That shadow dragon sure sent me far from the village. After a minute or two, I land on the Umbravelle. Ella and Adriana come toward me. Ella asks, "Where have you been, my lord?" Adriana says, "You just vanished in the blink of an eye. What happened?" So, they didn't see that I was hit by someone. I mean, it's normal, actually. If I didn't see what hit me and when it hit me, how could they have seen that? I say, "I was looking for any abnormalities. Which I didn't find. Now what's going on here?" "All dark elves are praising Ella's strength. Her family came and hugged her. She is a hero among the dark elves now." Adriana says with a smile. Ella says, "All thanks to my lord." I put my right hand on Ella's head and say, "No, Ella. Not everything. I only gave you my blessing. It is you who brought yourself to this level. I saw your potential and your eagerness to achieve more power. That's why I blessed you, Ella." Ella's eyes get watery. Adriana says, "My lord, I did great, right?" I smile and put my left hand on Adriana's head, "You sure did."
Adriana says, "Now, about the rewards. Vael’Zarith Mor’Dun offered 100 gold coins. And we get to keep all the dead bodies of Wyverns." 100 gold coins! Wow! Ella says with sparkling eyes, "My lord, Dark Elvian gold coins are 4 times more valuable than Solvarian gold coins." That's interesting! Adriana says, "There is but one problem." "Which is?" I ask. Adriana says with an upset voice, "We can't carry a single Wyvern, let alone 57 Wyverns and one High Wyvern. And Dark Elves won't keep them. If we could somehow sell those to the guild...I can't imagine how much money we might get. But...." "No buts. We will bring those two to the guild." Ella and Adriana ask at the same time, "How!" I reply, "Do you think we dragons have pockets, or do we carry a purse or bag or something like that?" Ella and Adriana say in unison, "No...." "But we need to carry some necessary things. So, how do we carry our stuff? We carry them in our inventory." Both of them say in unison, "Inventory?" How do they do that! I reply, "The first thing we were taught in school was how to use inventory magic. Every dragon possesses a personal inventory space. Where we keep our things. So 58 or 100 birds won't be an issue." To my surprise, Ella and Adriana jump with excitement and hug me. Ella says, "Thank you, my lord!" Adriana says, "I knew that you would find a way! "I see, the Wyverns are surely bags of money for them.To my surprise, they somehow managed to collect the high wyvern's head. I put all of the Wyverns into my inventory. I can sense a lot of shocked eyes at me. Then, Ella uses shadow travel to get us to Luxus City. Three of us take our rest in Ella's apartment. In the morning, we go to the Lioness Guild together. The guild hall is crowded with hunters and adventurers. There is a man at the reception. We walk to him. The receptionist looks at Adriana and says with a smile, "What can I do for you, Hero?" Adriana says with a serious voice, "Hey, it is rude to ignore my lord in my presence." The receptionist looks at me and says, "Why is a hero like you serving a commoner like him?" I immediately hold Ella and Adriana's hands and say, "No. Let's not waste our time." Ella and Adriana nod their heads. I look at the receptionist and say, "We are only here to sell a few things." The receptionist says, "We don't buy everything. It's a guild, not an auction shop." "I know. And I also know that your guild will be happy to buy what I brought today. But there is a problem. Where should I put those?" I say. The receptionist says, "Put them on the table. Let me see if we want to buy or not." "But the table won't be able to bear the weight." I say. I open my inventory and pull out a Wyvern and put it gently on the table. The table instantly breaks. The receptionist screams, "A Wyvern!!" All hunters and adventurers, gather around. A middle-aged man wearing glasses comes running from inside of a room. Adriana whispers, "He is the guild master, Erion." The receptionist tells Erion, "This man has brought a Wyvern!" Erion looks at me and says, "Sir, please come this way." "I have more wyverns with me. Where should I put them?" I say. The Erion looks at me with big eyes and says, "Then come with me to the storehouse." "Should I bring this Wyvern with me?" I ask. Erion says, "That will be very helpful. But can you?" I smile. Then I grab the Wyvern and hold it in the air. Everyone let out a sound, "Oooo." Then we follow Erion to the storehouse. The storehouse is really big. I put the Wyvern down. Then I pull out the other 57 Wyverns and create a mountain of Wyverns there. Every hunter and adventurer is whispering among themselves. Erion says, "May I ask your name, sir?" "Sure. I am Ryu." I say with a smile. Erion says, "Mister Ryu, please wait for one day. We will examine all those wyverns and will let you know how much we can pay you. By the way, do you also want to sell all the Wyvern's core?" I say, "All except for the High