Long ago, five noble families were chosen to wield powers beyond ordinary humans, each bound to a singular, sacred gift. 

The Mira family, mages of the eye, could gaze into the fabric of fate, seeing what was yet to come.  The Veron family, rulers of the people, had ears that uncovered truths lying in one's heart. The Branor family possessed hands of healing, soothing wounds of pain and mending broken spirits. The Nyx family, silent assassins, moved unseen through the shadows, their scent erased, leaving no trace of their presence. The Rumore family, masters of speech, advised kings into prosperity and sealed destinies with words alone.

But history is a story written by the victors, and the past is often forgotten by those who fear its truth.

Beneath centuries of deception, hidden in the depths of time, lies a gift forgotten by all—a sixth sense, one so feared that its very existence was erased from the world. But the truth will not bend when the threads of fate and love call two souls together. 

This is the story of a girl whose heart defied fate to love a boy she could never have. This is the story of a boy, a painting who fell in love with a human girl.
