Chapter 5:
Fantasy World: My Compounding Is Out of Control
As he breathed heavily, the time showed it was already past 7:00 am. Suddenly, the system appeared again, notifying him with a message.
[You can now spin daily to compound your stats]
He clicked the spin button. The numbers started running rapidly, changing continuously over time. After a while, the spinning finally stopped.

"It is so slow, everything is so slow," he muttered with a sigh.
But luckily, he noticed something good within himself as he glanced at his skills.
[Skill:
Description: Fire ball in explosion (System: Since you like explosion there you have it)
Compounded: +212% Damage

He then let the fire appear in his palm. This time its size was like a golf ball, but the flame had become much stronger than before, making him smile.
"Blue, why don't we hunt some beasts for our morning breakfast?" Jeff said to Little Blue nestling in his chest.
"Mew-Mew" it nodded like a mother fucker.
With that, they decided to move. Far away in another part of the forest it is a snowy, frozen place.
Standing there she had flowing black hair holding a sword in her left hand. Her sharp eyes scanned the surroundings with intense focus.
The frozen woods were silent beneath the pale moonlight. Snow clung to the branches, and the air was so cold that each breath crystallized instantly.
A sword hung loosely in her left hand, its edge nearly kissing the snow. Her posture was relaxed, yet the atmosphere around her was sharp, like a drawn blade.
Surrounding her were five white-furred apes, their muscular forms were towering yet feral.
Their crimson eyes were looking at her, as it steamed and rolled off their thick bodies as they beat their chests in a thunderous rhythm.
Small, clawed hands slammed into their own flesh, challenging her, mocking her and also threatening her.
But for the girl? She didn't move, not even a twitch as only her eyes that is sharp and cold even when the first beast had lunged.
Then a flash of silver split the night.
The ape's body landed behind her with a dull thud, sliding in the snow, unmoving.
There was a clean, red line cut across its neck, blood steaming before freezing instantly in the cold.
Two more apes charged from the flanks, roaring in unison. She shifted her stance, barely more than a breath's worth of movement.
As her sword traced a gentle arc filled with grace and precise.
One ape crumpled mid-air, its chest cleanly carved open. The other collapsed to its knees, hamstrings severed in a single stroke, falling face-first into the snow.
Still, her breath remained calm. The last two apes hesitated, snarling as their confidence wavered.
Then they turned, attempting to flee. But she did not let them go, with a stepped forward once.
Then twice, two flashes of her blade came, they were too fast to see.
The snow fell quietly as their bodies slumped forward, no screams and only silence.
She flicked her blade, sending a light mist of blood scattering like red snowflakes. Then she returned it to her side.
"Too slow," she whispered.
Without even glancing at the five corpses frozen in the snow, she walked away.
In the room seeing this the people nodded by her sets of skills.
"Now this is talent. I am surprised she can deal with five first core beasts at the third level singlehandedly," the old man muttered as he looked at the screen.
Hearing the praise, Nolan was filled with pride since that person on the screen was none other than his beloved daughter Jessica.
"Not only is her talent with the sword amazing, Great Sage, my daughter Jessica has already reached the 9th level of the Mana Awakening Realm and is very close to breaking through," he said.
"Oh, that is actually good," the old man replied as he caressed his beard.
Paquito just scoffed at this. Hearing the scoff, Nolan turned to him, sticking out his tongue and wiggling it mockingly.
"Blehhh! What, now you're stinking idiot? Jealous your daughter is not as—GAK!—KHHRRK!!"
During his sentence, a fly zoomed out of nowhere and dove straight into his mouth like a heat-seeking missile.
His eyes bulged as he staggered back, clutching his throat as if he had just swallowed a grenade.
"—HGRRKK!! BLRGHHH!! IT'S IN MY THROAT!! IT'S IN MY THROA—HGGKKK!!"
He dropped to his knees, flailing wildly and smacking his own chest as if trying to knock the fly loose in sheer panic.
Feeling it inside him, he used his mana to heat his body, his eyes brightening with a black light.
