Bro Turned into Sis!

It was a totally ordinary day, just like any other.
In a dorm room next to the school, two friends were living their student life together.
The room was filled with books, notebooks, some game posters, and a bunch of random stuff that clearly marked the territory of two teenage boys.

Ethan was getting his things ready, stuffing them into his bag.
While searching for a missing pen, he glanced up at the top bunk.

"Leo! Get up already, we’re gonna be late!"
He slung his bag over his shoulder and walked to the door.
He paused and smirked.

"Let me guess, you stayed up till three watching anime again, huh?
You always say 'just one more episode!'"

He chuckled and added,
"Anyway, I’m heading out. See you in class, sleepyhead."

No reply came.

Ethan left, shutting the door behind him.
The sound of the door closing melted into the quiet of the room.
Leo didn’t move.

They usually went to class together.
In fact, Leo was often the one waking Ethan up.
So why was he sleeping so heavily today?

About twenty minutes passed.
Leo finally began to stir.
His whole body felt weak and exhausted.
He barely managed to sit up on the bed.

"Ugh… did I catch a fever?"

It really felt like the symptoms of a cold.
Still groggy, he muttered:

"Throat’s sore too… probably caught some virus or something…"
With half-shut eyes, he tried climbing down the ladder, but his legs gave out from the fatigue and he tumbled to the floor.
His hair fell over his face.

…Hair?

He was a guy.
Why would his hair fall into his face?

"Ugh… why is this so intense…?"
He sat up slowly, grumbling,
"In my whole 20 years of life I’ve never—"

That’s when he caught sight of himself in the mirror…

Yeah.
Long, blonde hair (his hair had always been black),
a developed chest, soft skin, a delicate frame…

The complete opposite of what he was.
That’s right!
He had turned into a girl.

Even though he was still drowsy and his eyes could barely stay open…
Well, now they opened wider than ever from pure shock.

He whispered:

"This… this…"

Then suddenly shouted at the top of his lungs:

"WHAT THE HELL IS THIS MESS?!?!?"
