Wolfpaw's ceremony

A brown tom was sleeping in the apprentice den, a warrior silently walked up to him and shoved him softly,

"Wolfpaw." The warrior, Nightfrost, murmured softly into the apprentice, Wolfpaw's ear, Wolfpaw did not move, "Wolfpaw." Nightfrost said more firmly, Wolfpaw didn't move a muscle, "WOLFPAW!" Nightfrost shouted into his ear,

"Mmmmm..." Wolfpaw rolled over and slowly opened his emerald green eyes, staring into Nightfrost's golden yellow eyes, "Good day, Wolfpaw." Nightfrost mewed, then they heard Silverstar's voice,

"Every cat who is old enough to catch their own prey, gather under the high rock for a clan meeting!" Silverstar yowled, then cats started to arrive,

"Today, we have 6 new warriors, Blazepaw and Wolfpaw, step forward." Silverstar said, the golden yellow and brown apprentices, Blazepaw and Wolfpaw, stepped forward, "Do you vow to respect the ways of SilverClan and the warrior code, and to protect the clan, even at the cost of your life?" Silverstar asked, his pupils slitting, 

'What if I'm not ready for this...? What if I screw things up as a warrior......?' Wolfpaw thought to himself, "I do!" Blazepaw purred happily, Wolfpaw stared at her, then slowly turned to Silverstar, before taking a deep breath,

 "Uh-uh... I-I do..." Wolfpaw stammered, then Nightfrost slapped his forehead,

"Then by the power of StarClan, I shall give you your warrior names. Wolfpaw, you will be known as Wolfscar, Blazepaw, you will be known as Blazerose." Silverstar yowled, then the clan chanted,

"WOLFSCAR! BLAZEROSE! WOLFSCAR! BLAZEROSE!"

"WOLFSCAR! BLAZEROSE! WOLFSCAR! BLAZEROSE!"
