Lets Head to Isunoki!

Noticing the goblins weren't going to do anything Lysnora snorted and gradually burst into laughter when she saw Olthros of all people was genuinely scared. While she laughed till she was breathless he recklessly jumped at the goblins and tried attacking."AHAHAHA-ha....ah.. h-hey?! WAIT What are you DOING? They didn't even do anything..!"Lysnora's loud laughing instantly disappeared when she caught sight of Olthros punching and kicking the goblins, in an instant the poor little things started attacking his frail and pathetic body too in self defense."SHUT UP! You don't know that they won't do anything! And Don't. Talk. To. Me. AUGH—"Olthros yelled furiously as he got hit by the goblins. Lysnora stood there concerned as one of the goblins approached her, it was natural for them to think of her as an enemy now too since Olthros's stupid paranoid self thought it was a good idea to be cautious beyond her understanding. She tried to back away knowing they didn't have any weapons nor they had their old powers so even little creatures like these were formidable foes, especially when she couldn't even just run away and let him be the little child he acts like.— A while later.After a while they were both huffing and puffing on the ground, covered entirely in bruises with blood coming out from both of their noses and mouths."I.. don't ugh— have time for this...need to go back.. to my ngh- former self.."Olthros barely got the words out of his mouth as he wiped the blood from his lips and limply got up to try to strike the goblins again, despite the fact he was the most beaten out of the two of them."Ha...tsk– this is all...your- ha.... FAULT!!"Lysnora yelled and got up from the ground too and started running , Olthros turned, hearing footsteps heading towards him and hearing Lysnora yelling from behind just to turn his head to be met with her fist landing on his face. The impact was great making him almost fall, but Olthros regained his balance and spat out a tooth looking at the ground, then glared up at Lysnora."What.....WHAT THE FUCK IS YOUR PROBLEM?"He struck her back in the face for vengeance, but he was the one who yelled out in pain rapidly swinging his hand around in the air to relive the pulsating pain in his hand as Featherine held her injured nose."What's wrong with YOU? How dare you hit a woman?!"the punch hurt Olthros more than it did to Lysnora, but he refused to back down, both of them could care less about anything else now. No matter how many bones Olthros broke he couldn't bear being beaten and losing his powers, same went for Lysnora, both the narcissistic maniacs absolutely lost it."BECAUSE YOU HIT ME FIRST? I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR GENDER, NOBODY GETS AWAY WITH HITTING MEE!!!"The goblins stood there watching them while completely shocked and even stopped trying to attack as they both broke out in a full fight, the goblin pack ran away scared leaving them just striking each other like maniacs.— Half an hour later."Let GO!! why are you copying ME?!"And there they were, giving off the most disappointing and pathetic image of themselves as they grabbed on to each others hair and pulling with all they got."Because you're hurting ME! YOU LET GO FIRST!!"Lysnora screamed out, as they both were almost literally growling in anger like actual animals, with her hair being longer Lysnora was the one feeling more pain, but that didn't mean Olthros wasn't, After all, he kept punching the goblins hard skin and being beaten up with the weak physique he has, his hands were dying trying to hold tight on her hair, along with his headache too as Lysnora's physique was one healthier than his since he never gave a shit about it."HEY! YOU TWO! Stop already..! The goblins are gone why the hell are you fighting each other like children?!"Some guy came running out of the trees and bushes, frantically gesticulating to try to get their attention seeing how lost they were in their brawl, He stopped near them catching his breath and tried to pull them apart.He had shiny dark blue hair with a side swept he probably used a bunch of hair gel to get into shape. His glittering purple eyes looked up at them as sweat slowly built up on his face only, he had a trained stamina by the looks of it, but his stamina wasn't the only thing about the stranger that seemed trained by the looks of it, his shoulders were also extremely broad he had a great looking build and by adding up his professional looking build and look on his face with the clothes and huge backpack he was definitely an adventurer passing by."ha...STOP IT ALREADY YOU BOTH ARE SEVERELY INJURED!"He yelled in concern, The two let go after a ton of the adventurers effort, they were both breathing heavily and glared with eyes wide open at him as he gulped, everyone there sweating like crazy, exactly like the goblins the dude was just as scared from them, they looked like actual terrifying demons when they fight eachother. They didn't have their powers but they still had their intimidating demeanor."You...DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO"they both yelled at the same time and to the guys surprise despite all the pain they were in, pulled their arms back for momentum and punched him in the face in a synchronized way.— Hours later.Despite the punch, which didn't really hurt him but them instead, (they cried out in pain and complained about how much they hate eachother for 10 whole minutes) the purple eyed man put in great effort and managed to console the two as they sat there opposite of each other with arms folded. After being done with Lysnora he began rolling out more bandages out of his adventure backpack and putting them on Olthros as he winced in pain and absolute embarrassment after he grinned at Lysnora for doing the same while she was getting treated."So.. what were you guys doing out here anyways? You don't look like your from around isunoki."The guy asked with a curious tone after done helping Olthros, very natural question for an adventurer. He stood there fiddling with his fingers, afraid of Olthros's Dark sclera with glowing white pupils and especially his third eye, as he unconsciously stared at him with a nervous smile. None of them said a word though, so he decided to strike up a different conversation to break the awkward silence."Oh and uhm— How rude of me to