3 wishes

Hikaru and yuki live alone in their house.Their parents passed away when both of them were still child.Hikaru is now 24 years old and his sister is 20.Yuki is suffering from cancer 2nd time,when yuki was 18 she first started showing the symptoms of cancer at that time hikaru quickly take action and prevent it from becoming serious.she was cured but a while after her 20th birthday her health started to become worse she was quickly admitted in hospital by her brother,but at that time hikaru was jobless,it was not like hikaru was not working at all in his life he was working at a company which was well known and had high salary but the ceo of the company did a big fraud project and the company was shutdowned.Hikaru was low on money because he had to pay for the hospital bill while his sister was first admitted in hospital and recently after his sister again started suffering from cancer he had not much money with him,he was forced to take his sister home because not being able to pay the bills.

Time 10:30 Night

Hikaru enters the house after a full day of job hunting.

Hikaru: I'm back, Yuki.

Lights were off in the entrance.

Yuki: ah.. welcome home brother.

Hikaru enters the living room. There was a bed here where yuki was sleeping. Near the bed there was a table on which there was a glass half filled with water and some medicines beside it.

Hikaru:Did you eat food and take the medicines

Yuki:Yes.

Hikaru loosened his tie and placed his bag on the floor beside the table, he glanced at the sinks and saw the cleaned plates.

Hikaru looks at yuki and asks

Hikaru:Did you clean them again?

Yuki:aaa.. yes. I was tired of sitting on the bed all day my back and butt started hurting so I tried tried to move them a little, but well I still can't do much work it took me a while to do them

Hikaru sits beside yuki on the bed and holds her hand while saying

Hikaru:I told you,you don't have to do any of the house chores. If your body hurts anywhere or you want to do any little bit of exercise you have to call me on the phone.i will be at home in an instant.

Hikaru lets go her hands and heads toward another room for changing his clothes.yuki says from behind in lower voice

Yuki:But you are already spending most of your time for my sake. I can't come to ask for anything.

HIkaru turns back.

Hikaru: Who do you think I am still living for?

Hikaru went into the room and changed his clothes.

After changing his clothes he makes dinner and both of them eat it.hikaru does the dishes and brings yuki water in glass and tells her to take the 2nd dose of medicine.

After making sure that Yuki took her medicine and taking care of other house chores, he turns off the light and sits beside yuki on the bed.

Hikaru: are you able to sleep these nights,i mean it doesn't hurt like it used to do a week before

Yuki: nah,it's better than before, the medicine helped and if I try distracting myself from it by watching videos on phone and talking to friends I can sleep normally.oh!By the way, I saw a video of high-school girls on the internet . Aren't high-school girls strange these days?

Hikaru:What did you see?

Yuki: They were filming a video of their own ongoing class.

Hikaru: wait wait wait,that's what seemed weird to you.

Yuki: What do you mean?.

Hikaru: Well Everything is changing in this world so fast, its not like the time when we were not even allowed to take phones in the school. School these days gives too much freedom.

Yuki: Now that you mention it, there are many strange videos on the internet. Like someone eating food which was worth at least 20 to 30 peoples or people recording their own life…what was it called again……?

Hikaru: Blogger?

Yuki: Yes that. why do they see their own lifestyle on the internet and more importantly who are those 5 million viewers who have this much free time to watch that.

Hikaru:Don't ever be like them please. Well put that aside, did you hear that............

And they continued talking

Time-11:50 Night

While Hikaru keeps talking to yuki he looks at her and sees that she fell asleep.He puts on the blanket properly on her and goes to check if the door is locked or not.

He suddenly hears a moan.His eyes follow the voice, it was yuki.she is moaning in sleep. He gets close to Yuki and tries to pat her head but stops.

Hikaru opens the door and goes outside while thinking in his head-

"If only I had more money or a stable job I would have been able to treat yuki in a good hospital.

Why,why did Yuki have to go through all this. There is nothing she had done in her life to upset anyone nor had she ever been selfish or insensitive to me.

why .. is it because of me,if so then why don't give all her pain and suffering to me only and leave her to have a better life. MIracel or something else. I just want to see her in a fit condition with a bright smile always on her face."

Hikaru covered his face with his hands and tears started filling from his eyes.

The silence during the night made it even harder for him to let out a voice from his mouth.

Suddenly a voice echoes in his head.

" your wish have been heard ,now let's call you here"

Hikaru quickly wipes his tears and started looking around

"Who…."

It sounded like it was coming from his house.

Hikaru quickly opens the door and goes back into the house and looks if it was coming from his house.

Someone clicks his finger. Hikaru was summoned in a full white room .Hikaru looked around while being confused. He saw no end where his eyes could reach. It was like being left in space with nothing to be seen in sight.

Hikaru yells "who...who are you.where am i?."

"......."

Hikaru: If its your doing then se.. send me back to where yuki is ....I have nothing which can be useful to you neither money nor any property.what do you want from me

Then a person slowly comes up from the white ground in front of hikaru.he had slightly long black hair with eyes giving cold glances like he just came from seeing someone die in front of him but it contrast with his little smile.As he becomes fully visible from head to toe he opens his mouth and says in cold voice with a smile

"I propose a deal, in exchange for treating you sister, I also need your help to save someone”

Hikaru who was confused and scared a while back quickly catches the word 'treating your sister' he lost all his fear and confusion and immediately replied

"If my sister can be saved then I accept any condition if it does not harm her and me...i will help you so treat my sister's as soon as possible……. i don't want her to suffer more"

The person smiles and says"very well then I will do"

He clicks his finger and then says "it's done"

Then the person takes a quick look at hikaru body and says

"Now I give you 3 wishes or 3 powers whatever you need"

Hikaru doesn't understand the meanings of his words

"what?"
