"U-ugh" The sound of a girl waking up from her sleep
"Lindsey? Are you awake?" An old man's voice was heard faintly
"Y-yes, I think so," Lindsay opened her eyes while rubbing both her eyes with her fingers

During the time when the third war, a war between nations, still existed, Lindsey was only 12 years old. Living in poverty, she lived with the grandfather who found her.
The grandfather's name was Yolan. He found Lindsey as a baby when she was 1 year old. Since birth, Lindsey had never met her parents. Even if she had met them, she might have forgotten them by now. Grandfather Yolan, who happened to find baby Lindsey, picked her up from under a railway crossing bridge and brought her to his small house.
After Lindsey turned 11, she became a smart but somewhat strange girl. She couldn't show expressions. At that time, the world was in ruins. Wars between brothers and nations had become common. All were triggered by factors such as economics, military, or other similar matters.
After the war ended, or more precisely 1 year and 4 months later, a police officer and his son found Lindsey and her grandfather in a small, uninhabitable hut. The police officer offered them to come with him. The police officer invited them to go to a nearby residential complex. As it turned out, the police officer was the owner of the complex, and Lindsey and her grandfather were allowed to live there.
However, the police officer found something strange about the girl (Lindsey). He went to the hut where Lindsey had previously lived and found something shocking. It made him think, "Who is this girl really!?" with a surprised expression.

"Lindsey! How do you feel after my father let you stay here?" Said Ryuu (the police officer's son) in a teasing tone.
Ryuu himself was 4 years older than Lindsey and at that time had replaced his father's position as a police officer. He had a handsome face with black hair and dark blue color at the tips of his strands, almost like the night sky. His haircut was somewhat short, slightly longer on top, with bangs covering part of his forehead. His hair strands looked slightly messy, yet still stylish and deliberately made that way. The texture appeared smooth and soft, with some strands falling randomly around his face.
"Well... I'm happy, plus your father has paid for my education going forward..." Lindsey said in response to Ryuu's question.
Lindsey, on the other hand, had long, shiny black hair.
"Fuhh," Ryuu exhaled
"You're no fun," said Ryuu, somewhat annoyed with Lindsey
Lindsey just tilted her head, curious about why Ryuu responded that way
Grandfather Yolan came while shaking Ryuu's hand and happily said, "Wow, thank you so much for visiting us here! Thanks to you and your father, we can live better! I am very grateful!" said Grandfather Yolan while bowing deeply before Ryuu
"Ah, about that... I think you can thank my father directly..." said Ryuu while calming Grandfather Yolan
"Oh, about that, you can just represent him!" Said Grandfather Yolan while shaking and swinging Ryuu's hand
"Ah, yes! Haha," Ryuu responded
In Ryuu's heart, he felt uneasy about his father's words...
"Why did father say that?"
"My father said there's something strange about this girl? But I think she's just a normal girl"
"How could it be that she's the person who stopped World War 3??"
These thoughts kept rumbling in Ryuu's mind!
