Chapter 0:

THE FALL OF LIGHT (THE HISTORY OF THE TWO KINGDOMS )

Flames of Vengeance: The Dragon Within

 (A WORLD DIVIDED)

Scene fades in with an overhead view of a vast continent, split down the middle by towering mountains cloaked in mist.

Narration:

“In a time when the world was ruled not only by swords and kings—but by magic and beastly power—two mighty regions stood in eternal contrast: the cold, merciless North… and the warm, radiant South.”

Camera pans northward, where blizzards storm across icy landscapes. We see towering black banners wave from the tallest spire of a dark fortress. Frostgard—the capital of the North.

Narration:

“At the heart of the North rose Frostgard, a kingdom forged in conquest. Its ruthless king, Zorak, a being consumed by ambition, rose to power with the help of a sinister magician—Kagutsume no Yurei. Together, they crushed every kingdom in the North, binding them in fear beneath one rule.”

Cut to armies marching in endless columns, black armor gleaming under a pale sun. A shadowy figure watches from a high tower—Yurei, his eyes glowing faintly under a hood.

Scene shifts southward, to blooming fields, shining lakes, and golden palaces nestled within lush lands.

Narration:
“In the South, peace flourished. The kingdom of Emberlyis, led by the noble King Raiku Arkus, ruled with compassion. His heart was strong, not through tyranny, but unity.”

Children run through village streets as nobles bow before King Raiku, who stands beside Queen Kaen Arkus, regal and graceful.

“The other southern realms, drawn by his wisdom and warmth, chose to unite under his banner, and so he became the great King of the South.”

Inside the royal palace, the camera pans across the royal family:

Prince Renji Arkus, age 17, training with a wooden sword in the courtyard, sweat on his brow, fire in his eyes.

Princess Arya Arkus, age 13, watching him with admiration from the garden, her laughter soft as petals.

Queen Kaen, standing behind them, a gentle but strong presence.

Narration:

“Two kingdoms. Two destinies. One ruled by the blade of fear… the other by the flame of hope. But the balance of the world was never meant to last.”

Thunder rolls in the distance. The sky darkens over the map of the world, the line between North and South glowing like a scar.

Scene fades to black.
