Chapter 6:

Chapter 6

Crazy About You

Muni opened her eyes to go to Aayan's room but felt a hand wrapped around her waist.

She smiled as she thought.

"He couldn't wait for me. He came to me himself." She said thoughtfully while smiling.

She looked at the hand and thought, "I am imagining things, Aayan wouldn't come into my room. Moreover, he does not love me, he loves Amilda."

She held the hand wrapped around her waist and turned. She kissed the person on the lips and discovered that it was her husband.

"He lied to me again." She thought.

This isn't the first time Aayan has told her such a thing, and she knows why he did that.

He does that so that she won't be able to sleep with him for days.

She sat up on the bed, taking her husband's hands off her.

This action made her husband wake up.

He switched on the lamp and smiled.

"You are awake. I met you asleep and decided not to disturb you." He said.

"Why do you not want to disturb me? Do remember I am your wife." She said, placing a kiss on her husband's lip, which he reciprocated as he missed her too much.

They both kissed and slept.

Muni was not happy with the turnout of things, and she decided to pour her anger on her niece.

She wrapped her hand around her husband and slept.

When it was 4am, her husband woke up and took her hand off himself.

This action made her wake up.

She sat up and rubbed her eyes.

"Where are you going?" She asked.

"To get some water from the kitchen." He said.

"Alright." She said.

He walked towards the door, and Muni remembered that her niece would likely be cleaning the house.

"Hold on!" She said, and her husband turned to her.

"I will get it for you." She said, but her husband shook his head.

"No, do not worry." He said and walked out of the room.

Muni sat on the bed been worried.

"What is he going to say when he sees Amilda doing the home chores?" She asked herself.

Her husband, Sahil, walked into the kitchen to take some water and drank, after which he went to the living room, where he saw Amilda dusting the couch.

"Young lady, who asked you to do this?" He asked, and Amilda smiled.

"I love doing this, and I want to help my aunt." She said, and Sahil sat on the couch.

"Get back to your room." He said.

"But s..." She was saying.

"Get back into your room. It's too early." He said, and Amilda nodded.

Sahil looked at her as she left and shook his head.

"She is going to be hardworking. I think my brother likes her from the way he kept staring at her." He thought, smiling.

Amilda walked away from the living room and got to a corner.

Aayan pulled her closer to himself.

"I told you that my brother won't let you clean the house if he gets to see you," Aayan said, and Amilda smiled.

"That's so nice of him." She said, and they laughed.

Amilda walked into her room while Aayan walked to the living room.

"Good morning, Brother." He said, and his brother smiled.

"Good morning, Aayan." Sahil replied.

"How was your night?" Aayan asked.

"It was nice," Sahil said, and Aayan nodded.

Sahil smiled and looked at his brother.

"What is going on between you and the young girl?" Sahil asked, and Aayan laughed.

"How, what do you mean by that?" Aayan asked.

"I know when my brother is in love." He said, and Aayan got up to his feet.

"However, why was she cleaning the house?" Sahil asked.

"She loves it," Aayan said, but Sahil wasn't convinced.

"Alright." He said, and Aayan walked away.

"I am surely going to get to the root of the matter," Sahil said to himself and sniffled.

Sahil smiled and watched his brother walk away.

Some hours later, Muni walked to the living room and cuddled her husband.

"How are you doing?" He asked, and she smiled.

"I am fine." She said and walked to sit beside him.

"Your niece is hard-working." He said, looking at his wife's face.

"Yes, she is," Muni said, laughing.

"Yesterday, while you were sleeping, your niece was cleaning the house, saying she loves doing it," Sahil said.

Muni knew where the conversation was headed. She needs to find a way to end the conversation.

"She actually said that she loves doing it," Muni said.

"That's right, but you shouldn't have allowed her to do it as she is still young," Sahil said, and this was getting Muni pissed off.

"If she wants to do it, who am I to stop her?" Muni asked.

Sahil took in a deep breath.

"This is my house and I have the right to decide," Sahil said.

"You've been away for eighteen months, so you have no right to say that," Muni said.

"I went on a business trip, and it was extended due to some work. I never failed to send you money to take care of yourself. Can't you use a little amount of money to employ someone to take care of your business in this house for you?" He asked.

"She is my niece, and I can decide whatever for her," Muni said, and this enraged Sahil.

He angrily looked at her as she continued speaking. She kept speaking, and when Sahil could no longer hold his anger, he raised his hand and gave Muni a beautiful slap, which made her keep shut.

She held on to her cheek and walked away, leaving Sahil.

Sahil stared into empty space as he was shocked at his action.

He got up and ran to the room to meet his wife.

Getting to the room, he met the door locked and knocked as he felt that Muni was inside weeping.

Meanwhile, in the room, Muni was smiling. She remembered when he first slapped her.

It was because of the loss of their first child in her womb. She decided from then to make him pay for slapping her. She decided to use his brother to get back at him.

She started having sex with his brother, whom she forced with many threats, but later fell in love with him.

Knowing that she had fallen in love with Aayan, she decided to stop having sex with him, but it wasn't easy with her.

She kept having romance with Aayan while forcing him to do her bidding.

Years later, she got pregnant, and her husband was so happy, but she lost the child, and her husband decided to be so dedicated to his work and ignored her.

The only time he touched her was during his monthly break from his work.

After the death of her second child, her husband decided to apply for a transfer to another country, which gave him a chance to visit only during the company's break.

She kept having sex with Aayan, and he had accepted it as his life until he saw her niece. She won't allow Amilda to take Aayan away from her.

She smiled as she looked out the window.

She heard her husband knock on the door but didn't move.

Minutes later, the knock on the door stopped, and Muni sat on the bed thinking of her life.

"Am I barren? Why haven't I had a child for Aayan?" She asked herself.

She looked at the door and walked towards it.

"I am going out with a moody look so as to convince Sahil that I am angry with him." She said to herself and opened the door.

She walked out of the room and went to the living room.

Seeing her, Sahil walked to her and hugged her.

"I am sorry." He said.

Muni faked tears and held on to her husband's clothes.

"I am also sorry for replying rudely." She said.

She walked into the kitchen and smiled as she opened the pot.

She was happy that her niece had already prepared something for them before meeting her husband.

She hurriedly took some food and ate before serving her husband's food on a tray, which she took out to him.

On getting to the living room, she saw her husband laughing while talking to Aayan and Amilda.

"Here is your meal." She said, placing it on the table beside her husband.

"Wow, this is nice," Sahil said, looking at the food.

"I made what you will like." She said, looking at Amilda.

"Thank you, my love." He said.

Amilda smiled as she remembered asking Aayan the type of food his brother likes.

"Kindly excuse me," Muni said and went to the room as she thought of what next to do.

"I would need to get a way to send Amilda away ." She said to herself.

"My husband must have seen the love between Aayan and Amilda. I need to get her out of this house so that Aayan's love for her won't increase." She said to herself.