Wyvern. If you don't mind, can you give that High Wyvern core now? I want to make something out of it." "Sure, sir." Erion orders a guild member to cut off the High Wyvern's head and pull out the core. Every beast that can use magical power possesses a core in their head. According to Adriana, he is the best blacksmith in the Solvaris Kingdom. Mr. Volru's assistant says, "What do you need, sir?" "I need to talk to Mr. Volru. I want him to create something for me." I say. The assistant goes inside the workshop and brings Mr. Volru with him. A middle-aged man with strong muscles. Mr. Volru asks, "What do you want to create?" "If I give you a high Wyvern's core. Can you make a sword with it?" Mr. Volru stares at me for a minute and says, "If you can give me that, I surely can make it." Ella gives him that High Wyvern's core. Mr. Volru wears a glass and examines the core carefully and says, "There is a crack on it. Otherwise it is in excellent quality. So, I can surely make a sword out of it. Give me half of a day." I say, "Alright." Then I ask Ella, "Do you still have that Fenrir's core?" "Yes, my lord. I couldn't sell it because of all the commotion." I ask Mr. Volru, "Can you make a ring and a waistband with a Fenrir's core?" "Su...Sure." Mr. Volru replies. Ella gives him the Fenrir's core. Mr. Volru examines the core and says, "This is the highest quality material I have seen in my life. Give me one and a half days, and then I will give you the best products of this kingdom." "Thank you. I am looking forward to it." I say with a smile. Mr. Volru says, "I need your measurements for the products. And tell me your design choice about them." I say, "The sword will be for Adriana. The ring and the waistband will be for Ella. So, they will be the ones to tell." Ella and Adriana say in unison, "But my lord?" How do they do that? I say, "I am the one who broke your sword, Adriana. And do you think I need magical energy to use magic or a sword to fight?" Ella and Adriana say in unison, "Of course not. Thank you, my lord." How could they sync that much! After Ella gives her necessary measurements, Adriana chooses her sword design. We go to the carriage maker. Adriana asks, "Why do we need carriage, my lord?" I reply with a smile, "I want to explore this world. But as a human. I can't go from one place to another flying as a dragon. People will fear me, which will not satisfy my exploration. Instead, we will go by carriage." "As you wish, my lord." Adriana says. Ella says, "I can drive, my lord." "Then, I can rest assured." I say with a smile.We buy a beautiful but not fancy carriage. This one is pulled by two horses. You can talk to the driver since there is a little door behind the driver's seat. If necessary, the carriage can be driven from inside. A maximum of 5 people can sleep inside. With two strong horses, it costs 10 gold coins. Not bad, I think.After that, we buy some necessary items for traveling far. Foods, tools, and such. Then I give 20 gold coins to Ella and Adriana and say, "Go buy some clothes and necessary items for you ladies." Adriana says, "But it's not necessary, my lord." "It is necessary, and that's why I am telling you to do it. And if you need more money. Meet me at the apartment." Ella says, "That won't be necessary, my lord. 5 gold coins are more than enough." After a few minutes of waiting, my brother is here. Stoneheart is very happy to see me. We talk for almost an hour. Everyone in the village seems to be doing well. They miss me. I also miss them. I received a mountain of love from the village. That's heaven for me. A true home. After that, Stoneheart says, "I heard from our angry little sister that you have found some interesting companions." I say, "Brother, if Emberion finds out you didn't mention her as a beautiful sister, she will become a burning sun, you know." Stoneheart laughs and says, "That's the moment when she looks beautiful." "Beautiful Volcano, you mean?" I laugh. Stoneheart joins in laughter. Stoneheart says, "So, my little brother prefers human and elf women?" - "No, no. It's not like that. They are my companions, nothing more."- "If you say so, brother." - "Brother, there is something I need to tell you."- "Sure. Go on, brother."I tell him about what happened in Umbravelle. Stoneheart gets angry and says, "That coward! I will rip his tail and wings off and make him swallow those before killing him." - "Calm down, brother. Don't do anything like that at all. I am an Urthgard. It's my revenge to take. Don't step on my pride, brother. If you hurt him, then I will be the one who is a coward."- "Ryu. No, Urthgard is a coward. Each of us possesses enough power to destroy the world. We are inferior to none."- "If you take revenge on my behalf, then the world will think me a coward. I ask, "Brother, can you give me any information about this Shadow Dragon?" Stoneheart says, "Sure, brother. His name is Umbrax. It's best that you know about your enemy first, especially if you like him."