Then the fly was shot out onto the floor. He stepped on it with an angry face and growled loudly.
"You freaking fly, where the heck did you come from!"
Paquito, seeing him embarrass himself, laughed loudly, bringing the angry Nolan back to reality as he glared at him.
Switching to the battle scene, it was in a very hot place filled with cracks with lava rivers, and the sky seemed dyed red.
Since it was close to a small volcanic mountain.
Far from the forest's edge, deep within the blistering rocky terrain where the ground cracked and glowed beneath the surface, a golden-haired girl stood alone.
The wind carried ash and heat, swirling her hair like strands of sunlight caught in a storm.
Her beauty was ethereal with sharp golden eyes that showed a calm expression, and a long spear in hand that spun with grace.
It was like a majorette girl that had practice for a long time.
The heat around her would have made any ordinary person falter. But she stood tall, unbothered by it.
Before her stood three beasts with large sizes.
Massive armored monsters with hides like volcanic stone and magma-glowing horns that pulsed with heat.
Their very breath steamed against the air as they pawed at the ground, glaring with molten eyes.
It resembles a regular rhino which are called Pyrehorn, A low rumble escaped one of them as it snorted, smoke puffing from its nostrils.
Without a word, the girl lowered her stance.
With that the spear twirled once, twice fast and fluid. The glint of polished steel caught the sun, and for a second, her silhouette looked like a dancer before a storm.
Moments passed the first rhino charged. A thunderous quake echoed as its hooves pounded across the earth.
She didn't flinch from the massive beast rushing towards her. With a step forward and a twist of her body, she sidestepped at the last moment, her spear slicing across its flank.
CLANG!
Sparks burst as the tip scraped over the thick, volcanic hide. Her eyes narrowed as she saw this.
As the second and third rushed in together, she raised her left hand. A radiant glow ignited in her palm.
"Piercing Ray!"
A beam of concentrated light shot forward, blasting one rhino squarely in the face.
It bellowed, stumbling back as steam erupted from its snout, the searing light burning its sensitive eyes.
Seeing this she leapt the spear overhead. The second rhino turned its head but was too late.
THWACK!
Her spear slammed down atop its horn, forcing its head into the ground with a shockwave. She flipped off the beast's back midair, landing in a crouch with elegance.
The first rhino recovered but was full of rage in its eyes. Its horn glowed brighter and was now burning orange like liquid fire.
She raised her hand again as she spoke loudly.
"Light Bind!"
A flash of magic burst from the ground, forming a glowing sigil beneath the beast's feet. The rhino stumbled, because of it, its legs trapped in radiant chains of pure light.
But it roared and shattered the bind with brute force. The girl skidded back slightly, her boots scraping the blackened stone.
With one final twirl, she launched herself forward like a shooting star.
Her spear pierced clean through the already-weakened second rhino's side, accompanied by a white light trailing behind her like a comet.
The beast collapsed, its horn cracking against the rock. Seeing that only the two of them remained they hesitated.
The girl stood with her chest rising slightly from exertion, yet not a single drop of sweat could be found on her face.
The wind picked up, carrying the glimmer of magic dust around her like golden fireflies. She spun the spear one last time and pointed it forward.
"Don't dawdle beasts," she roared.
The two beasts roared as well since they are being challenge as they charged in unison, the ground trembling beneath them.
The girl exhaled slowly and then vanished from her spot. A flash of light appeared between the beasts.
The spear in her hand glowed with blinding brilliance. With a shing one rhino fell with a hole seared clean through its chest.
A cracking sound was heard as a booming sound followed. The other collapsed with its horn shattered, even it's body was smoking from a final strike to the neck.
She stood behind them, not even turning back.
"Too slow," she whispered again, as both beasts crashed to the ground in silence.
Back in the wide room with lots of monitors, Paquito looked at Nolan, whose expression was filled with shock.
"You were saying?" Paquito said with a laugh.
Hearing his arrogant words, Nolan pointed at him and was about to retort when suddenly another fly flew inside him, choking him again.
