Notice of Discontinuation

Well, hello! 

This is it for Magical Girl Overtime.

At least on Honeyfeed, that is.

This has been my least favorite platform to release my novel on for a while now. I have to edit my chapters into a different format, omitting a lot of the nuances I've been adding on other platforms through the timely use of little illustrations to break scenes apart.

The irony of this being the 'website with connections to the light novel industry' while also not allowing me to embed the illustrations I commission from NEKO Modoki isn't lost on me, either.

It creates a lot of extra effort, requires me to launch the chapters manually, requires me to do separate uploads of the images and link to them in a comment, and it frankly doesn't feel worth it.

There are quite a few other gripes I have with the way this website operates, but in the spirit of not starting unnecessary drama I will shut up about those.

If you've been genuinely following the story so far: thank you. Even if you were a quiet reader, that means a lot. If you like the story enough, I hope to see you on other web novel platforms! You can find the links to them in the 'homepage' icon on my profile.
