The Descent into the Night

The opening scene shows Kairo standing on the rooftop of a building, gazing out over the horizon of Shiro City, a megalopolis on the brink of collapse. The streets are in ruins, and the city’s glow, bathed in bluish neon lights, illuminates a world ravaged by war. It is here that Kairo lost his father, in an act of destruction by the Thenneros, who invaded the city years ago.

Scene 1 – The Unexpected Encounter:

Kairo, driven by the desire for answers and revenge, ventures into a forbidden zone where he encounters a member of the Thenneros—a humanoid figure, but with distinctly alien features. This Thenneros, fleeing after discovering the truth behind their mission, reveals a critical piece of information: the Thenneros seek to control Tonium, a mysterious energy source, and there exists a secret human organization fighting against them.

Scene 2 – Discovery of Powers:

On his way back home, Kairo is ambushed by a group of Thenneros. Trapped and outnumbered, he is forced to tap into his powers for the first time, an instinct of survival that activates APEXGAMMA. His devastating powers overload his body, and a fierce battle ensues. Though exhausted, Kairo survives, but the discovery of his powers leaves him shaken. He begins to understand that his role in this war might be far more significant than he ever imagined.

End of Chapter 1:

Kairo stands on the edge of collapse, his powers still unstable, as a mysterious figure watches him from the shadows. The war against the Thenneros has begun, but Kairo wonders: who is truly his enemy?
