Is that Deena Hawkeen's voice? Her voice echoed in my ears.
"Yes, that means you can hear me!"
Eeeh? You can hear my thoughts?
"More like communicating. This device allows the user to travel between other people's consciousness."
That's very cool.
"No, if it is used for evil."
Huh? What do you mean?
"You didn't need to know. You need to find your consciousness now because the machine detected you as Eileen's."

This was a bizarre experiment. I was inside my head. That was the wildest thing I ever said in my entire life. But this raised a question, "Wait, didn't you say we're going to train?"
"Sorry that I lied, I just can't help but worry about my daughter. When I looked at you this morning, I felt like she could be in trouble. I just couldn't shake the feeling."
Oh. That's the reason.
"But I also do want to cheer you up. If you couldn't train your body, this thing could help train your mind."
For a moment, I was stunned by that statement.
You want to train my brain? That feels kind of... insulting.
"Sorry if it sounds rude but I am very worried about the both of you."

As I thought before, the elder harpy said I would get training, but I never would have imagined this is the kind of training that would get. In fact, I didn't even know that the elder harpy had this machine. She said it was a machine she got from humans and used for evil. How?

"Harpie, can you move in that void?"
It doesn't seem I can.
"Try swimming motion."
I tried it and it felt like I didn't move an inch.
I... can't tell if I'm moving or not.
"You're moving. I can see your coordinate on this screen."
Ah. Okay, I trusted you.
I did the motion for quite some time but didn't know where I was going.
"Do you see something?"
No, ma'am. I don't even know what I was searching for.

I kept swimming and felt like it was going nowhere. Until...
"Harpie, turn left. There is a high signal and you should go there."
Huh? I turned my head and saw a familiar city. Bekasi?
"You know that place?"
Well yeah, that's the city where I lived.
"Hmm, I never heard of this city."
Really? People on the internet always called this city a planet because of how vastly different it is from other cities on Java Island.
"Internet? Java?"
I was frowning. I should've known that you wouldn't get it. You guys don't even have a real TV. The quote-unquote TV on the house felt like nature magic.
"Yeah... wait, TV? What is that?"
The thing that you use to watch stuff.
"Oh, DX2L? That's what you call it in the human world?"
DX2L? Is that like a brand name or something?
I didn't hear any response for a while and thought that she didn't understand what I was talking about again.
"...you know what. We're wasting time to talk about this. Just swim over there."

Now that I had an indication of where we were supposed to go, I could see that I was moving toward it. I just didn't realize that it was so direct that upon arrival I met with millions of people souls.

"Find a building where you lived."

I swam through the crowd and finally reached my destination. Upon entering the building we saw me and my sister looking to my VidCo.
What?? She got more views than I did. HOW????
"..." I heard nothing from the elder harpy, then she said with, what felt like, tears, "Idan?"
I was so confused so I asked, Idan?
"You looked... exactly like the human friend I used to have."

My head felt so heavy. Like someone was riding on top of my head.
"I'm sorry, Hermani. I... can't... walk... anymore..."
"Hermani... you can just... let me go. Put me... on the floor..."
Hermani said something, I think. She was probably so concerned about me that she even carried me with her body.
"I'm serious... I... can't even stand... anymore..."

After a while, I felt Hermani drop me slowly to the ground. So, I responded, "Hey... you lower... me down..."
I heard her say something again, but a bit clear now, "I used... just then... that I just ate."
Whatever she said, I answered, "I don't know... why this body... suddenly... like this..."
After this, I just answered random questions and statements because I didn't even realize what I heard from Hermani anymore.

Then suddenly I floated in black space. I feared the worst that I was actually dead, but before I was going to speak my mind I heard, "Ei... Eileen?"
I turned around and saw myself.
"Huh? It's me?"
"No, actually, it's Harpie. The person that you were currently habitat right now."
"Wait, hold one if that's true then we are..."
"Calm down. Your mom is the one behind this. She said you wouldn't hear her voice right now because this is essentially only linking our mind right now. So, I'll be telling you what she said."
"Wha... What is this?!"
"I said calm down, you don't need to..."
"No, before I can trust you. Tell me... How did I end up here?"
I saw him(?) ignoring me and felt like hearing someone else.
"Huh. That was fast."
"What fast?"
"Your mom can hear your voice now. And she said you as same as always."
"She... said that?"
"Yeah."

I was in silence for a second and Harpie said, "This might be hard to process because I was also in shock when she did this to me just a moment ago."
I heard him say that encouraged me to shout, "MOM? Thank you for your concern about me. Whatever you do, it's weird and... Harpie... We have a lot to talk about."
"Yeah, I figured."

"What? My brother? Eileen, can you hear me?"
I was surprised to hear Hermani's voice so clear right now that I responded spontaneously, "Huh? Hermani?"
"Hermani? Hailey? My sister? You can hear her."
"Ye... Yeah."
"She... Is she doing well?"
"Yes, she is."
"I never thought I would ever say this but... I missed her so much. I want to hear her voice, right now."
This is one of, if not, the weirdest interaction that I think we ever had. What is my mom doing? Or rather, how did she do this? We need to solve this mystery and get back to our bodies as soon as possible.
