HIATUS- Forgive me dear reader.

Hello reader, I'm sure you were expecting chapter 10 but it was me instead! 

(Araki would be disappointed in me)

I'm sorry to those who expected me to finish this in time for the contest, but due to personal troubles and time constraints I cannot finalize the story the way I wish for it to be. I know this isn't usually what Honeyfeed chapter updates are meant to be like.

Writing's a good way to clear the mind, it let's you see things clearly. But it's also something that can cloud your personal judgement, in a paradoxical way. Our experiences of media and life cultivate beautiful stories, and in turn they too foster new ideas.

Ironically speaking, I let my stories draw me away from the things that fueled my passion for creative writing. From your perspective, it might seem I've taken a break after writing 9 chapters in: and to be honest, it is quite pathetic of me. Interacting with the nice writing communities like Honeyfeed and JNC, seeing their amazing works, attempting the competitions alongside many others...

I realize the journey to becoming the writer I dreamed of is a long one...

and to cross that path without a foundation is foolish to say the least.

I'm not here to exchange pity points for views. I will return to this story soon, but I must clear my head and figure out what makes me who I am.

And to you, my dear reader, live the life that makes you feel complete. Live like you have 1 year left (Hikyaku sends her regards). And to whatever you are fighting with, internally or otherwise, I pray you find peace within yourself. I'm a random person, as random as they come, but I'm rooting for you to accomplish your dreams through and through.

I will return to this story and finish it, and I will make sure it is the best that I could possible do. It's the LEAST I can do for those couple people that read my work, the 4 people that liked my prologue, and the 2 people that commented on my story.
