Chapter 0 - Introduction

Hello, it's me, the narrator. I am going to be the one explaining stuff. Let's begin. There is a town where all crime is legal. Since I don't know a good name for the town, let's just call it 'The Town'. The town is a criminal hub. Every time a cop shows up, they would end up dead and the cause of death would be unknown. And the creator of this town is a family born with powers. They are also known as 'The Hypno Family'. Let's introduce them:

1. Sam Andrews, a boy of age 25, has powers to hypnotize people. He can hypnotize people if they look into his eyes. While hypnotizing, his eyes turn into a black and white spiral. Calls himself 'Hypno'.

2. Rebecca Andrews, a girl of age 30, has powers to hypnotize people but after they do what she says, the person hypnotized will become a psycho who cannot think and just kills any person in sight till he is dead. 

3. Dileena Hawkins, a mother of age 75, has powers to change her face only, her eyes and body will be the same.

4. Andrew Hawkins, a father of age 75, has powers to look through others eyes without them noticing and has the power to hypnotize people and his legs are paralyzed so he is sitting on a wheelchair.

And now that we introduced the Hypno Family we can move on to their history.

Dileena and Andrew used their powers were used as carnival tricks. They used to work in a carnival, showing off their tricks to the kids. They weren't at the age of 75 then, they were way younger. Their tricks were getting old and new magicians used to come in with new tricks. They started earning money little by little everyday. Andrew could take this any longer and hypnotized a person and told to take a knife from the food counter and kill the magician who was doing a show nearby and kill himself. This took place at 9 pm at Giovanni's Carnival. The man went slowly to the stage with a knife behind his back and slowly walked up the stage and approached the magician. The magician was confused as he didn't call the man and asked what was the problem. Just after that the person slashed his throat with his knife and stabbed himself in the heart in front of everyone. Everyone screamed and ran away. The magician slowly died while Andrew was enjoying in a distance and Dileena was shocked. People called the cops there and investigated the crime scene. Just before the cops could show up Dileena and Andrew already left. Alan Giovanni, manager of the carnival, said multiple times to the cops that its Dileena and Andrew and they even showed video footage of them doing tricks and nobody believed it. They used to live in a apartment in the city. Since I don't know what name i should give for the city so lets just call it 'The City'. They moved from the apartment to a house in the town which was for sale because they think due to the incident in the carnival they would be targeted. The town back then had laws. Few months later, they started doing crimes. Dileena and Andrew who was once innocent people trying to use powers for good reasons is now criminals and using the powers for bad reasons. They killed all the cops in the town in mysterious ways. The cops used to investigate in the town but died some days later. They kept sending reinforcements but they all end up dead and the cause of death is unknown. And after all that the police restricted people from going there. And that's how the town became a criminal hub with no laws. And later, Dileena and Andrew started a family. 2 months later, The Carnival Case was closed as they couldn't find any evidence. They just accepted the fact that the person who killed the magician did not like the magician. While investigating the Carnival Case, there were mysterious deaths in the town. This took place before the case was closed. So the police started investigating the mysterious cop deaths and closed the Carnival Case. But the Town Case could not be solved because there were no evidence. Well there was evidence but the evidence was the fingerprints of another dead cop in the town who had a knife in his head. That case was also closed and unsolved.
