Prologue

There was once a grand kingdom in a world unlike any other—a realm of magic, where many species lived together in harmony. Among them were humans gifted with elemental powers, and it was they who ruled this vast kingdom under the leadership of two mighty brother-kings.

For years, peace reigned, and the kingdom flourished. But one day, from the depths of the unknown, a monstrous beast—enormous in size and unmatched in power—descended upon the land. It ravaged villages, tore through defenses, and sent waves of terror through the hearts of its people.

The two kings knew that their kingdom would not survive unless they took action. With a battalion of a hundred of their finest soldiers, they rode into battle. The fight was unlike any before—flames roared, the ground trembled, and the skies darkened with the force of their clash. The kings, strong and fearless, fought with all their might, using their elemental powers to hold the beast at bay. Their battle gave the villagers just enough time to escape, scattering in all directions, vanishing into the dense forests beyond the kingdom’s borders.

At last, after a battle that shook the heavens, the kings struck the final blow. The beast let out a deafening roar and collapsed. But victory came at a cost—the two brothers fell alongside it, giving their lives to save their people.

In the aftermath, the survivors wandered through the wilderness, battling smaller creatures that lurked in the shadows. Over time, they found new lands, settling in eight different directions of the world. There, they built their own kingdoms, carrying with them the legacy of the fallen brothers—the memory of a kingdom lost, and the sacrifice that had given birth to many.

And so, the great kingdom was no more, but its people lived on, shaping the world anew.

Years have passed since the great kingdom fell, and from its ruins, eight new kingdoms emerged. Each one was built upon the strength and will of its people, shaped by the elemental powers passed down through generations. Among them, one kingdom stood strong, ruled by families whose bloodlines carried unique elemental abilities. Each generation, one warrior from every family dedicated their life to the kingdom’s defense, ensuring its survival against threats both known and unknown.

But within these walls, a boy lived under a shadow. A name whispered with scorn, a title he never asked for—the traitor’s son.

His name was Kael. He was only three years old when his father was caught betraying the kingdom. What exactly happened, no one told him. They only called his father a traitor, and for that, Kael bore the weight of sins he did not commit. No matter how hard he tried, the people saw him not as himself, but as the son of a man who had stained their honor.

He lived with his mother, the only person who never looked at him with hate. She raised him with love, teaching him to be strong, to never bow to the judgment of those who did not know the truth. But Kael had only one goal in life—to prove them all wrong. To uncover what truly happened to his father and clear his name.

But in a kingdom where power was everything, where each family held abilities tied to the very elements of nature, proving his father’s innocence would not be easy. The path ahead was filled with challenges, and Kael knew that if he wanted answers, he would have to earn them.

And so, his journey began—not just to reclaim his father’s honor, but to carve his own destiny in a world that had already decided what he was meant to be.
