*Chapter 2: “The Dream That Wasn’t Meant to Be”*:

Taro didn’t remember falling asleep.
One second, he was chuckling bitterly to a plastic star. The next, he was standing in the middle of a vast, empty street — silent, motionless, too perfect.
The sky above shimmered flasy colours. Not sunlit, not blue — gold. Like someone poured paint across the heavens and forgot to let it dry.
“What... is this?” Taro muttered. He looked around. The buildings were there, but wrong. Familiar, yet curved in impossible ways. A dog walked by… on two legs, sipping tea, unbothered.
“I’m dreaming?” he said. “No way. I never dream.”
He took a step forward.
*Boom.*
The ground pulsed. A strange wind surged past him — and for a moment, the sky cracked. A *tear* ran through the golden veil, showing something vast behind it: gears turning, stars blinking, and in the center... a gate. Gigantic. Breathing.
Suddenly 3 strange creatures came out ,"what the hell is happening right now" he asks himself distorted 
"Maybe they're friendly creatures" Taro thinks to himself " hi" Taro stretches his hand forward but one of them nearly bites it off 
"Argh " Taro runs away " I guess they weren't friendly after all" but he was no lucky man the creatures were on pursuit 
Taro runs as fast as he could but in the process misplaced a foot when running and fell down hard"urgh my face hurts" 
Suddenly the 3 creatures get really close ,Taro begins to think fast as his heart begins to skip beats "what should I do , don't dreams usually end at moment's like this , I've never had one so I don't know what to do" 
They zoom in closer just about to finish him when he screams don't get any closer 
A sudden beam of green light engulfs the dreamscape , Also moving the creatures back 
But a figure is standing in the middle of the light as it fades away, it's *TARO* but different he's in a nice design of black and green with flowing darker hair and green eyes with a unique sword in his hands 
The creatures step back , look at each other to reassure themselves then proceeds to attack 
But Taro is different now he just perfectly weaves one of their attacks to the side , and giving it a punch so hard shattering multiple buildings 
He immediately sends a green energy blast covering a large radius completely anihlating 1 but the rest 2 are restless, the 2nd tries but it doesn't work Taro got it in the air with one punch and flies at supersonic speeds swings his sword instantly splitting the being in half but before he can land , the 3rd tries ,suprise attacking , but Taro holds the wrist and throws it up from his position in the sky he swings his sword letting a green energy blast so powerful it rips the sky in half
Taro finally slowly comes down and looks at his hand "what just happened" but suddenly he hears a loud sound "Stop " he says "Stop" he screams as the sound goes louder "Stoooop" he suddenly wakes up to find that it was just his alarm "tch stupid alarm " 
"But what happened before" Taro asks himself looking at his hand 
"I can tell you" a voice says 
"Ahhhhhhhh who said that" Taro asks terrified 
"Me the star, look over here"the voice exclaims 
Taro tilts his head looking at the star he got from earlier carrying it 
"Hi I'm Mexus ,senior dremapol"
