chapter 9 and 10

Elyse: Mum i just got an A on my assignment.

Joan:meh good and dinner is ready.

Elyse: I’ll eat later theres some other stuff i want to do.

Joan:Sure take your time.

Elyse:Almost ready to finally get out of this now still have some other sorting out to do to make sure i vanish without a trace and thats it. I really want to make sure first if Chris is still ok.

Meanwhile in Christopher’s home.

Kelly:Hey Chris theres a package for you.

Chris: I hadn’t order anything online.

Frank: It must be from your school.

Kelly:Oh its a letter and also some chocolates too.

Frank: Come take a look at this letter.

Chris: Dear Christopher im sorry you hadn’t had the best time in school and that there was alot of challenges that were not necessarily fair or really any kind of responsibility that was directed onto you you never deserved that kind of treatment and i am so proud of you for mangaging to graduate early and excell very well over the time you have been in school and i wish you all the best in whatever your future plans may be sincerely ms davis.

Kelly:Thats quite a lovely letter.

Chris: Meh its sentimental now i have to focus on the full transition in my fast track program for my library research program.

Kelly: Of course and we know you’ll do great in that program we’ve been all pretty proud of you.

Frank: For now enjoy the rest of the time off you have in school plenty of rest to focus on now thats well deserved considering how much work you done.

Chris:sure.

Elyse: Another day at school for others not really so for me in my case its my actual last last day of school.

Ms.Davis:Elyse is everything ok.

Elyse:Sure miss and by the way can i talk to you after class.

Ms Davis:Certainly.

Elyse:Ms i hadn’t seen Christopher in a while.

Ms davis: Oh he left not too long ago.

Elyse:He transfered out.

Ms davis:Graduated early actually since he long since enrolled in a early university fast track program exlusive and mandatory to gifted students he long since now left for university.

Elyse: I see.

Ms davis:As for Laura’s family she and her family were arrested recently for alot of crimes and are currently death row save for Laura who was only given a life sentence.

Elyse: I see.

Ms davis: The school is also on its last legs now as of late this is really the final year for the school ever since lot of the donors for this school pulled out considering how much scandals her family was involved in within the school and outside of it from covering up sex crimes falsifying grades and even murder of certain students and teachers its now the last time this school will exist.

Elyse: I see whats going to happen to the school now and you.

Ms davis: Retire from teaching as i just found out im dying of lupus i only have a few years left in me but I'm going to do my part spreading love and kindness and not be afraid of the red tape that scared me in the past now. And the school is going to be replaced by more of them as to help acomodate newer students as this small town grows.

Elyse: Im sorry to hear and its good that the school is closing down for the best way too much corruption here is enough to drive anyone mad.

Ms davis: sometimes madness can lead to change for the better not only just for the worse so please always be the change you want to be and not be afraid of evil.

Elyse:You got it miss and i hope you live longer than what you are given.

Ms davis:Im sure i will you go on and have a nice day now and i will beat this illness and live whatever time i have left with love and happiness.

Elyse:Yep!

Sometime later at home

Elyse:This is it no turning back now.

Adios Joan.

She then sneaks out of the bedroom and runs incredibly fast the fastest she has ever done so in her life naturally and doesn’t even look back for a single second either while her so called mother is doozing off in another stupor fueled by whiskery and cocaine. And she sneaks upon a train leading to nowhere in mind but faraway from there and she looks on with deterimined optimism to make it to survival outside of society and with a keen set of individualism in mind she is hopeful for the best kind of life she can have for herself now.

Fastfoward to the future

Elyse: Well here i am its been ages drifting from place to place scraping by what i can do not really legally since i never really did made it to getting a ged but still here i am. This place is really not glamorous or pretty its nothing but rundown shitholes and its certainly not obviously the kind of place you’d see on the photographs of a postcard its gritty skies are all grey and rainy lot of used needles here and there too but still better there than back in that old small town that was judgement as shit and nothing but a farce of jealousy and corruption behind all that smiles and so called friendliness there. New start nobody really to track me or know who i really am so maybe i can finally make it here than i could back there. Theres so much to do all at once so yeah hopefully i can really be able to get a fresh start over things i couldnt in the past maybe so theres always a new tommrow to look forward too.

Meanwhile on the side of Chris.

Chris:Its been ages now since i left school and even more so than being in one place all the time, considering how its just really one place after another ever since i lost my own family from a brutal home invasion i was the only one left and i became a ward of the state and i lived at a university dorm all for myself for a while no roomates no friends nothing it was just study and classwork all the way there. Even with scholarships to pay for my education now im on my own from place to place as even then, there still is people after me nobody in from my past knows at all what am i doing let alone even know im still alive im just nothing at all in existence.

So theres nothing for me in this life or anything else for me to look forward to just death of itself and it looks like all there is for me to do now is just bide time till it comes so better get used to eternal purgatory till the great black kicks in
