Final

Vareth and the Kind had engaged in a fist combat. No one was dominating the fight. Their attacks were fast and sharp. Each hit created a pressure strong enough to whirl the hairs of the audience and crack the earth. The Queen rose up. She had used the time Vareth was busy with his father to heal herself.

‘Game time is over!’ she declared. ‘I will blast this country away along with you!’ Suddenly the audience felt an invisible power lifting them up. Seraphille exited the White House with the others. Then she used her power on Vareth who asked.

‘What are you doing?’

‘Nuclear bombs are heading our way. I’ll use them and destroy the altar. Mother and father-in-law. The gate will soon close. And if it happens you’ll be stuck here with us! No army! Make haste and return home!’ It seemed like the mother was shouting after her but Seraphille ignored her and went on. Vareth turned to his father.

‘Seems like we didn’t get to finish our fight!’

‘You mean I didn’t get to kill you! We will meet again and when it happens I will have my whole power back!’ The father turned to the Queen who was gathering energy above her, molding it into an orb. ‘Let’s stop for now! Look up!’ The slit in the sky was steadily closing. ‘We are bound to meet them again!’ When the King made his way to the gate the Queen grunted, however she stopped her attack and followed after the King.

‘Seraphille, that was your last time. I won’t see you as my daughter anymore!’

On her way out of America Seraphille used her power on all the people still roaming the country. She rose and joined them in the air, amongst them also Sark, his mother and the clan. Seraphille carried them all along with her away from America. It was silent, maybe due to the light surrounding them. It made them sleepy, healed their wounds and felt just damn good. And after everything they had gone through silence and some relaxing was the right thing. Even the one who were at first anxious quickly calmed down and stopped questioning their situation.

.Just when they had put some distance to America the rockets arrived. Seraphille put everyone behind her and pointed both arms at America. The bombs hit and resulted in a devastating explosion. Yet the explosion never spread farther than America for Seraphille surrounded it with her power. Suddenly, everything went black.

Some years after

After the apocalypse the parents had vanished. Seraphina and Abbadon had accompanied them to the demon and angel realm to settle a score. The world had learned of a new enemy and gathered together. The few immune ones who had survived were all enrolled in a school where they were trained for combat. Experiments aimed at the creation of more immune ones. Dean had also vanished; however, he had told Dae who was now married to Rayshel that he had to digest everything, especially him killing Larah. Their parents had told them some things and when Dae and Dean had pushed them to reveal more they promised to do that when they were back from their mission. Dae, Rayshel, Rick and some others who had fought during the apocalypse had become teachers at the new schools for immune ones. Nicole was now the supreme commander of the World Military, a military formed amongst allied countries after the apocalypse. For his luck Nade had survived and was still undergoing a treatment. Sarah would always visit him and cook for him. Sark had decided to stay with his mother. They had some things to catch up. It was peaceful and everyone had hoped that it would remain like that!
