hospital

For As long as I can remember I always had a pretty good life, never got into trouble, always put my head up high, never did anything wrong or bad, I look up at the hospital ceiling, and slowly fall asleep as I dream, dying at age 84 I wish I would've experienced adventure maybe even love. But I'm happy, no not happy id say I'm ok just ok I have more than others so what more can I possibly want, but what if I was. I mean

If only… I can be young again I closed my eyes as I drifted off to sleep

¨be careful what you wish for sir..¨ a voice called out,

My eyes instantly awoke as a shiver went down my spine, there I saw a man? no, I thought, this man was covered in a long black cloak his feet or what looked like his feet were not there, he was floating.. holding some sort of weapon, a scythe? I thought. And beside him there was... An angel?

¨hellooooo old man! Can you hear us?¨ I was paralyzed, couldn't talk or move a finger,

¨mrhp mm,¨ was the only sound I managed to make, ¨so this is the human you picked? what's so special about him?¨ the reaper said in a low deep voice, ¨he is just an old man¨ the angel smirked ¨exactly! Now you get it, this old man is just plain boring,¨ the angel took out a book with pages that looked like gold, ¨ït says here that this man never really deserved real punishment, but never did anything that can get him into heaven.¨ the angel looked at me with a blank face ¨you're probably wondering if you're dead or not huh human?..¨ she mumbled, ¨well short answer yes and no, but who cares, you will not need that information for the game we're about to play.¨ suddenly that angel didn't seem all that divine anymore, game? I don't understand.. ¨ I managed to say, the angel smiled lovingly, “you will understand soon enough,” then she pushed me into the portal.
