Saphira Noctielle
In infinity, victory isn’t measured by strength but by the peace a battle leaves behind and the laughter stolen from destiny cean of worlds starry cosmic honey suspended between dimensions, where the curves of dreams meet the edges of memory, lies a lake of celestial amber it reflects neither sky nor sea, but constellations themselves upside down, as if the universe were gazing at its own reflection the waves ripple, thick as warm honey, glittering with stardust from time to time, a unicorn fish leaps in silence, splashing the surface with a gentle rainbow ,the winds are soft , the echo is endless the moment sacred here takes place the tournament of a thousand dreams an ancient tradition held once every thousand sleeps no prize of war, no trophy of power only one goal, to capture two of the three solar rings floating at the center of the sugary lake and to do so with beauty, and without destruction the two ships glide toward the heart of the galaxy-syrup the silence of lightning slices through the waves without sound it is made of dream-crystal, carved by Morpheus himself, and its sails, woven from Saphira’s blue dreams, sway gently like floating auroras aboard Kaela, celestial white entity, light-saber in hand, hair lifted by star-wind Morpheus, master of dreams, cloaked in mist, oar in hand, guiding the sea like one cradling a world opposite them the thunderous enlightenment approaches without even disturbing the surface a light ship, braided from stellar bamboo, floating in tune with an invisible breath aboard Sun Wukong, in full golden glory, cosmic staff resting on his shoulder, a mischievous smile on his lips Buddha, seated peacefully on a floating lotus flower, eyes half-closed, holding a bell of resonance in one hand its sound capable of disarming a storm.
First movements the silent ballet begins Kaela strikes the air white lightning falls upon the waves like pure rain Morpheus lifts his oar, and the water around the first ring calms, then falls asleep in silence, the first ring is captured no words no clash. Just intention Sun Wukong leaps onto a wave of crystallized honey his staff spins and turns light into rainbow waves he laughs, dodges, provokes Buddha doesn’t move but his thoughts ripple through the water, redirecting the lightning the sea itself hesitates to fight Kaela confronts Sun Wukong atop a mast of comet-sugar she dances like a star he bounces like a mischievous flame they aren’t fighting to win they’re fighting to dazzle below, Morpheus and Buddha watch each other their duel is gaze, gesture, silence.
Morpheus traces the memory of a forgotten dream upon the surface
Buddha reaches out, blooming a flower of silence in the very heart of the waves each clash, each evasion, leaves trails of light across the sky floating runes. Celestial haikus, the entire heavens become calligraphy just as Kaela prepares to seize the second ring, she halts a sigh crosses the universe.
— “We could win,” she says, her voice as calm as ancient winds.
— “But why take two rings when we can share eternity?”
Morpheus nods slowly he understands on the other ship, Sun Wukong laughs loudly.
— “You’re almost as cool as me, white bolt.”
Buddha finally opens his eyes he lifts the third ring toward the sky and in a pulse of light, transforms it into a bracelet of pure clarity, a circle of awakening and peace each ship sails away with one ring the third, the symbol of awakening and thunder is gifted to Hope she gazes at it in awe, then weaves it atop her dream crown a circle of light, wrapped in cosmic marshmallow threads, pulsing with the heartbeat of an entire world she says, laughing gently:
— “I’ll keep it… to remind us the most beautiful battles end with no winner.”
And the lake returns to silence.
