracking... Opportunities arise as the waves grow."

Ashen Lands
The Ashen Lord, sitting among the grey smoke, commented on Nash's exile with a dismissive tone:
"Betrayal... How ordinary. However, the gap opened by a traitor could be intriguing."

Northern Peaks
In the cold heart of the mountains, General Hrothgar spoke briefly and firmly:
"They’ve shown weakness. If war breaks out, the first blow will resonate the highest."

Shadowlands
The Shadow Lord murmured in the darkness with a whisper:
"A man in exile... is the most dangerous weapon."
