[Hinode Academy Arc] Prologue

Long ago, mysterious forces known as the Cores appeared, shaping the world in unimaginable ways. Each Core influenced the style of its wielder’s power: Elemental Cores commanded natural forces like fire, ice, metal, and gravity; Construct Cores built structures or weapons from thin air; Alter Cores could change matter, biology, or even perception; Beast Cores granted the traits of animals or mythical creatures; and Abstract Cores twisted concepts such as memory, luck, fear, or sound. Chosen hosts gained incredible strength, yet with it came great risk: misuse could corrupt the soul and destabilize the world. Some became heroes, shaping kingdoms and societies, while others fell to darkness, leaving a legacy of chaos. When peace finally returned, the Hinode Academy was founded to train the next generation in mastering the Cores responsibly. But whispers of hidden powers and forgotten battles linger, reminding all that true balance is never guaranteed—and soon, the Cores will awaken once more.
