Duskpaw's Confusion

Sunset was wondering what to do with the kits, then Goldenstar dragged a laughing Nightfall to the warriors den. Sunset rolled her eyes. 

...Meanwhile... Duskpaw was away from camp. A cat rammed into him, knocking him down, Duskpaw moaned,

Then he heard a soft voice say, 

"Are you okay?!" 

Duskpaw could not catch the Cat's appearance for a few minutes. Then he realized that he had came in contact with an Apprentice from an enemy clan, it was a she cat. Her sapphire eyes met Duskpaw's, he stumbled back, blushing, 

"Um... who are you?" Duskpaw asked,

"Oh... my name is Moonpaw."

"Oh... WAIT.." Duskpaw said then ran as if his life depended on it, Moonpaw ran after him and pounced on him, "BuT I will have to challenge you to a duel because you trespassed." She said smugly,

"Okay..." Duskpaw said, then hurled himself at the young Apprentice without warning. Moonpaw thrashed her paw across his face, but surprisingly, it was just a scratch that didn't cause Duskpaw harm. Duskpaw was able to leap on top of her and hold her down, Duskpaw blinked, 

"I won...-"

"I ACTUALLY WON!"

Duskpaw was repeating those words happily while running around Moonpaw. Moonpaw moaned, "I was just going easy on you..." She said, then coughed up a little bit of blood, Duskpaw noticed, 

"Are you okay?" He asked, Moonpaw coughed up more blood, then fainted, 

"MOONPAW!" Duskpaw shrieked, then grabbed the young Apprentice by her scruff and bolted off to get help, then a half hour later, he ran into a patrol...

Gladly, it was a TideClan patrol, including Nightfall, Silverpelt, and Dawnpaw, Duskpaw set Moonpaw down in front of Silverpelt, then collapsed and passed out in front of his sister and the alarmed toms. Nightfall picked him and Moonpaw up in his jaws and pointed his head in the direction of camp to tell Silverpelt to head back to take the Apprentices to the Medicine den.

Silverpelt nodded, then they went back to camp. Nightfall brought Duskpaw and Moonpaw into the Medicine den, and talked with Heatherfall about the situation. She nodded and started treating Moonpaw and Duskpaw, "Duskpaw is fine... he is just tired," Heatherfall informed the worried tom, 

"but the the other Apprentice has internal bleeding..." Heatherfall said again, 

"Wait, why is the other Apprentice smaller than she should be?" Nightfall asked, noticing Moonpaw's small size compared to  other Apprentices. 

"I don't know yet..." Heatherfall sighed,

"ACK-!"

Moonpaw woke up, then jumped and ran for the entrance to the Medicine den, Nightfall held her back easily with his paw, which made him snicker. Then the tom paused, thinking about the Apprentice's size, 

"How old are you?" Nightfall asked curiously, "F-f-f-f-" Moonpaw stammered, then the tom snapped,

"HURRY UP! I DON'T HAVE ALL DAY!"

The tom hissed at her, 

"FOUR MOONS OLD-" Moonpaw exclaimed startled, Nightfall paused, then became angry, "HOW OLD?" 

"Four moons old..." Moonpaw repeated nervously, 

"WHO IN STARCLAN WOULD MAKE A YOUNG KIT AN APPRENTICE BEFORE 6 MOONS?"

"DARKSTAR-" Moonpaw exclaimed.