not introduce myself, ahem.. my names Grim! I'm the best adventurer in isunoki, I'm out here since it was time I thought I return to town.. uhm.... and- uh also.....What's your guys names?..im pretty sure they're super interesting since you aren—"He spoke gently, but before he could even finish his question Lysnora cut him off with a question of her own in the coldest tone ever, almost sent shivers down Grim's spine, he had never been looked at like that by anyone."That town you were talking about.. where is it?"Grim instantly got a bad feeling from that sudden question, these two strangers didn't look nor acted like they were any good news and now they were suddenly rudely asking for the way to his home town right after he just found them fighting eachother like animals, the pressure made him a wide eyed mess as he started slowly sweating, he was scared.. not for himself, if he wanted he could just be gone from this as he clenched his fists and gulped.This whole thing all felt like they had set him up... what the hell? How could someone be this rude to someone who just saved their lives.?. did they perhaps have a spare one in their pockets or what?! this isn't right man... People this scary shouldn't be allowed to roam free and find their way into Isunoki to ruin the hard work he has to go through to keep it pure from negativity even if just slightly.The thought of the crying of children within the town of isunoki as these two ruin the peace of the locals scared Grim, he tried to calm down inside as he completely discarded those negative thoughts and put a smile on (it looked horribly awkward but hey? Atleast he's trying!)Alright Grim now think properly! Don't let these people drain out your Bravery, they're a threat to isunoki.. you have to keep an eye out on them, that way you keep an eye out on everyone in Isunoki too even though that kind of puts you yourself in danger.. well whatever! They don't look like they possess any powers... There's no way two crazy people that fought eachother like children would be able to beat you even if they did even have powers hah!"Ah I see, you're looking for isunoki town then? I was just going there too since I live there, it's not far from here! If you guys can stand now how about we walk there together? I also have bunch of resources and my adventurer so going together is going to be a safe trip home! So—"While grim tried to finish his sentence, Olthros stood up and walked past Grim, standing shoulder to shoulder as he lightly punched him on the chest and grumbled out words like a abusive drunkard, not even looking back at to make eye contact with him."Shut up, you talk too much.. just take us there."Grim stood there, shocked by the sudden insult after he quite literally saved their lives, he started slowly sweating as he gulped- they couldn't beat you.. physically only, they could definitely beat you mentally.. C'mon Grim what are you thinking?! There's no way ANYONE can beat you mentally, thats just a silly thought of yours! Just be nice and still make sure you get these crazy people to go with you, that's all you need to do."Alright my bad.. But only if you ask nicely, that was pretty rude a-and... I just wanna make sure I'm not letting in some delinquents inside town ya know?"He let out a fake giggle with his head tilted as he shrugged Olthros off lightly, Hearing Grim's request Olthros angrily turned to look his way as Lysnora looked up at him as if she was planning to tear him apart, both of them gave him looks of pure rage.Grim swears he could almost see their dark aura sizzling out of them, Though he put on an unreadable expression and kept a calm composure, deep down he was genuinely confused on why such a simple task was so difficult for them, he'd never seen someone so unpredictable like them.. it made him scared but curious."Go on... I don't see why that's so hard for you."Lysnora was pissed, she just got up, walked past Grim while side eyeing him with the most attitude he'd ever seen someone give him and just went towards Olthros and completely ignored how much she hates him for just this once."C'mon, we have a long way ahead of us."she nodded, staring down at Olthros to gesture him that it's time to leave, before walking away she looked back at Grim and rolled her eyes at him, Olthros just folded his arms and kicked a pebble as they started walking away before they realized they just fucking talked to eachother as they instantly distanced themselves with their heads turned away from eachother and looked eachother up and down as they walked, judging and hating just like usualoh how badly the art of how hard it was to ask for something kindly as literally the most narcissist people to ever exist shocked Grim, he reached out his arm with a face full of despair trying to form the word "wait" but seeing how they treated him just now he just pulled his arm back as he grabbed on his shirt and looked down sighing, he knew they wouldn't care to even look back, it really felt like he just put his town in danger by letting them go free.He just stood there completely guilt-ridden, thinking about how he could've had them under his watch if he just had them come with him instead of trying to discipline them like some nosy piece of shit. After a while of being lost in sorrow after a minor inconvenience he noticed he was overwhelmed over something small again as he yelled out a little and ruffled his hair rapidly completely ruining his side swept.He fixed his breathing and tried regaining his composure as he stood still and held his head, trying to focus. there was no way they'd reach isunoki before the best adventurer there, that way he'd still be able to keep them under his watch and no danger will come the towns way.He let his head go and a goofy laugh left out along with a stupid smile as the thoughts came to him, but they eventually faded as he felt something was wrong the moment he suddenly started going through a different thinking processes. "What if they don't make it to town though?" He thought."They were already weak and I let them just go injured" what kind of a person does that now?"I even refused to accept the fact that I talk too much""They were scary and rude but.. how can I let myself do something so stupid?"Thoughts that he never saw coming flooded his brain, he paused and snapped back to reality after thinking about how rude and crazy they were, but there kept coming thoughts contradicting his excuses. He had it figured now, he was worried about them. He didn't know why, but he thought about how they really did nothing wrong to him the whole time so they couldn't really be that much of a danger and he just insulted telling them to their face he thought they were crazy.all they did was act a "little" weird, if they really were crazy enough they would've attacked him after he helped them with their wounds. They only went away right now because he interfered with their business, sure what if they had a huge ego for not wanting to ask nicely, that didn't make his actions any more justifiable and he was the jerk for wanting them to ask nicely. Well all that according to himself.So now nothing they did made them any different of any other person, And if he protects everyone else, they were no exception. He readied his gloves and belt as he set out running after them.