Operation: Project Agent Aquarizion

Since 1992, a meteorite would soon descend upon the planet Earth. Yet upon its approach, the meteorite would soon split and scatter into many smaller pieces, each one would Land on the Earth with little to no major deaths and property damages. However, three major pieces would end up landing in three key Government Facilities that are located in Ireland, Japan, and America. And each piece would radiate immense mysterious energies and radiation. Radiation that is virtually harmless to the human population and the local wildlife. However, each scientific division from within each facility would conduct a series of experiments in regards to the massive meteorite pieces, and would make vast discoveries in terms of how the meteorite in question would ultimately improve on the Planet’s own ecosystem and the planet as a whole. This would lead to each Government facility sending out different teams to different parts of the world to conduct further testing on the meteorite’s effects on the ecosystem with alarmingly surprising results every time. But unfortunately, it would lead to some nearly devastating effects as well, as their experiments would cause natural disasters to occur on various parts of the planet, leading several towns and cities in near disaster and ruin, but with no fatalities regardless. Miraculously however, it would also cause some unexpected growth in the local flora and fauna, including sudden increases in the growth of the plant life and in the rise of local minerals, including things like pure gold, Silver, Diamonds and other forms of jewelry from around the world. Ultimately however, it would also some slight concerns and curiosity over what might happen if the meteorite itself were to cause some irrevocable damage to the Human Body in the long run. But before their discussions on the matter could even continue, the meteorite itself starts to change and evolve even further, leading to the secretion of a strange liquid substance. A substance that cause rapid improvements onto whatever it touches. Sometimes even more when doused on military equipment and vehicles, and sometimes even cause some slight decay on different objects. Sometimes the effects are mostly variable, but the result of this sudden new development would ultimately lead to each of the governments conducting a new type of project involving the development of new Super Soldiers for the next 3 decades going forward. So the governments of the U. S. The Japanese and The Irish would reach into an agreement to conduct their experiments in secret by building a special underwater facility deep within the very trenches of the Loch Lake and would conduct tests on certain random individuals that the local population wouldn’t miss, from local runaways to the homeless, even to criminals serving on death row, and they would conduct their experiments on each individual from each of their own nations, only limiting them by 3 to 7. Ultimately however, with each attempt that’s being done on them, HORRIBLE mutations are explicitly enacted, even some with resulted in death. Which would ultimately lead to them either discard their failures in undisclosed locations, or lead to some of the remaining living creatures being sent in for further study and horrendously monstrous autopsies in the later run. This would take place over several decades as each nation would take turns conducting their experiments in secrecy by mean of kidnapping several individuals from each nation and performing their experiments in process over and over and over again, some with progress, and many ending with failures. As the years go by, most of the government members from each facility in their own respective nations begin to wonder if their efforts were in vain and would begin to shut down their efforts altogether, that is, until Japan finally got their turn and ended up kidnapping a Young Girl that was on her way to school after accidentally witnessing one of their agents various kidnapping operations. The result would lead to the girl inadvertently being led to the same underwater facility in the Loch lake and would find herself being experimented on at the behest of a corrupt politician in the current Japanese government branch. At first it was thought that the girl would end up dead due to all of the experiments that were done to others and would end up being discarded or contained for further autopsy. But it would no longer be the case as for the first time, all of their previous experimentations on other random human beings In the past would finally led to their most amazing success as they discovered that not only has the young girl survived the experiments, but as also gain incredible abilities and immeasurable powers as well, albiet with the slight mutation of her skin turning a beautiful Aura Blue and a Horn growing on her head. From then on, the Japanese Government would soon begin their own Super Soldier project called: Project Aquarizion which would turn the girl into their own super weapon against various threats. This project would have to have the girl constantly sedated and being made to undergo several simulations in which she’s made to fight off wave after wave of endless soldiers and terrorist enemies, all the while having her body being subjected to subjected to further studies and examinations. Ultimately, all of their examinations on the girl would lead the Japanese Government to the conclusion that they made their project too perfect and have transformed the young girl into more than just a weapon, but have practically made her into a goddess by means of the mysterious liquid from the meteorite and the various augmentations and improvements and experiments that were being done on her body every time she was sedated, and all in the span of 14 months. This would lead to the corrupt politician, whose name is Nakita Shimura, to personally visit the secret Loch facility in order to perform the final modification to the girl’s mind in order to make her the perfect obedient weapon. Ultimately however, it was not to be, as a horrifying monster from one of the Ireland research lab comes crashing through the facility after being presumed dead by the Ireland research team some two years ago in an attempt to destroy the facility and everything and everyone in it. But it wouldn’t the case as, without warning, the girl suddenly opens her eyes again and a blinding flash of light engulfs the room, leading to the creature vanishing without a trace……………along with her. Leading to many wondering as to what happened to her. 10 years later, the young girl named Mizu Shimura has now grown up into a hot gravure teenager who leads a pretty simple a normal life since and is pretty leading a very stable, yet slight complicated life with her constant problems with her schoolwork and her natural interactions with her friends, most notably her secret love interest, Shoto Fukamachi, whom she always bullies and teases due to him being one inch shorter than her and always having his face buried in her big breasts and everything. However, it is after her seventeenth birthday and during a torrential downpour of rain during a thunderstorm in her home of Shinjuku, Japan that a startling metamorphosis begins to occur within her…………..
