Chapter 26:

Chapter 26 - Hugs for the Suns

Saphira Noctielle

She comes from silence but her love shines like a morning, and sometimes the suns also need a hug.

The departure from the moon the moon palace was falling asleep silver fireflies danced slowly among the branches of the eternal cherry trees in an alcove of the celestial garden, Saphira, dressed in a simple blue mist coat and barefoot, wrote a note on a leaf made of dried tea.

—"I will return, but I have other suns to hug."

She placed it on the edge of a tranquil water basin, where the moon's shadow reflected like a promise then, silently, she held out her hand to Élya, who naturally slipped into it the blue gate opened without a flash a simple, timid, straight silver ray split the lunar skies and stretched to another realm.

Universe 6: In the Realm of the Sun Gods

It was a golden sky, not a cold or arrogant gold, but a soft, radiant gold that vibrated like a warm melody the clouds were made of coiled light, and the air itself seemed to pulse, breathing to the rhythm of an ancient song atop a celestial promontory, two thrones bathed in luminous gleams on the first, Ra, the sun god, immense, radiant, dignified as an awakened star on the other, Amaterasu, the light of the Japanese morning, calm and contained, grace made flame they spoke in low voices their faces were tense their gazes carried the weight of worlds. but suddenly, they froze, for before them, a tiny silhouette had just appeared she walked silently, her feet barely touching the golden ground a blue dress undulated behind her like a tranquil river. In her arms, a doll. It was Saphira Noctielle.

Amaterasu recognized her first a discreet but sincere smile slid across her face.

—"She looks like a shy star… with very open arms."

Ra slowly straightened.

—"Queen Noctielle, what brings you to the solar empire?"

Saphira stopped a few steps away she gently raised her arms towards him she didn't speak right away then, simply.

—"A hug."

Ra raised an eyebrow.

—"A what?"

—"You don't need to be all fire and flame all the time you can just be warm without burning."

Silence fell, a wide, astonished, almost fragile silence then Ra knelt slowly, as if the gesture cost him, but he missed it, and Saphira embraced him.

Just that a little queen against a millennial star, and in the immense glow of the god, something softened the light goddess approached, fascinated.

—"I haven't received a sincere embrace in a thousand years…"

Saphira looked at her gently.

—"Then you must have missed it very much."

She held out her hand Amaterasu hesitated, then took it, and when she approached, Saphira embraced her, once again, unconditionally.

Amaterasu laughed, a pure, crystalline laugh, like a golden bell suspended from a branch of sun a forgotten sound, a song that hadn't vibrated for centuries a flash split the sky, a familiar pink trail  Pink, the multiverse forger, appeared in a spiral of luminous petals she narrowed her eyes, then crossed her arms:

—"Are you here to melt all the suns, or just stop at two?"

Saphira smiled.

—"Just them you, you're already too melted."

Pink burst out laughing.

—"You bring good wherever you go, little sister keep going."

So they all sat down on the steps of an invisible palace tea was served in cups forged by light a sacred selfie was taken, immortalizing the little blue queen surrounded by the most powerful suns. Élya framed it, it was hung in the blue tower, next to the queens' cake before leaving, Ra placed a hand on Saphira's head.

—"Come back whenever you want. I have a second throne and a lot of light to share."
