Prologue

Imagine a world where success designates importance and rejection is unavoidable. Yuu Satō spends her adulthood burying her youth. Trapped in a grueling cycle of mundane occurrences, she not only suffers at the hands of two-faced co-workers and a power hungry boss, but struggles with her own mind demons every night .

Down on her luck, she is shunned by society, a life full of exhaustion. Yuu finds herself unconsciously clinging to childhood dreams -- shattered dreams that never came to fruition.

Walking on a tightrope, trying to fulfill the expectations society has placed on her. With only little hope grounding her to the gruesome reality of life. Until one day, everything came spiraling down and she was left to face an immense force by her lonesome.

The rope keeping her grounded to this Earth tightens like a noose around her neck. She meets her end inevitably.

Or so, that's what one would expect to happen...

In one moment, she finds herself plummeting five hundred feet down into solid concrete, the next --

SNAP

Her eyes snap open and she finds herself waking up in the comfort of someone else's bed. But how could this be? It must've been a dream, right? That must be it. Why else would she be here, alive and -- someone else??

She finds herself in the body of someone else, Haruko Kisaragi, with no knowledge of who she is or where she was. With no direction, she is guided to a school where she meets a familiar cast of people. A few people in particular stood out to her the most; one of them being Takashi Hasegawa, the main character of a popular dating sim she heard about.

The game surrounds this character and his story, offering up different options of love interests. And if she remembers correctly, the person she is now was neither a potential candidate nor a memorable character.

That's when it hits her like a truck... was she an NPC??!