__________________ After alot of runningNoticing how the footprints got more fresh from out here he sprinted, with a determined smile which lasted a minute, before he got focused on keeping an eye out for them and their footsteps as he ran even farther till two figures came more and more into sight, they were afar from eachother, one was of a tall woman on the left and a shorter man with crooked posture on the right, his eyes lit up. He knew they were going to get a little mad, but that was never going to stop him from helping someone he wants to, he was stubborn in his own way."HEEEEEYYYYYYY!! YOU TWWWOOOOOO!!!"He yelled out at the top of his lungs, while waving his arms as a smile grew on his face when they looked back and stopped to see who was coming their way."Look who came crawling back..."Lysnora grumbled, folding her arms as she clicked her tongue, but had a slight smirk on her face since she knew Grim was going to come and they needed him for directions anyways. This way they got his help without having to ask nicely, that's just how much of a menace she was, planning all this for just her own ego.Grim finally reached them, huffing and puffing as he wiped sweat off his forehead while smiling stupidly. But then got confused looking down at Olthros in his measly fighting position, he looked like a stray cat getting on its guard. unlike Lysnora who was trying to play hard to get, to use him to their advantage, Olthros still didn't trust Grim and was thinking he came to ambush them.Lysnora nudged at him, giving him a threatening look to let him know that it's either they take his help now or they'll have to be stuck together even longer, Olthros hissed at the thought as he tried to wipe off the spot she elbowed him and just stayed quiet even though he had alot to say. Grim on the other hand, after getting his breathing on track stood straight and stared at them for a while, he was trying to think of what to say without talking more than necessary this time, so on he spoke slowly but tried to be loud so they don't think he's intimidated by them."I...I am sorry for being a jerk before... You just seemed a bit unsettling to me, and even though you were rude to me.. that didn't justify how I was rude too...and i–.."He paused, looking at them with hesitation. Bunch of words reached his throat but never left his mouth, during an apology Grim always chose to speak his mind, but this time he felt like he had to word it differently, He sighed, right now he really wanted to get to know different types of people even if they were rude, he's not always just going to protect people that protected him first, if they were going to show they're bullies, then he was going to show them how much better he is and still protect them no matter how annoyed they get."I want to help! Whatever you're doing.. I'm an adventurer and I can tell you have a long journey planned.. but you don't seem like you really know where to start. And when I didn't know that, others around me guided me and I want to pass that on to all sorts of people!! You kind of give me the creeps but I don't know why.. I feel like wanting to know you guys more, So, please. Accept my apology and let me help you."This time they waited instead of cutting him off as he bowed to show he means no harm and trusts that they don't either, he looked up expectantly and was greeted with them just looking down at him to see if there was more to come out of his big mouth, but weirdly enough, this time there was no dark aura radiating from them as they all stood in their positions before Lysnora spoke, breaking the silence"Apology accepted, Brim, you sound like a weirdo yourself but whatever– and before you ask again.. the names Lysnora Luthienne Imperia ."She folded her arms and turned confidently, making way for him so he can lead the way out front, with her eyes gently closed as the wind caressed her dark hair, but her dramatic act didn't last for long when Olthros snorted and turned away trying to hide his face the moment Lysnora looked at him just to be met with him wheezing silently from behind and Grim slightly laughing awkwardly too."Huh? What's so funny twig?! YOU tryna make fun of my name? Atleast it isn't Olthros or..eh YOU big gorilla BRIM!!"She yelled at both of them as Hajun turned and cleared his throat trying to stop, just to crack up and hold his sides again the moment she calms down, by the time Grim finally decided to break it down for her Olthros was already on the ground almost crying, it's not like he had never laughed before and couldn't handle it but just there was something so hilarious about how confident she was, that he couldn't stop at all."Aha... Lysnora-san sorry, but see uh..my name's G-R-I-M Grim! not Brim"Lysnora stopped with the most disappointed face ever as she side eyed Olthros who was still holding his sides and wiping a tear, it was funny at first for him but damn, all that cackling wasn't made for his small body, Grim smiled as he looked out in the distance."Alright, it's high time we get going, our destination iiiss right over there!"He moved his finger along as it landed on the town which wasn't very visible from afar but according to him that was it, isunoki town. Olthros dusted himself after laughing his life out on the ground and Grim adjusted his backpack as they all looked into the yellow sky, it'd probably almost be sunset when they reach.- To be continued
