DAY 5 – MONDAY MORNING
Dear diary, turns out the weekend was actually… really boring.
So boring I was almost hoping something would happen.
The only thing that did happen was a weird text at 3 AM from Julia saying
“Marine’s been dealt with.”
I couldn’t sleep after that. I don't know if it was because she woke me up, or because I realized I’m stuck with the person who sent that for another two weeks.
Since Issac is the only one who actually cares about their relationship, Julia barely texts him. If her friends didn’t force her to, she’d probably never even look at his name in her contacts.
Now that I’m in control, I’d rather keep contact with her at absolute minimum. But I can’t cut her off entirely. So, I’ll keep in contact while in school.
I'll also try making a new friend but I doubt that will go anywhere.
DAY 5 - MONDAY NIGHT
Turns out the weekend was just the calm before the storm.
First off, making friends sucks. Walking up to someone you don’t know and starting a conversation is pretty awkward. And for Issac, “people he doesn’t know” is basically the entire school.
But then a group project was announced.
When I heard that I was pretty excited (unlike the rest of the class) because it would give me an excuse to talk to someone new.
But do you know who I got as partners? Julia, one of Julia's friends and Marine…
I don't think I could ask for a worse group if I tried. Apparently since I'm “so close” with all of them, the professor thought it was a good idea.
The project we got told to do was a presentation about “Unbelievable truths”.
To a normal person that would mean
“Find a fun weird fact about history or science and do a presentation on that.”
But for weirdo 1, 2 and 3
That means we do a presentation on
“The truth about skinwalkers.”
I hate this group. I hate Marine for suggesting it, I hate Julia for agreeing, and I hate myself for not stopping it.

DAY 8 – THURSDAY MORNING
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to write in the diary for the past 3 days since I've been working on the presentation.
Luckily everything has been going pretty smoothly, just basic things like what a skinwalker is and famous examples of them appearing.
The thing I feared most was that Marine would end up talking about the time she was possessed by me.
If that spreads then she might get interrogated for information, they might find out how to kill skinwalkers, or that im possessing issac, just not good in general.
It seems like it's going to be an easy time for me, which of course means something is going to go disastrously wrong, but I'm going to delude myself into thinking it won't.
I guess we will see soon.

DAY 8 – THURSDAY NIGHT
It went disastrously wrong…
I kind of expected it so I'm not even mad but it still sucks.
We started the presentation pretty normally.
I could write about it, but if anybody reads this I'm guessing they would only want to see everything go wrong.
After Julia had finished off the presentation we were supposed to just sit back down in our seats, but before we could.
“But do you want to know ANOTHER unbelievable truth about these skinwalkers?”
We all turned to Marine, she pressed the remote going to another slide that none of us added, she added it last minute to surprise us, or more likely, so I couldn't stop her.
“Not only are skinwalkers real, but one of them is in this very school”
A video started to play, a video… of me sleeping.
Now if you don't know, skinwalkers wrap themselves in a hard, silk cocoon, once a week.
This is done for a multitude of reasons, to conserve moisture, to readjust positions inside the human, or even just because they find it comfy.
So in other words: she just gave the class almost irrefutable evidence of a skinwalker.
Marine probably remembered that I usually do it on the weekend if I have time, and since I wasn't really doing anything, I thought it would be fine.
The fact she recorded me through the window while I slept is pretty creepy, I believe humans call it “stalker behaviour”.
But I can't exactly call the cops, for obvious reasons.
The school outfit hung up the closet door made it obvious which school I attended, luckily my face isn't visible through the cocoon.
It's becoming increasingly clear Issac wasn't as good of a host as I thought, so I'm thinking of finding another.
For now I just need to act normal, if I tried to leave town right as this information got revealed it would be pretty suspicious.
The teacher stopped Marine before she could say anything else that would “scare her classmates”
She was told to give all the information she had to the head teacher but I doubt she would, since I wouldn't be there to see the fireworks.
Everyone is going to be a lot more suspicious, so I can't act different from old Issac, especially around Julia.
I'll have to invite her out somewhere like usual, tomorrow I'll try taking her to an aquarium or something, I'll figure out the details later.
But Marine? She’s the real problem.
I'm not gonna kill her. I'm not deranged enough for that, and plus I'm not nearly smart enough to get away with murder plus being a skinwalker.
Still… she’s revealing way too much.
I’ll need to find a way to shut her up. Preferably using legal methods.
But for now, I'm making sure my curtains stay closed. Always.
