Now I know How To Properly Love Someone

"Souta, I.....I love you."

"I love you too, Rina."

That, my friend, is what I called a true love confession. But what if I tell you if I do something different this time.

Well, to be honest, this is one of my attempt in the code lines from the simulation.

And ‘till this day, I still don’t have a perfect code to change/replace Kai’s code.

“Hey, Souta. I know this is your doing. But listen to your sister. Stop for a moment, will you?”

“Then do you have an idea, Shiro?”

“Sorry, I don’t.”

“Then sorry again. I’m not stopping until I finished.”

“Shi-chan, let him be. Onii-chan is always like that when he’s focused on something.”

Shiro close the door and leaving me coding without any disturb.

Well, this is my job to keep my dear friend not betrayed by his own feelings.

As time passed, word after word, lines after lines, codes after codes…..and many simulations later, I realize one thing.

Why did I do this? Am I just want to save my friend? Or I just too ambitious?
No, what even I think. I don’t have time for thinking!

I keep run the simulations, and I realize. The time had passed for a long time. The sky is already dark. I turn on the lamp in the room and continuing coding. I even drink in here to compensate the work I done.

When I done or tired, I usually go to the bed. This is my habit for the past few days.

I woken up with that dream.

Is that, Touka? Why is she like,…..real?

I wake up from bed and go to the kitchen. In the table, there was a food and also the notes from Touka. I wrote it to myself.

‘Onii-chan. I know you’ve been working so hard, so. This is a breakfast for you. Full of love, Touka~’

I eat the food. It’s good. As expected from Touka.

After I finished the food, I continuing my coding session. Sometimes, I see the class through Touka.

This is convenience. But I feel bad for Touka.

Anyway, I need to work on this fast.

I continuing this code until I’m too tired. I tried to do something about this. But this is the first time I’m doing something so intense.

But, in the end, I really found the code. Finally I can fix Kai. So, without a doubt, I save the code in the main program.

I hope this is worth it.

When the class is ended, I bought a cake to this special occasion. Actually I want to Rina come to the apartment as well, but only this time, I want to celebrate it only with Onii-chan.

I opened the door with my key, and put my shoes in front.

“I’m home Onii-chan!!!”

I see Onii-chan is relaxing himself after that a long code.

“Oh, welcome home, Touka.”

I put the cake in the table and hug him.

“Congrats, Onii-chan. Now you’ve finally made it.”

“Yeah, I’ve made it.”

Onii-chan see the cake box in the table.

“Oh, Touka. You don’t have to.”

He open the box and in there, a chocolate cake is waiting for him.

“I love you.”

“I love you too, Onii-chan.”

We hug each other. This is remind me how we do our daily life. From the begin I doubt myself a thousand times. But now, I had myself, Touka to give a spirit to Onii-chan. No. To Souta.

“Anyway, Onii-chan. What did you change to the code?”

“I just think, if I can’t change Kai, how about I change Nina first love?”

“Wait, did Nina-chan also had a crush on Kai-san?”

“Yes. At least that’s what the code say. And when I edited it. Sure enough, it matched. So, I edit it.”

“But now the first love position is not come from Kai-san, but from Nina-chan.”

“Correct.”

I opened my phone. Sure enough, there was a DM from Nina. When I opened it, there was a bunch a message from her, asking me how to confess to Kai-san.

I open that message. I see a happy full message from her.

‘Touka~, thank you for your advice. Now I will tell Kai about my feelings.’

‘Touka!!!~ I already tell Kai, and he accept my love. AAAAHHHH!!! Thank you Touka.’

I typed back ‘Yeeeaaayyy. Let’s celebrate, Nin-chan!’

For a second Nin-chan replied back with smiley face emoji.

For the first time, I were sleeping like a baby.

“Onii-chan, good morning.”

“Touka, don’t you think this is too morning?”

“What and missed the enjoyment of what you do last night?”

I mean I do remember that. I enjoyed that cake so much that I were too excited. Last night I just like a mad drunken person. Trying to do something that I usually doesn’t do.

“So, what did I missed?”

“Hmmm, nothing.”

“Really, nothing crazy happened?”

“Nope.”

“Okaaayyyy.”

I’m still not sure what happened. But from what Touka remember, it’s nothing unusual. It’s just me, do a sugar rushed.

“Anyway, get dressed up. We’re almost late.”

“You always said that, Touka.”

“If I’m not say that everytime, you always delaying the time.”

I startled because of her statement.

“Okay, fair enough.”

So this is it. This is the end of my recap. But I still wondering one thing. How’s Shiro, what have she been for the past 5 days plus?

Well, only Shiro herself can answer that question.

“Hi, name is Ichikawa Shiro. As the name suggest, I am Ichikawa Souta and Touka’s cousin. Nice to meet you all.”

She bow in front of the class.

She smiling at me, like she is saying to me; “I want to experience the school life in here with you guys. It’s like fun I heard. So, please for the guidance. Souta.”

I hold that thought as hard as I can.

“Okay for your seat, There.”

Teach is pointing an empty seat in front of Kai.

“Oh, behind Kai. Okay.”

“Alright class! Because we have a new student there is no homework today, and for only today I allow all of you take a free class, so Shiro and any one of you know her and Shiro knows you. That’s all see you tomorrow.”

Oh boy, I think I say too much.
